I purchased a aftermarket radio for my 2015 Tundra not from Crutchfield. How ever I contacted them and they proceeded to research the proper equipment I needed.
They provided me with the proper wire harness so I could keep my factory control and accessories to complete the radio installation on my truck. The are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Super fast shipping. It was really easy to install, works great on my 2012 buick enclave, my steering wheel controls still work. It shows up as one bluetooth name for audio and I still have the car bluetooth for calls. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks crutchfield.

Great products, fast shipping, and overall satisfied, but my car stereo was supposed to come with everything needed to install for free, which is great, however it didn't come with the mount, and came with two trim plates instead.
I would have given it 5+ stars otherwise.

Everytime I shop with Crutchfield I can't help but think... Wow, this is a great experience. This time was no different. The help I received over the phone was friendly, consultative and accurate. In addition the customer service rep went the extra mile to advise me that I had a reward bonus from a previous purchase. He didn't have to do that... BUT that is how Crutchfield rolls... That is why I love when its time to buy some audio or video tech. I know I'm going to work with a store with an old school customer service and knowledge approach to their market. Oh, and their pricing, competitive with any other retailer out there (all the big guys and. Com's). So why not support a Virginia based company like this?

The Crutchfield website made it easy to compare and ultimately choose the head unit right for me, it also gave me the option to include the correct equipment needed for the install at a discounted price. I had a question about the stereo in my cart so I called the 1 800 number and was able to talk to a person in no time. Dwight was able to ask me a couple of questions and link into the page I was looking at on the website, not only did he answer all my questions but gave me a direct number to reach him if I had any more.
Instead of having my items shipped to my home I used my work address which must have raised a concern. I received a phone call and an email to verify my shipping option and received my entire order exactly when it was promised in a well packed box.
Thank you Crutchfield for having the tools and staff available to help me make my ride to work enjoyable again.

Been using Crutchfield for over 20 years. All the times I've ordered from them everything went seamlessly. My recent order was no different. It arrived quickly and although the price was the same as getting it direct from the vendor but chose to get it from Crutchfield because I know if I have a problem they'll be easier to work with to resolve it.

Love this company. They have the best selection of quality audio equipment and some of the best customer service available. If you ever have to call them you are directed immediately to a person instead of having to deal one of those never-ending menus. The layout of their website is A+. I can see why they've been around as long as they have. I can't give this company anything less than 5 stars.

I am thoroughly pleased with my order. I purchased a Pioneer double din receiver, the ready harness, and XM antenna on a Wednesday and it arrived Thursday. Master manuals on how to install said hardware provided with ANY purchase in accordance to your vehicle's make. This place plain rocks. Never do I purchase anything I need elsewhere. Did I mention the insanely fast shipping?!

I found Crutchfield website easy to navigate after I selected my vehicle. It was a simple task of replacing both the front and rear door speakers. Stereo and other speakers were still in good condition. The speakers I selected fit perfect the first time and sound great.

My stereo system has lasted over 20 years and components are now starting to fail. I called Crutchfield for help to find a suitable audio component to replace my former receiver. The tech support guy suggested various components and we discussed features, trade-offs, and cost, and ultimately settled on a components that I'm extremely happy with and I a price I was very willing to pay.

In a day where customer service is an afterthought. That is definitely NOT the case with Crutchfield. They were there every step of the way to ensure this was the correct product and accessories for my car and installation. Ordered a car stereo from Crutchfield. They had a list of items that I would need which I ordered along with the stereo. They even connected the adapter wiring (for a small price). Install was easy, as they had sent along downloadable instructions. Can't thank them enough. Everything went well do to all the tech support from Crutchfield.

Simple to use, constantly on. When you turn on your TV the sound bar is on, other sound bars you have to activate with the remote. I own 2 of these units. The team at Crutchfield is very helpful, they don't speak you in a condescending manner. I've never been spoken to as if I'm the "little woman".

Every one I have ever bought worked great and I've never had to get in touch with them for assistance. The directions they supply are easy to follow and installation is a snap.
