Your skiing and ski racing inserts and trophies are dated and old. Please get some modern art for these sports.
Delivery was scheduled for 3/12 but actually showed up on 3/14.

Process straight forward. Would have liked for the golf ball pins to have been white instead of golf, but they look nice. Purchase experience was good. Delivery was accurate and timely.

Delivery was not as promised and guaranteed. Trophies are of very cheap quality. Few of then had visible scratches on them, very disappointed. I feel awful presenting them to our winners.

I was having problem placing my order so i call customer service and one of representative was very helpful in helping me get the order together and tries to get it shipped out even though they will not shipping on that day I didn't get cut off and did call back and spoke to another representative and she was very helpful also and she continue to process my order and was very helpful in placing it and getting it shipped out at the very short notice I really appreciate it I will do recommend you guys and I will come back

I didnt get my item by the date it was supposed to be delivered. However the specialist had one made and overnighted to me in time for the award to be presented. I appriciated that very much as the problem was with the shipping company not CrownAwards.

Im very happy. This order was for my first and only Tball team. I helped coach my daughter's softball team for 10 years. This team though was my first team I coached alone and its also my granddaughters team. She will be moving up next year and so will I but this team meant alot to me and I wanted them to have something speacial to remember their first Tball team. I am out of the country but my husband reports the parcel arrived 2 days faster than expected. That was great however, the shipping cost more than the products themselves. This is one huge drawback.

Great work. The only thing I would say is that there was a slight gluey imperfection on one of the awards, but when I placed it in its holders it was fine and unnoticeable. Thanks!

I have used Crown Awards for our Chess Club's tournament trophies, dog tags, and medals for decades and have NEVER been disappointed with the quality of your products! Your delivery time is "OUTRAGEOUSLY SUPER FAST"!

I was disappointed in the final product in that the soccer ball was not 3D and appeared to be glued on another top rather than as described. The trophies looked cheap for having spent)8 each.
