Overall I'd say it was great! I've ordered with CrownAwards for past three years! So I like there products! Though some are a bit pricey they do look very cool. Sadly this last purchase I made for my fantasy leagues wasn't the best! 2 of my three trophies I ordered looked great! But that 3rd trophy was a disappointment while trophy looked ok, name plate on front which is a key item to have was bent and half way off or unglued however they attach them of my trophy. Not something I can present to our winner!

Nice website and can actually talk to real person if needed; I had priced name plates at a local "Things remembered" store and the cost was to exceed $60 for the same exact plates I got for about $7 (actually yours are nicer)

We had to place a last minute order for medals that we needed for a corporate meeting. I wasn't sure if we could get them in time but we did and the product looks great! This a a very professional company that I would recommend to anyone!

I really liked the end product. There was just a little snafu with the listing of the items being engraved, but that was fixed with a simple email. I appreciated how easy it all was, except for not being able to view what was in the cart.

Wish free shipping was on anything over $100.00. We order trophies for our scouts for placing 1st, 2nd, 3rd. We don't feel all should get a trophy but we do like getting all medals which is not included in the free shipping. We have been very satisfied with the quality. But 23.00 is steep for shipping. Thank you

Beware that the engraving is not actuall engraving, but sticky plates you need to put in each medal. They look nice but are not actually engraved in each medal.

I have been purchasing the engraved plates for a perpetual plaque for years. The cost of the plate and engraving never changed but the shipping costs have skyrocketed. My first year it was waived, the next year it went up slightly. It has continued to go up every year so the shipping costs nearly as much as the item.

Ordering online was very simple. The items that were ordered came exactly when I was told they would come. I really appreciated the professionalism and reliability through ordering with CrownAwards.com. I look forward to continuing to work with them.

Ribbon 2018 stickers weren't straight. Some of the trophys were off aligned. I'm sure these small minor details were because your speed of handle time. I appreciate your speedy shipping. Trophys were an easy fix, but the stickers not so much. They aren't not usable, many probably won't notice, but when they are side by side very noticeable. It's really not a big deal. Just thought I would share your quality might be suffering a bit for speed.

Had an issue with the trophy...leaned to 1 side and was not centered on the base...BUT...I called customer service and Alyssa promptly helped me with a replacement order to be shipped immediately. Customer service is to be applauded. Thanks so much.

The website is a little clanky. But, the product looked great when I received it. The customer service called me right away to help me figure out exactly what I needed to order and where to locate it on the site.

From the beginning of ordering these awards online, your customer reps were on top of it. Always willing to help. When I called the representatives, they were awesome on the phone. My questions were answered right away. I had just 1-2day deliveries. Just Great!. When I received my first delivery, I couldn't believe it, the packaging is top of the line, I then ordered three more awards with confidence as I know I was getting the best. I have ordered seven Crystal Awards. I am more than pleased. Crown awards will make me look very good at my event. Loved it all! Please do not hesitate to order from this company. I was very unhappy that I paid.75 for "engraving" but received a sticker to apply to the medal. I normally order from Trophy.com where they engrave my medals in the back, I was disappointed that this was not clarified more clearly. I will not order from CrownAwards in the future. However your delivery time was amazing.

I wasn't sure I could get the exact plate with engraving I wanted. And it wasn't nearly as expensive as I expected. This will be perfect, thank you!

My son is being promoted to Colonel in the USAF next month. I bought a 5x5 inch beautiful wooden box emblazoned with the Air force Eagle on top. This plaque fits perfectly inside the lid and I couldn't be more pleased! It arrived within a week of ordering and was so inexpensive. I am so happy with it. Thank you!

I was not aware that I would only be getting "stickers" to adhere to the back of the medals. I'm not sure I would have chosen your company had that been made clearer. I'm used to having them engraved, and wasn't aware that I'd have to assemble over 300 medals myself. Otherwise, they look awesome, nice weight, and the lanyards are great. The website is easy to navigate, easy to order from, easy to pay. Delivery was FAST from order to my door for sure! Best part of the experience. I was concerned that I had waited to late to order and get them here on time.

The plaque is very nice and we know the recipient will be proud to hang it up in their office. One thing I did notice when it arrived was a small chip on the lower portion of the background ivory plaque. I did have close to matching paint and did a quick touch up on it. I know where it is but I don't think the recipient will notice. I'm not sure how that could have happened as it was packaged very well. My guess is the chip was there before it was packaged and the person who packaged did not notice it. If you could get a new plaque here by October 11th, I would like that but otherwise this plaque will have to do. But other than the chip, I am very happy with the plaque. And as always, your products are great as is your customer service and speed of getting what we order. Thank you. Karen Mikkelson

It was a very easy process. The online proofing was very nice. Shipped same day, so turnaround was excellent. More care should have been taken in cleaning off the smudges and handprints. The box has a dented torn hole where something pressed most of the way through. Little disappointed in the number of flaws - probably wouldn't have been as noticeable without all the hand prints and smudges, and damaged box. Packing was terrific and the corrugate intact so the box had to have been damaged prior to shipment.
When it's an award - you want to be proud of the entire presentation - just saying.
