Each time I shop with Crutchfield, I am impressed with how they always know exactly what I need to complete the job for my specific vehicle. I am always more impressed with how they very often provide those extra things for free and offer free shipping. Great company!

Website is super easy to use! Type in vehicle it comes up with a few questions and boom every for your vehicle. Added radio to cart and in automatically pulled up install kit, wiring adapter and antenna adapter all u have to do is add to cart. Prices were great and shipping was UNBELIEVABLE! Got my order in less than 24hrs!

Fast shipping, the head unit, wiring harness and dash install kit arrived in a couple days and in great shape, plus i got a email with all the install instructions of how to remove the head unit and speakers, and how to install the new head unit and speakers and how to wire it, other companies just sell you the merchandise and dont care if you know how to install it or not, its good to see a company that cares about its customers

After ordering online for a somewhat large subwoofer I received the confirmation email as well as emails updating the delivery status from "shipped" to "delivered". The unit arrived just a few days later as notified.

I am very pleased with my purchase of a Yamaha R-S202 receiver with Bluetooth. It arrived as quickly as it would have from Amazon, for the same price and w/ free shipping. It works well but if it hadn't, their customer service out out of Earlysville, VA would have me covered. I look forward to ordering from them in the future.

I have to give Critchfield a lot of credit. My Kenwood Bluetooth stereo receiver was easy to install and came with all hardware and trim pieces I needed to install it. I have always thought Crutchfield was higher that other places but with what you get and the instructions that came with it I found they are comparable to others. Our television & receiver system was taken out by a lightning storm. The day of the install for the new equipment was fast approaching and the company I was using was out of the surge protector I needed. I called Crutchfield and they got me the part the day before the install. The person I spoke with was helpful, polite, and reassuring. They came through just like they said they would.

Not only was the online ordering reliably accurate for make and model selections for my stereo receiver but the installation information provided was easy to follow and uncomplicated. This was my first time to install a stereo and it was simple thanks to the great information Crutchfield provided.

Needed a flat mount for a 43 inch TV. The specialist from Crutchfield assisted me in getting the appropriate type of flat mount for the TV and the price was cheaper than their competitors. Received the product in 3 days.

The speaker was listed as "fits your vehicle" and also under the "ugrade" over factory speakers search. The speaker was actually much smaller than the factory speaker so it came with a plastic ring adapter. The ring adapter itself did not fit and had to be heavily modified to make it fit. In addition, the speaker once fitted to the bracket left a large air gap between it and the backer box. After all these headaches, once I finally got this upgraded speaker into position, it sounded like crap as it was a smaller 2 way speaker replacing a 6.5" midrange.

I have used Crutchfield in the past because it was worth paying a little extra to have the peace of mind that everything would fit my vehicle and all necessary adapters and cables would be included. But if they can't be trusted to get that right, why wouldn't I go to Amazon or another big retailer and pay less?

Was very helpful that wiring harness was included in purchase, that made the difference for me as far as buying it from you guys. I did not have to figure out what I was going to need!

I bought a different DAP on Amazon, and had a horrible experience. My biggest problem was with the manufacturer and distributor. Bottom line, the manufacturer wouldn't cover the device because it came from a third party distributor. Amazon was good in that they took it back, but same on them for selling the device from a third party distributor. My experience with Crutchfield by comparison was a dream. Free 2nd day air shipping (without an annual membership), free one year technical support. Biodegradable shipping peanuts, even. I will not hesitate to recommend Crutchfield to anyone on the fence.

Crutchfield is very plite and easy to work with. Staff know what they are talking about. Geat store with great products. Everything is very easy to find on the website. Lots of choices. I woul recommend for quality stuff

Excellent service. Gave me several ideas other than what I was looking for and it worked out great. Awesome service and fast shipping. It even arrived a day early. The install kit and stereo both were supper easy to install and had zero issues. I never knew this kit was available for the RX330 till I called Crutchfield. My wife is so excited and the sound is great. Happy wife happy life. I will recomend Crutchfield to every one I know. Thanks being awesome.

I normally would not need tech support, I was really glad I had it this time. After spending a lot of time on the phone with Eric selecting the right sound bar for my requirements, I felt his very knowledgeable recommendations were right on target. After receiving the Yamaha unit and mounting kit, the physical installation went well, but the HDMI connection refused to connect correctly. Both Eric and I were out of ideas when he included one of Crutchfield's tech support guys to the conversation. It seems there is an undocumented secret step that requires holding a button for over 5 seconds while initiating the system to make the TV and sound bar communicate correctly over the HDMI cable. Without that help we would have never figured that out.

I finally decided to order from Crutchfield. I have not bought a car stereo in over a decade. I was in the market so I shopped their site. None of the units I wanted are in stock, but I needed one now so I had to go elsewhere. I did buy the install harness and install kit. This is where the issue lies. Since I did not buy the stereo from them, the install kit cost $50 more. That is a bit of a ripoff as the kit wasn't really worth the price I paid let alone for $50 less. The harness was not complete, The steering wheel control adapter instructions were lacking detail, and the dash adapter was pretty cheap. All of this stuff was cheaper on Amazon, but I thought I'd actually get a better product and completed harnesses from Crutchfield. I did not. I had to cut and splice most of the wiring, and to hunt down a signal in my truck that had I not been an engineer, would probably been screwed. I probably won't be back.

Everything from the tech that helped me from the chat conversation, Kay, to the tech that helped me on the install over the weekend, Dale, were great to work with. When I have to buy anything else I will start with Crutchfield. Thanks again for a great experience!
