DONT BOOK THROUGH THEM

Booked a great fare with CruiseDirect.com. After a couple of months they claim it was a glitch in there system. If you look on the internet you see that this has happened before with cruise direct. There are other options out there. There customer service is just as bad. Never get back to you. Never send you a invoice. Very unreliable.

I love CruiseDirect. I'm a first time cruiser and I booked a cruise a few months ago with a little apprehension about if the price would go up or down but seeing on CruiseDirect.com the top 10 reasons to book with them put me at ease. The price went down and after speaking with Kyle he was able to match it. GREAT! Thank you Kyle

This is my first time using CruiseDirect and I was very pleased with the excellent service provided by Enrique. CruiseDirect is one of the partner stores on the internet website I own and they pay 3.5% cashback. By the time I got off the phone, Enrique had coordinated every detail of my upcoming Princess Cruise with Princess Cruise staff. They also provided excellent service. All I have to do is order my flowers and wait for the big day to arrive. Happy Camper in California

My first time using a site such as cruise direct to book my vacation. The dates for the cruise I wanted were not available so I called and spoke with a cruise advisor, Ryan, he check as well without any luck. Ryan gave me his telephone number with extension and told me to keep calling back and to continue to check the website for any availability that may just pop up. I spoke with him several times and he went out of his way to be helpful, very pleasant to speak with and followed up with me several times. A few days after I was booked I received a lovely email from Ryan wishing me a great day and that he was happy that I got "my golden ticket". A huge shout out to Ryan Grulke! Keep up the fantastic work!

Recently, I tried to put a cruise with Cruise Direct for 2017. Their website had a glitch in which the available cabins were including the Library! Eventhough the agent assigned me a cabin number I could not feel assured that the cabin was available since it was part of that glitch. Also, the invoice that they sent me was repeatedly incorrect! Not itemized right. So I canceled the reservation.

Ask. He helped me to pick out the best deck for my needs and I believe will make my cruise
