Bought a stereo for my run of the mill 2014 caravan. Their instructions said no cutting of the dash required. Well, after wiring I up I find I does not fit in the opening. The radio is too big so without hacking the outer dash, it's not going to fit. I decided to call and find out I this was normal and all I got was attitude. Tech told me I didn't read the instructions or fit info. When I proved him wrong on both counts, he then said I must have some special model. No apologies, no solutions, he just tried to blame me. And then hung up. I'm sending this junk back. If I can't can't get accurate fit info or tech support I might as well buy it on Amazon for less money.
Excellent products, great price and promt delivery. It doesn't get any better than that. I haven't had time to set my system up yet but don't foresee any problems. Only one small issue-why doesn't yamaha include an owners manual? I down loaded it but it would be nice to have a printed one included.

From the first call to discuss my needs and review products I had selected, the Crutchfield customer service people were awesome. They took the time to understand what my goal was for the surround system, reviewed my product selection and suggested products they felt were a better fit and sometimes at a lower cost than what I had chose. In the end, I purchased a new receiver and complete 5 channel speaker system. I have it installed just a few days now and I have to say everything has worked out great. I'm still adjusting the sound/tone levels of speakers to suit my ear and couldn't be happier with Crutchfield, the products and the Customer service folks that helped me.

The kit I ordered came with everything I needed to install a replacement radio in my car. My inexperience and a little lack of better instructions or pictures for people like me was the only problem. I called the help line and they solved my problem, very helpful, I was impressed and would recommend and buy from them again.

I bought a replacement head unit for my 2004 Subaru Forester XT. I needed something that had Bluetooth and an iPod controller. I settled on an inexpensive Dual unit. All the things I needed for installation we're included and the install couldn't have been easier. The instructions were easy to follow and very clear. This is my second purchase from Crutchfield and they did not disappoint. The unit also arrived five days ahead of estimate. Next is my Cadillac CTS.

I purchased my radio setup with the ready harness. Cut my install time considerably, the only issue I had was the steering wheel control module (which came pre-wired in the ready harness) did not sync with my car. After spending hours searching online for a solution, I decided to call Crutchfield at 9PM CST. They had me up and running in 5 minutes! Unbelievable customer service and quality!
Tip for consumers:
Buy the ready harness and save your self a lot of time! Also when in doubt call them! Even late at night they were able to help me.

Everytime I have placed an order with Crutchfield, I have received superior customer service and it feels very personal. If you get that sort of feeling, this company is doing something right. With other companies you place your order and that's the end of the process. Crutchfield sends me a thank you message from an advisor and it just gives you the feeling they care. Bought this to replace a factory unit, easy install, easy everything! My mind was blown when I let the sun go down and checked it again. My 2005 looks like a 2018! Sounds like a concert and Im pretty deaf after working on airplanes for the last 18 Years! If youre looking to replace a double DIN for a modest price, you found your winner!

I recently bought a car stereo from Crutchfield, and of course it came with installation gear. I've never installed a car stereo before, though so I couldn't get everything working right. I called their phone support and they were extremely nice and helpful. We narrowed it down to a radio issue, and Crutchfield was happy to send me a replacement. In addition to having generally cheap prices, Crutchfield has the amazing customer service that many businesses (especially online stores) lack now. The price of the radio was cheap, the installation gear free, and phone support invaluable. 10/10 experience.

Decided this was the truck I'm upgrading what I can. So I ordered these speakers for the front and back doors on the extend cab. Crutchfield sent the adapter plates and new factory plug and play hookups. Don't forget to sound deaden your doors. Lotsa boom for the buck.

I havent done car stereo work in 20 years. Then, I used Crutchfield for the installation advice and its good to see theyre still around and better than ever. I bought rear speakers for my 2013 Honda Accord Coupe. Speakers fit perfectly in stock hole and came with adapter, wiring harness and all directions to install.

Ordered a stereo head to replace a faulty one. Took an hour or so (with the instructions and extra free items included) to replace it. Never replaced one before and I gained so much confidence to do it again. The new one was at a great value, free two-day shipping and extras included. The only thing missing in the box was the installer! Oxygen tank, snacks for two days, bigger box, please!

The Ghost of Crutchfield Hall was a story that pulled me firmly into its world from the very first page. I read fairly late into the night, and found myself thoroughly creeped out. It was a windy night, and the wind was rattling my window and my bedroom door, which just served to heighten the already very creepy atmosphere of the book. I finally made myself go to sleep and then promptly woke up earlier than usual the next morning, so that I could stay in bed and finish the book before starting my day.

Their customer service literally are ignorant especially Olga as she has no clue how to solve any issue with customers! She doesn't bother if simple issue took weeks until get it solved and she has no flexibility to find alternative better solution to expedite solve it whooo how crazy are they! Please stay away from those people as their system is garbage and make very simple things more complicated! Not trustworthy place as they have no experience! I think Crutchfield management should replace their customer service to get a better reputation.

I recently purchased a pair of speakers from Crutchfield. The price was great, they beat all the competitor's.
You can't beat the 2 day free shipping. The items arrived on time in new condition. I have done business with this company many times and they always stand behind the products that they sell. If you have a problem, contact them and they will make it right! I can't review the speakers yet because I need time to give them a good listen, maybe another time. Klipsch RP-160M.
