Bought a stereo for my run of the mill 2014 caravan. Their instructions said no cutting of the dash required. Well, after wiring I up I find I does not fit in the opening. The radio is too big so without hacking the outer dash, it's not going to fit. I decided to call and find out I this was normal and all I got was attitude. Tech told me I didn't read the instructions or fit info. When I proved him wrong on both counts, he then said I must have some special model. No apologies, no solutions, he just tried to blame me. And then hung up. I'm sending this junk back. If I can't can't get accurate fit info or tech support I might as well buy it on Amazon for less money.

Had to make the speakers fit the mount due to the wrong ones were sent. The electrical connectors did not fit the speakers, so I cut them off and put different ones in. The instruction were generic and not very helpful.

I was looking for a CD changer (I know, I know--old school, but I also have a reel to reel
Tape deck). Anyway, Crutchfield had a good selection, reasonable prices and great service.

- Can't beat the price!
- The removal instructions were great. I would have taken much longer to figure it out on my own. (The RetroSound Santa Fe factory install instructions were a little more shaky, but that was not a Crutchfield issue.)
- Suggest offering wiring harness splice kit when selling the RetroSound radio. The factory connectors are great, but you still have to connect the specific factory conversion to the generic radio connector.
- I intended to get a pair of speakers for the dash in the 1988 Chevy C3 truck. I bought a pair of RockfordFosgate R1,5" speakers, but the magnet was too big to fit in the whole. I had to buy a pair of Pioneer 4" x 6" to match the original hole and mounting. It would have saved me time and money if the website gave a better, precise selection for the application that I was looking for.

4 Ceiling speakers and center stage have made the boring TV experience much better, not to mention the Yamaha RX-A850 I purchased a few years ago has been a perfect. Match. The center stage will be installed on the MantleMount later today or tomorrow. Amazed at how good the surround is with ceiling mounted speakers.

Before buying my Yamaha YAS-207 speakers I did a lot of research. I found the reviews and videos on Crutchfield very helpful. I also liked the responses that Crutchfield gave to customers that needed assistance. The only issue I have is that since my YAS-207 sound bar sounds so good, I now have the realization that my TV speakers are truly lackluster. I would recommend Crutchfield based on my experience, their customer service ideological, and others experiences. Good price and free shipping was a plus as well.

I needed to replace the AM/FM stock Ford radio in my 2014 F250. The sales rep was knowledgeable and fast with setting up my order. I received my order quickly and was able to install my new Pioneer 5120 myself, the Ready Harness was a HUGE time and headache saver, very nice! The trim pieces fit and no kidding, after I figured out how to remove the dash I had my new radio installed in less than 20 minutes! Thanks Crutchfield, I will be ordering from you again!

Your product was supposed to work on a 1989 Cadillac brougham. It does not! I emailed you that I need instructions to install it on a 1989 Cadillac brougham. And you sent me with instructions to install a different radio and a year that did not apply to a 1989. Luckily I didnt spend a lot of money for the radio you did send to me. But it shows that several of your employees either dont know their job or dont care. So in the future I can only recommend to others to go to some one else for there electronics.

I contacted their customer service rep Trish for help with a technical question for a product that wasn't even theirs. Between Trish and their technical group their were able to diagnose the problem with my 20 year old Bose system, which took us over 30-45 minutes to do so, never feeling rushed while they worked on it. The results ended up with me retiring the Bose system.
Trish then helped me find components for my style of listening to replace the system, and unlike other companies I've worked with, she didn't try and sell me the most expensive products. She listened to what I had to say and matched the system to work best for our preferences and rooms size.
The products arrived packaged perfectly, on time and they were exactly what we needed to replace our old system.

I broke my gaming headsets at home when i sat on my headset accidentally, I was searching for a new gaming headsets at an affordable cost. It was a difficult search to find a good gaming headsets in my budget, but i was lucky enough to get JBL Quantum 200 headset for a best price from Crutchfield. The order received in two days. I thought I was stuck with a 12 year old OEM car radio that was dead. Got a nice Sony receiver, mount kit and harness kit that worked beautifully. Was able to marry with existing JBL speakers, subwoofer and amp so it was a seamless and inexpensive replacement. Very happy!

Crutchfield personnel are prompt, professional and accessible. They promised 2 day next air delivery and delivered as promised. When I had a problem connecting a separate phono pre-amp to my RA 1592 Mk II, I called, got immediate service and had my question answered inside of a minute. I chose the Rotel to temporarily replace the McIntosh MA 6900 I have in the New York repair facility. The Rotel put an unexpected smile on my face. When the Mac comes back, I will keep the Rotel for a separate system. Give Crutchfield an A+

My first Crutchfield purchase was an AM/FM radio for my then new 1981 Honda. Both Bill Crutchfield and I had a lot more hair back then. Crutchfield has provided me 3 LCD/LED TVs, various DVD players, and assorted electronics over the years. I have never been disappointed with the products or delivery. Could I have occasionally saved a few dollars elsewhere - maybe. But is not worth the loss or Crutchfield benefits or incuring extra risk. Buy here with confidence.
