Bought a stereo for my run of the mill 2014 caravan. Their instructions said no cutting of the dash required. Well, after wiring I up I find I does not fit in the opening. The radio is too big so without hacking the outer dash, it's not going to fit. I decided to call and find out I this was normal and all I got was attitude. Tech told me I didn't read the instructions or fit info. When I proved him wrong on both counts, he then said I must have some special model. No apologies, no solutions, he just tried to blame me. And then hung up. I'm sending this junk back. If I can't can't get accurate fit info or tech support I might as well buy it on Amazon for less money.
I've been doing business with Crutchfield since the 1980's. I have never had a problem with service and I have seldom gotten a piece of equipment I didn't enjoy. And when I did, customer service took care of the problem and accepted my return without hesitation. I love working with this company, quick and easy with plenty of support.

I was used this service once to buy a mobile phone and i am not happy for their service. Because i got the mobile after one week and i think it’s too late. So I was complained these things to the site customer care and I am totally disappointed after the customer service too.

After going to a number of auto parts stores and electronic stores trying to get the right wiring harness Crutchfield finally came through with the right one. Next time I'll just go straight to Crutchfield because I know they have the knowledge and the right parts.

I purchased a Sennheiser Flex 5000 wireless tv listening system. It is wonderful! I can not only hear the words, I can understand them. Before when I was watching tv, even if I could hear the sound, the words sounded garbled. No more. This system is well worth the money!

The radio was delivered quickly, faster than I expected. It works great but on a scale of 1-10 for the installation with 10 being easy: I would give it a 2. The instructions were unclear as to how the installation sleeve works or even how to separate it from the radio for the installation. No operation manual came with it & the controls for the setup are not intuitive. I give Crutchfield 5 stars for their website & 2 stars on the radio for being way too complicated to install, setup & operate.

Needed to build a system for a friend so where else would you go but Crutchfield they give you everything you need to install your equipment such as speaker mounts and connections and receiver mounts for your specific vehicle

The radio was ok but could not get any AM stations to work on the radios. This was for my wifes van. It fit great and looked great but had to take it out and return it because I wife listens to AM stations most of the time. Will have to figure something else out. I had to pay to ship the radio back which make me out money for a radio that did not work correctly so will not be ordering from Crutchfield for the replacement. Dont want to have to keep paying if I need to return again. Tech support was nice and tried to help but nothing they had me try worked so they suggested I spend more money to get a signal booster which may not work so that is why I decided to just return it to cut my losses

Crutchfield has a great product. My dad has used it for years. I purchased a gift card online for Christmas for him and had to jump through hoops. Crutchfield wouldn't send me the gift card until I called and verified that I purchased it. Customer service hours were limited due to the holidays and it took a day or so to get through to have them deliver it to my e-mail. While I appreciate the extra security, my credit card company handles fraud just fine. However, the part that was the most frustrating was the rude customer service representative. He kept speaking over me and was very clearly trying to rush me through the call. He cut me off every time I started to speak and was condescending in nature. Eventually, he did send the gift card. It's a good thing my father trusts the product. If it was up to me, I wouldn't be back.

Got these on a Black Friday deal. Just put them in a couple weekends after, and I love the sound these things produce. The only and I mean only pain in the butt was the holes didn't line up just right so I had to widen a couple out with a file. Wasn't bad though! Crutchfield makes this too easy.

Shipping is quick and the product is as described in there advertisements. Never had to use there customer service for trouble calls do to the fact that I never had problems with there products. Good prices!

I placed an order for about $250 worth of Crutchfield products to be shipped to a postal parcel station in Blaine Washington. I jumped through all the hoops and they placed a charge against my credit card which went through my bank with no issue. Then they decided that they needed to confirm that I had an account with the postal parcel station and they emailed the station for this information. I checked with the postal station and they confirmed that they responded to Crutchfield's request. Crutchfield said they did not receive it and elected to cancel my order. I checked with Crutchfield and they confirmed that they regularly send product to this station. So it wasn't that they didn't know if the postal station existed, they simply didn't know if I had an account there. So what, if they sent the parcel to the station and I could not pick it up, they could always take it back with a suitable restocking charge. They had already demonstrated that they could take the full purchase price out of my credit card.
No when I go to the postal station, i need to identify my account and they won't release any parcels unless I produce government issued identity. So whether they confirm if I have an account should be irrelevant to Crutchfield. I have made many purchases through this station from Amazon and others and have never had this problem.
Anyhow, I won't be placing any orders to Crutchfield again, and I recommend caution to others.

Crutchfield made my purchase so easy. I like that I was able to put my car info in and it gave me all the options that fit my car. And when I had a question and called tech support they were able to answer it very fast and even emailed me a picture of what I was having trouble with. Thank you so much. I was very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a Pioneer head unit, which I was told the dish kit and wiring harness was included. They sent everything but the dash kit had 2 left hand pieces included and wasnt able to install the unit. The wiring harness wasnt the correct one for my vehicle and again wasnt able to install. I ended spending more money for the correct items at my local stereo shop.
The money I thought I was saving was lost due to the incompetence of Crutchfield.
