Bought a stereo for my run of the mill 2014 caravan. Their instructions said no cutting of the dash required. Well, after wiring I up I find I does not fit in the opening. The radio is too big so without hacking the outer dash, it's not going to fit. I decided to call and find out I this was normal and all I got was attitude. Tech told me I didn't read the instructions or fit info. When I proved him wrong on both counts, he then said I must have some special model. No apologies, no solutions, he just tried to blame me. And then hung up. I'm sending this junk back. If I can't can't get accurate fit info or tech support I might as well buy it on Amazon for less money.
They make it simple to do it yourself as they include all needed parts and information to easily install and configure items to your specific application. They provide additional support in the event that additional information is needed. I have been a customer for more than 10 years and I have found some items at a lower price, but the other suppliers don't include the specific information or adapters for a clean complete installation.

After doing some research in stores and online, I purchased a Klipsch sound bar through Crutchfield. It was the same unit that I looked at in store for more than twice the cost than what Crutchfield had it for. The process was very easy. The item arrived very quickly. Once I got it hooked up I was impressed at the range of sound and the quality. I will definitely look to Crutchfield for my electronic needs and recommend them to others as well.

Great service always, you always find the right product your looking for. I've have been shopping at Crutchfield since the early 90s their products are always great quality wether it's the lowest price item or the highest. Yes sometimes they are a few dollars more than the completion but you're never disappointed.

Ordered a new radio for my Silverado. Was pretty confused right at the start with all the wires that come with the package.( I am not an electrician.) after a phone call to the service desk they were able to connect with my iPhone camera and walk step by step through what I needed to get this installed done. A job that for sure would have taken me all day on my own done in a half hour. Killer service!

This is an awesome product. The sound on our TV just wasn't up to par for an elderly couple with some hearing loss. The clear voice setting now lets my Husband hear and understand what the news anchor is reporting. Thanks again for such an easy solution; the delivery was fast and the price great.

I have purchased from Crutchfield before. I have never had any bad experience with them. So needing a new home theater receiver, I turned the Crutchfield and found a receiver I wanted at the price I liked. Shipping and handling was very well tracked and the entire process went smoothly.

Totally changes sound experience in our kitchen: both TV and streamed music. Wonderful. The one problem: a critical optical cable was not included: the web site should have emphasized one wasn't included: we would have added it to the order for sure! Since we live very close to a Best Buy, $14 later we were good to go but would rather give the business to Crutchfield.

I had never used Crutchfield before, but I needed a new Subwoofer for my Home Theater and have been seeing their ads for a while. Looked on their site, great selection, great prices and super easy user interface to order and pay. They shipped it FOR FREE...( amazing) and it got here in 2 days. Got instant confirmation after ordering, update when it shipped and it arrived in great shape. Sooooo Easy. Going to replace my receiver soon Nd I'll go back to them for sure.

I purchased a set of outdoor Nest Security cameras. They were quickly shipped and received and installed within two more days. I spent one day adding an electrical outlet to my garage to provide power to the cameras. The second day was involved in mounting the camera and routing the cable through the brick wall into the garage.

If your paying a little more it's totally worth it! I have no experience at all installing car stereos just a decent mechanic. The people who you work with are outstanding! Any issues they will help in every way and won't stop until they know you are on the right track. Outstanding a huge thank you for all you have done Crutchfield! P. S I totally miss placed a Data link harness and called thinking it wasn't in the package they were totally cool about it and told me they would send a replacement by the time I found it and called back they had sent it overnight and it was to late to stop it. With these guys it was no issue! Really outstanding!

Though Crutchfield is primarily an online business, I had a few questions regarding the title item and other options so I called. Marisa answered my questions patiently and professionally and made life easier by taking my order over the phone. The player arrived in two days and, so far at least, lives up to the high level of the reviews. Just a few days later, I ordered online a pair of Klipsch floor-standing R-26F speakers that also arrived in two days and have beautiful sound. My only issue is where to store the boxes. I appreciate the personalized service and followup.

Read all reviews for my needs on a Sound Bar. Klipsh has always been my favorite speaker, I have been to the factory. Speakers came with all adapters for my car, so they just plugged in. I had issues with billing and customer support was extremely quick and helpful when diagnosing the problem. Finally I was sent a personalized guide on how to remove and replace the stereo and speakers in my car. On top of all this, I know that they'll replace anything that breaks free of charge.

I have had a great and easy purchase through crutchfield. They included all the necessary items to install my new radio and instructions were pretty good maybe not if you had a different setup. Shipping was very fast and I love the expandability of the radio I purchased. I can get a backup camera and even a Sirius XM receiver to install

I've purchases many car stereo systems, all from Crutchfield. They always have the best price, or at least will match it if they don't. There selection is by far the best around, and they cover every aspect you need from the stereo, to speakers to amps, etc... and there staff really really knows there stuff. They've helped me build some fantastic systems, and they don't care about selling you the most expensive, they care about you getting the most for your money, and it really shows, especially after four times going through the process and each time receiving the same great customer service. A+++

Really appreciate how Crutchfield knew the complexities of my Suburban and its Bose speaker system. Saved me a ton of research and headache. Best of all, it worked on the first try. The instructions weren't perfect, but I am happy with the outcome. Simplified my car stereo replacement.

I recently purchased a stereo and installation kit from crutchfield.ca for my truck. If you buy both at the same time you get a discount on the installation kit that makes it nearly free and you get free shipping. The stereo was nice but the installation kit didn't fit even though I talked to one of their advisers first. I called them and they told me I had to order a different installation kit from them but don't worry they would take care of it. So I ordered another kit, paid for it and the customer rep said he would remove the charge so it would be free. Two days later I noticed I was charged the full amount plus about $30 extra. I phoned and asked another customer rep what was the deal. She says that I had to pay for the new installation kit (I must have heard the other rep wrongly) and I had to pay the shipping to get it. When I heard this I said is it shipped yet, she said yes and then I said I was just going to send everything back. She said yes you can return everything but you have to pay to ship back everything to the United States and there would be a 15% restocking fee on top of that. This whole ordeal was a nightmare and their customer service just straight out lies to you.
