I've ordered from Crutchfield for years. My recent purchase was exactly what I expected. Great service, great warranty, zero issues. Save yourself the trouble of ordering from places that have zero after purchase customer care...Sonic... If you want a worry free transaction order from Crutchfield.
Bought a stereo for my run of the mill 2014 caravan. Their instructions said no cutting of the dash required. Well, after wiring I up I find I does not fit in the opening. The radio is too big so without hacking the outer dash, it's not going to fit. I decided to call and find out I this was normal and all I got was attitude. Tech told me I didn't read the instructions or fit info. When I proved him wrong on both counts, he then said I must have some special model. No apologies, no solutions, he just tried to blame me. And then hung up. I'm sending this junk back. If I can't can't get accurate fit info or tech support I might as well buy it on Amazon for less money.
Enjoyed the head and Iva 450 piggy back 8 out of 10 For Install and performance.
Cons are You guessed it access of settings hook-up to parking. Overkill boarder line Hokey!
Install metra dash kit clips are inferior creates a loose fit! Better be creative

Needed to update a Nissan Pathfinder to hands free radio per GA law. JVC radio, 4 speakers, ready harness, pry tools and simple, solid instructions made this a 1.5 hour job with no broken bits or cut knuckles. Everyting was delivered ahead of schedule, undamaged and best of all it sounds great.

I have been looking everywhere to upgrade my audio system in my Jeep JL. I called several places and I ended up teaching their technicians more than they taught me. With Crutchfield, that wasn't the case. My adviser was very helpful. Took as much time as I needed, explained things well and did not pressure me into anything. 10/10. Will never go anywhere else.

I was looking for a Bluetooth device to upgrade my 14-year-old Denon receiver which I have no intention of changing, as long as it continues to work. Crutchfield had the highly rated Audioengine B1 which is sold by several other competitors. However, based on my previous experience with Crutchfield and their reputation for providing excellent after-sale support, the decision to purchase here was easy. They promised three-day free shipping to Florida but my unit arrived in two days. So far I have been happy with my purchase. Setup was easy and I am now streaming some of my favorite jazz stations from up North which makes living in Florida's cultural wilderness a little more tolerable.

Crutchfield offered the product when others didn't, charged a competitive price, shipped it free, and it arrived on-time and in perfect condition. Also I like their compostable packing peanuts and the lifetime support offering. Other vendors don't offer these features (I really dislike receiving items packed using plastics in any form, even those air-filled bags add to the plastic waste burden).

I recently bought one of the last OPPO 4k players. Like every purchase before, it came in 2 days, packaged very well, and again, right out of the box all was perfect. I'm sorry to see the negative reviews, but in 20 + years over probably 10 purchases, I've always had nothing but a great delivery and great experience with them.

I had many questions regarding choice of an in-dash Double-DIN multimedia player. All my concerns were knowledgeably answered, and I was helped in choosing the absolute perfect unit for my Porsche Cayman. I can't believe they can provide ALL the installation stuff needed for just $18. Perfectly matching surround bezel so the unit looks like it came from the factory; wiring plug interface to the stock Porsche innards, and an antenna cable adapter. One final call back to tech support for guidance on getting my old unit out, then my package arrived just 2 days later.
Installation went smoothly, and the unit performs even better than I had imagined.
Go Crutchfield!

I found Crutchfield in a web search for a new car radio for my granddaughter's car. Loved how I was able to tailor my search to the year, make and model. Lots of choices with very informative descriptions. Nice add-ones that will help with installation. And free shipping that got my order here fast. Great company!

I ordered a new Pioneer head unit for my TJ along with all of the various installation parts. From unboxing to final install took less than an hour. I still run factory speakers (which will be replaced soon) but the new unit absolutely cranks. Thank you Crutchfield for making the install amazingly easy. In my case, I simply had to match wire colors and crimp them together. So. Simple.

Crutchfield did an excellent job and definitely helped me by sending the speaker mount adapter as well as plug-in wires. The speakers that I ordered aren't great but I'm still checking them out. But that's not their fault.

I purchased a set of component speakers with the assurance that crutchfield has done extensive research they would fit my application and if I had any trouble their experts would be able to help. Baloney. My car is five years old, expert only had experience with a car that was a generation older. Still don't know how to utilize crossovers so I can't install tweeters that came with kit. Could have saved money on coaxials, but now I'm left holding the bag.
Tip for consumers:
"Expert" is marketing fluff. "Detailed Instructions" are pitiful and virtually non-existant when it comes to explaining the wiring. If you want to spend your money and time being upset and angry, by all means use crutchfield.

I have been shopping with Crutchfield for many years now. They have always provided quality products and service. On the rare occasion where something I ordered wasn't to my satisfaction, they accepted my return quickly and without hassle. Crutchfield is also one of the few online vendors I do business with that truly mean "Free Shipping". This means a lot to me being from Hawaii. Not only is it free, but my orders ship fast, as well. All of the car stereos that I have ordered came with everything needed to install, right down to the mounting kits, wiring adapters, and detailed instructions for your particular vehicle. There are many places to get car audio equipment online, but Crutchfield will always have my business.

I've done business with Crutchfield for more than 20 years. Their tech advice is always accurate, their support is outstanding, and their prices are fair. You get quality information on their website that makes it easy to get the right thing. Even if you save $1.98 somewhere else, you won't get their service and tech support. It's a great place to do business.

Cruthfield has been my loyal go-to place to buy my electronics. I've got an incredible advisor (Levi) who has helped me put several systems together. I'll call him and explain what I'm interested in or looking for. I trust him so much I even ask him to piece some products together. He hasn't steered me wrong not one time. This is an incredible professional company and my advisor, (Levi) is just as incredible if not more. I really have enjoyed doing business with Crutchfield and Levi. They can answer all your questions and they know how to make a Professional company stay on top of the Mountain. Thank You Levi. Thank you Crutchfield. I'll be calling within a week to place another order!

I went on-line looking for some much needed up-to date sound equipment for my wife's new (10 year old) Camry. Starting with the "A's" I worked my way down until I got to Crutchfield. All of the rest just were a list of items for sale, except for Crutchfield's. Almost immediately I was put in contact with the most knowledgeable online salesperson that I had ever experienced. He was capable of showing me, both up and down what would work together to produce just what we wanted. NO worrying about compatibility or a surprise price in the end. My custom order, just for her car, in less than a week, complete with detailed instructions that included all the necessary photos!

I ordered a headunit for my sisters birthday because her current one didnt have bluetooth (not uncommon in 1995) she would always listen to music off her $#*!ty phone speaker and hated the radio so I figured a single din head unit would be a perfect first install. The parts came in 3 days and had clearly labeled instructions so the install took me about 30 minutes. Make sure to put the din cage in correctly or your screwed! Only thing that stumped me was what the orange wire did bc it was an extra I didnt use turns out its a dimmer wire and the new radio didnt need a dimmer

Gotta love alpine. I've had alpine for about 6 years and I've always loved their subwoofers. One day my type r stopped working. After some youtube looks up it was one of the coils. Lasted me about 7 years and 3 different cars. So bought these new upgraded ones im taking and love them so much. For right now i have an kicker zx 1000. 1 amp and it bangs. But thinking of a bigger kicker amp. Just don't know which one. Definitely worth the money.

Over all, great experience. Picking out equipment is easy. It was nice that all of the install great was an available option as well. I got one day air shipping and by damn it here the next day! The speakers themselves are good quality. They have amazing mids and highs, but no bass. My stocks spreakers had way more bass. Hopefully that will change a little when I replace the factory deck.

Needed to replace my 20+ year old receiver. Old school here: 2 big speakers and no need for subwoofer output or any thing else: just power. Got the power and at a price that was fantastic. Sounds great. (Even the neighbors agree.):-)

What a great company. Ive installed. Ountless head units and stereo systems in cars. As audio equipment in vehicles has advanced, it has become difficult to find appropriate parts. After one failed attempt to order parts on another site and install, I went to this website and again, ordered the wrong part. Called them, they got me straight and refunded my other mistake, and sent me all info I needed for my vehicle. Great support, great prices. Will shop again.
