My recent experience with Cruise Services LLC, particularly with the owner Stephane Marchand, has been nothing short of a nightmare. I am utterly disappointed and angered by the way this company has handled our hard-earned $70,000.

From the beginning, Cruise Services LLC projected an image of professionalism and trustworthiness. However, as soon as they received our payment, their true colors were revealed. The entire process turned into a series of broken promises, misleading information, and sheer negligence.
First and foremost, communication was abysmal. We were given vague responses to our inquiries and promises of prompt replies that were never fulfilled. It felt as though our concerns and questions were ignored, and any attempt to contact Mr. Marchand directly was met with indifference and apathy.

Moreover, the services provided by Cruise Services LLC fell far below any reasonable standard. We were promised a luxury cruise experience, but what we received was a complete disaster. The accommodations were subpar, with dirty rooms and malfunctioning facilities. The staff was rude and unprofessional, showing little regard for our comfort or enjoyment. The advertised amenities were either missing or in a state of disrepair.

To make matters worse, Cruise Services LLC exhibited a complete lack of accountability. When we expressed our dissatisfaction and requested a refund or compensation for the appalling experience, they avoided taking responsibility and dodged our calls and emails. They refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing or provide any form of resolution.

Stephane Marchand, as the owner, should be held responsible for the actions and reputation of his company. It is unacceptable that he allows such incompetence and unethical practices to prevail within his business. His lack of integrity and disregard for customer satisfaction is truly disheartening.

I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Cruise Services LLC and Stephane Marchand. They have proven themselves to be untrustworthy, negligent, and downright deceitful. They do not deserve your hard-earned money or your trust. Save yourself the trouble, frustration, and financial loss by choosing a more reputable and reliable cruise service provider.
I sincerely hope that no one else has to endure the same unfortunate experience that my family and I had to go through with Cruise Services LLC and Stephane Marchand.
