We haven't gone on holiday yet but we've only just got our itinerary 10 days before leaving for the southern states of America. The highlight of our holiday staying in the Bourbon Hotel French quarter New Orleans. We've paid in full but now we are in the Hilton instead, a cheaper, uncharismatic, non equivalent to what we've booked. No notice, no refund, not even an explanation and certainly not good enough!
Tip for consumers:
Don’t trust them, if they can change your holiday at the last minute after you’ve paid for it they shouldn’t be used. You don’t order and pay for a Rolls Royce and accept a Ford.

We paid in full at the time of booking and were told tickets/itinerary would arrive 28 days before sailing. Then 3 weeks before sailing... 2 weeks before sailing... 1 week before sailing. Absolutely desperate and yet another phone call being brushed off by them we finally got tickets/itinerary 4 days before sailing. Too late to make arrangements to meet friends at port stops and we daren't book taxis or pack cases until receiving documentation because it felt like this company was scamming us with their promises that never materialised. We cannot recommend them.
