Booked a great fare with CruiseDirect.com. After a couple of months they claim it was a glitch in there system. If you look on the internet you see that this has happened before with cruise direct. There are other options out there. There customer service is just as bad. Never get back to you. Never send you a invoice. Very unreliable.

The dates for the cruise I wanted were not available so I called and spoke with a cruise advisor, Ryan, he check as well without any luck. Ryan gave me his telephone number with extension and told me to keep calling back and to continue to check the website for any availability that may just pop up. I spoke with him several times and he went out of his way to be helpful, very pleasant to speak with and followed up with me several times. A few days after I was booked I received a lovely email from Ryan wishing me a great day and that he was happy that I got "my golden ticket". A huge shout out to Ryan Grulke! Recently, I tried to put a cruise with Cruise Direct for 2017. Their website had a glitch in which the available cabins were including the Library! Eventhough the agent assigned me a cabin number I could not feel assured that the cabin was available since it was part of that glitch. Also, the invoice that they sent me was repeatedly incorrect! Not itemized right. So I canceled the reservation.
