Bought a stereo for my run of the mill 2014 caravan. Their instructions said no cutting of the dash required. Well, after wiring I up I find I does not fit in the opening. The radio is too big so without hacking the outer dash, it's not going to fit. I decided to call and find out I this was normal and all I got was attitude. Tech told me I didn't read the instructions or fit info. When I proved him wrong on both counts, he then said I must have some special model. No apologies, no solutions, he just tried to blame me. And then hung up. I'm sending this junk back. If I can't can't get accurate fit info or tech support I might as well buy it on Amazon for less money.
The only complaint I had was with the instructions for the install kit. Mind you, GMs insistence on odball sized radios made this harder than most people will face, but it would have been nice to have pictures or drawings of the "rear support" that needed to be cut out. It turned out to be not nearly as intimidating as at first appearance, but I had to mount the radio multiple times and use a mirror and flashlight to work that out. Once installed, though, it looks and works great!

Crutchfield had a variety of options at good prices. The installation kit and instructions made installing the stereo a breeze. I called tech support with one question, got the answer I needed from a helpful rep, and everything came out great. I would recommend Crutchfield to anyone!

Been dealing with Crutchfield for more years than I can count. It's easy to find what you want or need here and to compare components. I've only had to talk to a rep once. My Ford had a premium booster that the wiring did not show. They sent me a schematic that helped me out. I think this is my 3rd car stereo purchased here... my 4th will be here also!

Hello, up till this week I would have rated 5 stars always! The only problem I have is on damaged goods. I ordered a subwoofer (10in bazooka tube) and upon arrival it was damaged. I talked to gil at customer care and he was wonderful! He got my replacement here in 3 days! The problem was the day after gil call, I got a threatening email saying my card would be charged if damaged goods not returned within 14 days. It seemed like I was trying to steal or fraud in some way, and that was offensive. Maybe wait a week after return order to send threatening email. It makes customer feel dirty. However, on the bright side, I love your company! Always helpful friendly and competitive pricing. I will definitely continue business with you, just thought I'd give a suggestion. Thank you for listening.

I purchased a Sony dsx m80, w 45 watt rms, from Crutchfield. It was delivered on time and w all support help in the box. I didn't use their support, but I was glad they were available if I needed it. If you're so inclined, most of these jobs can be done DIY. I'd definitely purchase from them again.

I was shopping for a specific set of speakers for my HiFi setup and they were out of stock everywhere. A friend told me to check Crutchfield (I though they were only for car audio). Boy was I wrong, they have everything I would ever need for home audio. I ordered the speakers I was looking for, they shipped a couple hours later and I had them two days later. I will for sure be doing all of audio business with Crutchfield in the future.

Wanted some small powered speakers for the home office. Impressive sound stage on the second level of my desk. Bass is impressive for 4" drivers, would not need a subwoofer. Remote is big, but you can stand it up.

I have ordered many items from Crutchfield over the years. I think my very first purchase was back in 2002(I bought an iPod) and just recently bought a JL Audio 3 1/2" Dash Speakers, and 300 Hz Bass Blockers(2019). Their customer service is still top notch and was able to answer every question I had. Even if I just call for a system I'm trying to build. Crutchfield will also be my go to for car audio needs. Thinking about picking their brain about Home Audio next..

Their website was easy to use. The installation kit and instructions were great and made installing my stereo a snap. I highly recommend the fabricated wire harness, for $25, it makes the installation just plug and play.

The radio I purchased was great. The expensive install kit which was $180 was cheaply made and the clips did not match up with the OEM parts. So basically I have a nice radio sitting in a crappy aftermarket housing in my dash board. I purchased a $30 kit from a local car audio store that will fit much better. A little disappointed I spent the extra money on the high dollar install kit.

Bought Scratch and Dent Polk Audio Signature S50, Price $462.53. When delivered had two dents on back of case and fix it with black magic marker. The cases are black to, So do not see dents. The plastic foot on bottom of one speaker was broken. Called Crutchfield, They said that is part of dent and scratchs. Broken foot is neither dent or scratch. Speaker will no stand straight. Will have to glue it. BE aware it's not only dents and scratchs. As you can see in picture i taped for now until glue comes..

They aren't the cheapest around, but their customer service is second to none. I believe Crutchfield will do whatever it takes to make you happy as long as you are fair and honest with them if an issue should ever arise (which they usually don't with good companies). Their people are wonderful to deal with, being very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Never done anything like this before, the instructions and wire guide were invaluable. That made it super easy to disassemble the console and replace the unit. I was worried about splicing wires but it turned out to be good. All in all I got a solid unit for a great price and got to install it all by myself. What more could a guy ask for

The first Customer service rep heled me choose the correct car stereo for my needs. They gave me a wiring harness to fit what was already installed in my vehicle. It arrived quickly. The customer service rep helping me with the installation sent me YouTube videos and helped me install it step-by-step by having me show him what I was doing through my phone. He was great and very patient

When I am in need of or in the market for electronics, Crutchfield is my go to vendor for two major reasons... their customer service and their technical support. Cosmos and a number of other Crutchfield representatives were wonderful assistance with helping me make the right choice and purchase. I received my speakers within 3 days of the initial order. There was a little shipping to one of the speakers. Crutchfield took care of the problem immediately.

I installed this radio MYSELF! It was more simple than I thought. The quality is great for the price! I have zero issues/co. Aints... except for the super brightness of the display buttons(power, volume, and USB). The screen brightness can be dimmed tho. Over all, I give this purchase 2 thumbs up!
