Bought a stereo for my run of the mill 2014 caravan. Their instructions said no cutting of the dash required. Well, after wiring I up I find I does not fit in the opening. The radio is too big so without hacking the outer dash, it's not going to fit. I decided to call and find out I this was normal and all I got was attitude. Tech told me I didn't read the instructions or fit info. When I proved him wrong on both counts, he then said I must have some special model. No apologies, no solutions, he just tried to blame me. And then hung up. I'm sending this junk back. If I can't can't get accurate fit info or tech support I might as well buy it on Amazon for less money.
Ordered the JBL Flip 5 portable speaker and love it! Over the years I have ordered many components from Crutchfield, including 3 pairs of larger speakers! I have never been disappointed with any purchase. Everything has arrived well packaged and in great shape! And I love the packing peanuts that I can dissolve in the kitchen sink. Their online reviews are very helpful, making their site a great place to do research--real research! Good people, good company, I'll be back!

My experience with Crutchfield was amazing! The install kit that came with my car stereo made installation a breeze. I did have a couple questions on two connections, and the customer service team at Crutchfield was better than I could have asked for. Their familiarity with the products made it feel like they were sitting right next to me looking at the stereo and wires.

Crutchfield gives you all the info you need to properly install your gear. Prices are comparable to anywhere else but the but the cheat sheets they give save a ton of time and make installs a breeze. Crutchfield has always been and continues to be quality products with quality service. Keep it up.

I have purchased both speakers and in-dash stereos for quite a few older model cars over the last few years. The directions for installation, as well as their tech support, is as detailed and helpful as you could ever hope for. I would not hesitate to buy, or refer friends, in the future.

Good price for an open box, no sales tax, and quick delivery at no cost. That's about the best that can be said about an internet transaction. I've found that most people who complain probably complain for a living. I've had problems with purchases and the problems get solved just fine. I'm happy.

Like many folks, I find it hard to hear and understand dialog on a lot of TV shows and movies. The Zvox 200 sound bar/speaker really helps improve the sound quality for a reasonable price. As always, Crutchfield service is excellent.

My order arrived quickly but the item was in an unmarked package inside the shipping box with no purchase receipt. As a gift purchase I wanted to ensure I purchased the correct brand and seeing it printed on a receipt would have been helpful in knowing I bought the right item. Minimal digital communication after purchase as well.

Crutchfield company was definitely a step above other sources I considered for replacement speakers for my BMW car. They included detailed installation instructions and a couple of installation items free of charge that the others didn't offer. The best company ever.

The folks running this company are most reliable, with an impeccable, US located customer service. The product they sell are the best in the industry (e.g., JL Audio, Focal, NAD), and they also try to implement environmental measures like using bio-degradable chips in their packaging.

I recently purchased a Canon camera from Crutchfields. First I have to say their pricing is one of the best for online electronics, second not only free shipping but you receive your product very very quickly and well packaged.
It turns out my camera had some issues and I had to call. The phone is answered almost right away and by people that speak english. (just a fact of life folks)
Without writing a book, I have to say I don't think I have ever had such customer service, it is above and beyond any store I have ever dealt with.
Bottom line, don't look any further, you have found the best "little shop in town"

Wow! I am thoroughly impressed with Crutchfield. I was looking for a way to upgrade the display system in my 2011 Nissan Rogue when I stumbled upon Crutchfield's website. It was extremely helpful in allowing me to compare all of the different options of displays that would fit in my Nissan. Not only did it help me choose an option, it also found and included all wiring harnesses and mounting gear that I would need, accompanied with a step by step guide of installment instructions. This made the project so much easier and exciting than it would have been otherwise. I would recommend this company to all who are doing similar projects in their own cars.

I purchased a z-series Nikon lens. Crutchfield had the item when none of the other camera supply houses did. The item was ordered on Thursday and shipped overnight for free and I had the item by Friday lunchtime (I live in TN). I've ordered from Crutchfield multiple times and every time I do my parts arrive on time and fit as expected.
My current order was pretty simple - just ordering an off-the-shelf portable speaker that I could have bought from any number of other vendors for basically the same price. I ordered from Crutchfield because their estimated delivery date was 2 days earlier then all the rest which would have put it arriving the day before I needed it. Crutchfields delivery time gave me more wiggle room in case there was an issue.
Ultimately the speaker arrived on time and works as expected, but it was nice getting it a couple of days sooner, just in case.

Have done business with Crutchfield off and on for probably 20 years. During that time I have learned that if it's electronic and they don't sell it, you probably don't want it. Their instructions and advice I have found to be spot on every time and if you ever have a problem with your installation or choice, they will work with you until the problem is solved or you are satisfied. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a stereo system. Not only do they have a huge selection, but they ship free and I have always received my order in 2 days. They make sure you have all the connectors and parts needed to add speakers, radio, etc to your car, and it doesn't cost extra. They give all the instructions for installing with detailed pictures of your model car. If you still have problems or questions you can call and they will gladly walk you through it. I can't say enough good things about crutchfield. They are simply the best.

Purchased the Sennheiser RS 5000 as my hearing is degrading and my Sennheiser headphones, while sounding great, were not able to deliver accentuated "Voice" frequencies that I needed. I found of the 5000's 3 different sound programs #1 is not too bad and the bass is not overpowering. #2 is extremely "Tinny" and actually gives me a headache. And #3 is too much bass to hear all speech. The only sound I find acceptable is with no profile engaged, which sounds like my brothers "TV Ears" which cost about 70% less. The only real problem I have is after about 30 minutes of use my ears ache so bad I have to remove the unit. I have tried different positioning and different ear cups but to no avail. If this continues I will have to revert back to my headphones.

Best replacement for my car radio was recommended by Ember. She followed up on my order and it was shipped the same day. I was able to install the radio 3 days after I ordered it. That is as good as service can possibly get. I have purchased items before and have never been disappointed with the product or service.

Have been a long time customer over many years. What makes Crutchfield the obvious choice is the depth of support and documentation. I made an inexpensive purchase. Wanted to put a Bluetooth and handsfree setup in an 18 year old Honda. Bought an inexpensive JVC head unit. What was impressive and made it a great value was the additional material Crutchfield provided. Wiring diagram, radio removal instructions, connector and DIN mount at no extra cost.
With the materials and instructions Crutchfield provided I had the new JVC in and working in less than 3 hours after the box was dropped on my porch!

The price was magnificent! But I had issues with payment on the website... Made a call to try and solve... After a short wait, Marisa help me with my order. Marisa was very helpful and solved my issue by processing the order herself... I usually hate placing an order over the phone, but Marisa made it a pleasant experience. I was about to place an order just by navigating web site (which is easy) and had a question. I called the number on the web page, to my surprise on Saturday evening I got representative in less than a minute. Not only did Jill answer my question, she took the time to go over all items that I would need and the quality of items in my cart. She never tried to up sale, as a matter of fact one os the speaker set I had picked had lower reviews than a lesser priced item she suggested.
