Bought a stereo for my run of the mill 2014 caravan. Their instructions said no cutting of the dash required. Well, after wiring I up I find I does not fit in the opening. The radio is too big so without hacking the outer dash, it's not going to fit. I decided to call and find out I this was normal and all I got was attitude. Tech told me I didn't read the instructions or fit info. When I proved him wrong on both counts, he then said I must have some special model. No apologies, no solutions, he just tried to blame me. And then hung up. I'm sending this junk back. If I can't can't get accurate fit info or tech support I might as well buy it on Amazon for less money.
I've ordered just in the past 2-3 months, a receiver, speakers, and a subwoofer (each component inspired me to upgrade, ha) from Crutchfield and the process could not be easier. And the price of each product was very competitive. You can't go wrong with Crutchfield.

I ordered a Harmon Kardon 2 channel receiver and was surprised to receive it the next day with the free regular ground shipping(to Pennsylvania). The price I paid was at least $100 less than the other stores advertised.

I purchased a parrot Bebop 2 drone and it was defective. So I asked to return it. They said they dont accept returns on drones they sell. Thats ok if the unit is ok but its defective. She told me I need to contact Parrot and they would take care of it. Its a defect that everyone that purchased this new device is complaining about and Parrot isnt doing a thing about it. I would never purchase anything from Crutchfield again!

I had been searching for a new receiver that would accommodate a CD player as I transitioned to Spotify, Amazon, Apple etc. as well as wireless speakers. Got great assistance and guidance over an extended period to finally end up with a superb Yamaha receiver that is working out incredibly well.

A very satisfying experience all round: a web site that provided all the information I needed to make a decision; a prompt delivery process with regular updates and a receiver that arrived in great condition. It was exactly as described and it was easily wired up and put into service, sounding good. Now if it lasts a lot longer than that steaming pile of Onkyo with its faulty DTS chip and dismissive customer service that I had to replace, I would consider it a perfect situation.

Crutchfield has thought of everything. I have an 95 Geo Tracker and wanted to replace the radio and speakers. The site directed me the speakers and radio that fits, including adapters needed. Everything fitted perfectly with the help of the instructions provided. I have never experienced such a perfect design of website and thorough instructions. A model for all successful retailers.

Called Crutchfield seeking advice Integrated amplifiers. Was provided very thorough and objective insight the brands I had narrowed down in my search.
Was fortunate to speak with Hogan and he patiently described the attributes and features of each model and brand.

I recently move to a new house and I was wondering how to get my music all over the house. I looked at a few options online and then remembered Crutchfield and the fact that they know theirs products ans pride themselves on knowing their products. Long story short, I ended up buying Sonos products for a few rooms (not cheap but well worth it). I had an hesitation on one product but the crutchfield advisor told me it was not going to do what I want. I was not sure and called Sonos to see what response I would get... the Sonos advisor told me it would so I bought that particular product. I actually had to return that product as Crutchfiled was in fact correct! Return with crutch filed was super easy and they credited my purchase back.

There are few if any on line business that have or want to give the service that you can get from Crutchfield! The advisers are the best and their guidance is super. If there is a better place to buy electronics I do not no of it and would not use it do to my loyalty to Crutchfield.

I really like shopping at Crutchfild for big ticket items. There's still no tax and free shipping which makes waiting three days worth every penny. Crutchfield has many great products available too. All you have to do is search for and buy them from anywhere an internet connection exists. They even ship to APO/FPO. So what are you waiting for?

This company has really changed for the worse. Most of the products are high production, average quality at best, and expensive to boot. Now they offer "signature series" crap that is labeled for them. Custumer support went from life-time, 24 hours to 90 days, m-f, 9-9 or something. When you call in they are pushy and try to get you off the phone without helping. I have found the same Canon cameras for almost 40% less at other retailers. I doubt Cruthfield will be around much longer. There seems to be a lot of recent complaints about them.

If you are upgrading you older cars stereo system, go to Crutchfield first and get their recommendations, already proven for your car. I've done two cars with them and am very happy. Have two more older cars to go. I have no fears with Crutchfield techs supporting me all the way if I have a problem.

Purchased Marantz ND8006 CD player, cables and Panamax line filters. All are working well. Prices are comparable to many other websites. Service was good with online chats. I was not able to speak directly with one of the advisers that returned my e-mail. Busy holidays I suppose. Delivery was as promised (New Years Eve).

Received both speakers and a center channel from crutchfield and I'm very happy with the products. Did have a little damage on one speakers cabinet. Call Crutchfield and told the rep. About the damage, she was going to send me another speaker - I decided not to go that route and covered the damage with a a sticker. Very happy with the service!

I ordered a pair of after market speakers for my 2002 Acura MDX. The website asked about the car make, year, model and sent not only the speakers, but all the other parts required to install the after market speakers. They also sent me step by step installation instructions for my specific car. Great service! Definitely will be a returning customer. Five stars!

I have always gotten good service and Ana excellent know how from you. But now you are just not paying attention to what you are putting in the box. Yes i think it is awesome that my factory harness this time was free to install my speakers. But the last 2 times they didn't work with the 6x9s. I still had to go to the store and get the right female ends cut the plugs for the new ends. I'm pretty sure you have the right ones already made I'm just not getting them. On top of that the speaker mounting plates came with dress that didn't even fit the plate. They were too small in diameter and wouldn't tighten up. I love ordering from crutch field always good prices and fast shipping but the more i order the worse its getting. Some one doing a little quality check is in order.

Old Apple Express units were not keeping up with increased demands of 4K streaming and weak signal in some parts of medium sized house. I had used Crutchfield before and they have never disappointed. I could have bought this setup at BB and installed same day but they only had 15 day return VS Crutchfield's 60 days no fuss returns JIC. Ordered and received in 2 days as promised. Installed the 3 Eero units in 15 minutes with 0 issues. Finally utilizing all the Mbs of our broadband and speed has increased noticeably. Signal strong all the way out to patio.

The Infinity speakers are a great upgrade over the stock speakers. Replaced the front and rear deck speakers in a 2013 Accord Sport. I also purchased the tools to remove the panels. This keeps one from scratching the plastic panels. Look forward to years of driving enjoyment.
Tip for consumers:
Written documentation is good but I used the utube as well for the rear deck.
