I was seriously impressed with Crutchfield. I spoke to Brandon (one of their service advisors) and he guided me through system choices and avenues. He was informed and patience with my relative ignorance. Once I made my decisions I ordered the system, everything was in stock and I had it 2 days later!

I ordered a replacement truck stereo because the factory one failed completely. I picked one out, and it was in stock. I ordered the pre wired adapter, the mounting kit, and the module to allow the steering wheel buttons to work. The removal of the old stereo and the install of the new unit were quick and painless. The module programming was a little involved, but doable. After the programming, the buttons on the steering wheel did not work. The next morning, the buttons did work! Don't know why but they do. So other than all the options that are available on the new stereo, to choose from, I am totally satisfied, and never had to call for customer service, which I am sure would be fantastic!

Ordered online and received my product as promised. Easy as always and knowing I have backup if a problem with the product arises is a comfort to me. Been a customer for a long time and will continue to recommend Crutchfield to others.

The contact person Eric was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Unbelievably the TV arrived in 3 days from the east coast to Hawaii! Everything was there and with the help of my technologically experienced nephew, we had it all set up in@ 90 minutes. I couldn't be happier with the TV, sound bar, sub-woofer and all in 1 box. Haven't had to use tech support yet but plan to soon to better understand how the wand works. Anyway a wonderful experience and product!

Bought a resto stereo to replace old factory stereo. Got stereo that was missing screws originally was told to buy them at hardware store, but they don't handle that small of screw. Called back and restro was supposed to send me the screws 3 different times they sent me nuts and washers, now because it's been more than 60 days I'm stuck with. $300.00 radio I'm missing parts to put together a d can't use. Never buy again from here or restro

I blew a rear 5×7 speaker in my vehicle. I decided to change them both out so the sound would match. I was just half assed shopping around online and came across Crutchfield. 80 bucks, 2 days shipping, and 20 minutes of labor later the speakers were changed out, and the Escape is driveable again. This is my new go to for audio.

Crutchfield had competitive pricing, and a nice website w/ videos and pictures along w/ specifications. I made my purchase, they had free shipping that was a week faster than competitors that charged shipping, the 2 day shipping actually came a day early (that's quick!)

Purchased Kicker 43CSC654 6-1/2" 2-way Speakers for my 2013 Kia Sorento. Very, very easy replacement for a person with very limited car skills. Trim panel tools, screwdriver and drill was all that I needed. Nice that I received the wiring harness and mounting bracket for free. Saved money by doing it myself.

Pricing, service and free shipping is unrivaled by its competitors. I live in the US Virgin Islands where many US based companies will not even ship to here let alone ship for free. My only wish is for an expanded product line so that I could buy from Crutchfield more often.

First off, I live in Hawaii and getting good car audio electronics at a reasonable price can be a bit hard.

I placed my order early Friday morning and was expecting my stereo and speakers to come in Monday. Came home from running errands on Sunday and theyre was a package in my drive way. OMG it was my stuff. Installed the stereo that afternoon in about a 1.5hrs. And the following day the speakers in about an hour. Couldnt have gone smoother. Just follow the very simple instructions, and bam. Your done! Thanks guys for making it effortless!

I order some kick panels and I still don't know what's going on with the order status. Very disappointed that I have no information on when I'm receiving my order. Will never buy again from them at all.or will I recommend customers to buy from them.

Purchased a new stereo for my daughter. I hadn't actually worked on a car stereo installation in quite a while, so I was able to take a trip in the "way back" machine and relive "1993 Bob" (while still ascending to my peak) for a while. It was great.

The stereo came with installation instructions (but who needs those, right guys?) and factory wiring harness making it much easier than trying to figure out what to do with the yellow and if it was OK to have extra wires when done (hint - it is).

I would recommend purchasing from Crutchfield again. Being able to find the car by year/make/model and have the mounting brackets and wiring harness match makes for a very easy installation.

I purchased ELAC Debut 6 speakers and Crutchfield speaker wire. The products are great. I found the information on your website about the products to be clear and quite helpful. Delivery was quick. I'll shop crutchfield.com again.

Crutchfield supplied me with everything I needed to upgrade my car stereo in terms of materials and information. I couldn't have done it without them. Crutchfield is the only place I will buy a car stereo from.

Everything was great except for the generic install instructions. I have a 2013 Kia Sorent Ex with navigation and infinity sound system. The directions tell you to drill out the rivets holding the old speakers in, but there are no rivets, the speakers are bolted in and If I remember correctly can be removed ith an 11 mm socket. Did have to drill new holes for the install though because the speaker adapter from scooche didn't line up at all. Everything else was great though, will def buy again.

The Polk Atrium 4 is the ideal speaker for outdoor use. Compact, robust and easy to install and the sound is superb. I bought and installed my first pair 5 years ago and they look the same as the new ones. For the sound quality, ruggedness and use, there is no better value in my opinion!
