I was looking for new subwoofers to replace the current ones I have due to the coils going bad, and it was a great experience to shop at crutchfield, they have a variety selection and reasonable prices, also very fast shipping that helped me lol! 5/5 rating i recommend shooing here for anything, I sure and again!

I usually order completely online because I very much dislike dealing with customer service, especially sales. But... I had some questions that needed detail I couldn't get from the website, even though theirs is fabulous. So I called. The rep I spoke with was Lee and he went through the entire order from top to bottom though I had everything picked out, just to make sure I had everything I needed. He offered a few additional connectors and even recommended against one upgrade I thought I needed because with a bit of work myself I could save a good bit. I couldn't be happier with the experience and just went ahead and placed the order over the phone which I haven't done in years. I haven't ordered from Crutchfield for almost 20 years just due to the nature of the vehicles I've purchased, but they were my one and only choice when I needed a new system this time.

I ordered a TV Monday morning. Their website clearly says that if you order early your order will ship the same day and that it takes 3 days to get to CA. UPS tracking had it for delivery Friday DEC. 1. I had someone wait all day at my home when UPS called and said that they will deliver Monday 03. I am very unhappy and Crutchfield 3 days to CA is false

I bought a set of kicker 43DSC3504 3.5 two way speakers for my Dash and they sound awesome a great upgrade from the factory speaker they also came with a free wiring harness to match the harness for my factory speakers thanks Crutchfield

Ordered the expensive TV (to me anyways) and seemed like 30 mins later got a call thinking it was a telemarketing number. But it was a super nice voice on the other end wanting to confirm my order and letting me know the process to expect from the shipping company. I was shocked and actually loved the follow up. Felt personable. Ordered my 100 pound TV on a Saturday, and had it in my house and on the wall on a Thursday. Couldn't have asked for a better.

Mostly every order I get the next day. They have decent phone service when I had to ask questions. I have order several car stereos and installation equipment over the years.
I like it because I can get the wire harnesses as well.

Crutchfield always has the best prices and the best service for me. I do not like going to big box stores and dealing with people who may or not know what they are selling, at Crutchfield if I don't know they do. Thanks!

Made an order for a sound bar. Got an email next day asking if I wanted to set up a business account and to call them. I said no, but they insisted I call them or they wouldn't fulfill the order. Pretty shady

Purchased a Samsung 55MU7000 UHD TV. The shipment arrived in good order in 4 days as promised. This is the third purchase from Crutchfield and it won't be my last. Help is always available from knowledgeable people. Keep up the good work. I'd recommend Crutchfield to any one who asks.

I bought the receiver on a Friday and by Monday night I was listening to some fantastic tunes.

I ordered a stereo with Bluetooth for my sons car. They sent emails with instructions for wiring and installing in car prior to receiving stereo. The stereo came I prewired Honda adapter mounted brackets to unit my son came back for a visit 20 minutes later he was saying it was his best Christmas present and programming stations and testing Bluetooth function. The whole process was a breeze thanks to detailed info for his vehicle.

I was very impressed by the speed, and quality in such a short time. I had put in for it on a Mon or Tues night and by Thursday morning it was at my door. I live in Long Beach, CA a freeway drive away from a local electronics retailer. I purchased a backup camera and dash camera (both from the same maker) from that retailer in March. Reviewed about five online sellers for the Grado SR325e headphones. All the sites sell the item for the same price. I especially liked the very extensive description and specification information sections on the product page on crutchfield.com. For these headphones. The customer-focused direction of the company, as well as the ongoing customer support were other factors that sold me to buy from Crutchfield.

I bought these for my sons 2012 Toyota Tundra. I thought he needed them for the front but it turned out he needed them for the back. He said no problem he could make it work with a few modifications. He liked them so much after driving around for one day that he is now ordering another.

I bought my system from Crutchfield and it was easier and cheaper than the box store. I simply entered the make and model of my truck and the site was tailored around my needs. I had a question about wiring and within 2 minutes an expert gave me my answer. Installation and instructions were great. I love my new system

First I only ordered the connectors another persons recommendation. The connectors were fine and arrived only one day later than started. I installed them but had trouble with (I guess it is also TP) the remote to run the steering wheel. After several attempts I called Crutchfield. We tried a couple of things and I was shipped a replacement connector. (This also arrived a day later than told).
I hooked up the new one and it did not work. I was told that it was my issue if the new part did not solve the problem. It did not and the higher price that I paid for the steeling wheel to work is just lost.
While the parts seemed to arrive in good order I do not think that I was truly helped. If you by from them it might be different but the price is a little higher. All discounts are based on getting all parts from them so in the long run it will cost more if you do not use them for everything.
