I was very happy with my order. After I placed order, had to add 2 more medals. The CSR was quick to answer email, add to my order, invoice me so it could get paid. Both orders arrived at same time. I got my order within 5 days (that included them making it & shipping)

The shopping experience was great. We purchased the medals from here because of the $100+ free shipping only to find out that when actually placing the order the medals did not qualify. We were disappointed in this. Had we know that ahead of time we would have probably ordered from somewhere else but with the time frame of need we had to go ahead with the order.

My award shipment was delayed by a UPS error. The customer service department worked with me to ensure that I received my awards on the day of my event by cancelling the ground shipping and reshipping by air. Even though the awards didn't make it by the time my event was completed, I am still very satisfied with the way the situation was handled. I will not hesitate to order from Crown Awards again in the future.

I'm not one of those people that likes to shop online because I usually don't have time, but this experience was brief and simple and the product made it look like it took time and was a lot of trouble. But I assure you it was not difficult at all. I will continue to order from CrownAwards for all my trophy needs.

My experience with Crown Awards was great I needed to get a trophy for my 6 year old son who I knew was going to be disappointed if you didn't get one. I ordered it on Tuesday night and expected delivery was Friday but I received it Thursday. Great job it's well appreciated

Every year we order from Crown Awards and the quality of medals and trophies is excellent. I ordered medals and I love that I can pick which ribbon goes on the medal.
I received the order and I picked a shiny silver medal and its ok but have gotten better items in the past. My players will be happy. Love the year ribbon.

I found all the designs of trophies I was looking for and I like the fact that I could customize what I wanted on the trophies. I like how your site is set up. It is easy to navigate through different items and you have a large selection to choose from. Prices are also very economical.

I was very pleased with the online ease of ordering, the contact I had with the customer service team (called more than once). The product that I ordered was the ceramic mug and was of very good quality. The turnaround time was excellent, no delay whatsoever. All of the items shipped were well protected and there was no breakage. I would definitely recommend Crown Awards and will use them again!

I have always been beyond happy with my orders from CrownAwards.com! I like being able to place my order and receive the products very quickly, and without errors! The quality of the products I have ordered has always been exceptional, even on their all plastic trophy's, which I have seen in very poor quality from other company's in the past! My only complaint it the cost of shipping if you want to upgrade from ground shipping! I understand it costs extra for the convenience of same-day production and shipping, as well as the convenience of receiving products next day! However, when I order an item that costs $6 and pay an extra $28 just for shipping, it makes me start to wonder if driving across town would have been worth it in comparison. That said, I would still recommend CrownAwards.com to anyone and everyone who is in the market for any of the products they carry! Overall, I am a very happy, return customer and I will use CrownAwards.com again in the future! Thank you!

It was simple to order online and Crown Awards is quick to send the order. I am very pleased with the trophies I ordered for our school spelling bee.

This is second year that I ordered from CrownAwards. They have great products that the kids really like. The medals were durable and sturdy; they wore them for our awards night activities and nothing broke (which happened with other medals in the past.)
I waited for our season to be over before ordering due to the nature of my awards and I was pleased to find out via on screen chat that the engraving I wanted wouldn't slow the delivery. I ordered my items on a Thursday and had them by the following Tuesday. Everything was perfect.
I'll continue to use CrownAwards in the future.

Live chat was helpful but product mailed to me was a different color than I chose, plus the diamond was just clear plastic and did not look at all like a diamond in any way and not like the picture online.

Great customer service - Great products and pricing. Shipping charges were kinda high. Received my order. Out of the 5 trophies I ordered - one had a tail on the horse broke and two had the plaques put on upside down. Contacted cx service and they are sending out two new plaques and a new horse which I have to install. The quality inspector obviously didn't do their job. So glad I didn't wait until the banquet to unwrap the trophies.

Your website is not as easy to manuver than other websites. My opinion is that an upgrade by your webmaster may consider a look at Amazon.com, for simplicity and fluid travel, through the ordering process. Be assured, even tith the hurdles a consumer needs to traverse; I like your products, and have a group purchase forthcoming.

Easy to navigate and customize order. Placed my order around 4pm and they arrived the next day. I was shocked to say the least. I reviewed all trophies and everything looks great. My little guys will be excited to get their trophies at the end of the year.

I was kind of leary of ordering trophies on line but they are great. I ordered them for a soccer team and they were thrilled!

I love the look of these little trophies and the cost is reasonable. I can buy one personalized for each one of my volleyball players. I hope they look as good when they arrive.
