I've ordered from Crutchfield for years. My recent purchase was exactly what I expected. Great service, great warranty, zero issues. Save yourself the trouble of ordering from places that have zero after purchase customer care...Sonic... If you want a worry free transaction order from Crutchfield.
Bought a stereo for my run of the mill 2014 caravan. Their instructions said no cutting of the dash required. Well, after wiring I up I find I does not fit in the opening. The radio is too big so without hacking the outer dash, it's not going to fit. I decided to call and find out I this was normal and all I got was attitude. Tech told me I didn't read the instructions or fit info. When I proved him wrong on both counts, he then said I must have some special model. No apologies, no solutions, he just tried to blame me. And then hung up. I'm sending this junk back. If I can't can't get accurate fit info or tech support I might as well buy it on Amazon for less money.
Hesitated to choose between the Sony or Senheiser audiophile headphones since their specs were similar. But Ziggy, their expert, clarified some crucial points to me and I bought Senheiser Momentum 4 Wireless.

It has been a couple of decades since I last purchased a car stereo, and back then I turned to Crutchfield. They were great and the product excellent. Twenty-five years later, when I was in the market for a new car stereo, I thought, "Is Crutchfield still there?" Not only are they, their customer-first focus is still clearly their first priority.

Technical assistance by phone is good, reasonable, personable, and reliable. A small business too, instead of Amazon, Best Buy, etc. Am very satisfied with this local company, and have bought a few pieces of electronics from them over the years. Will be back when I need something else.

Crutchfield had just what I needed at an extremely affordable price. I really don't look anywhere else for Audio/Visual Products. Go on line, half dozen mouse clicks and boom, it shows up on the front porch 2 days later.

I've been buying things from Crutchfield since the early 90's and have NEVER had a bad experience. Customer service is second to none, top notch products to fit all budgets, and outstanding tech support should you need it. Why go anywhere else?

No other store can compare to Crutchfield in any aspect. They offer way more with your purchase than anyone else. Free installation parts and detailed vehicle specific instruction is a huge bonus. Discrete boxes too which is a must these days.

Needed to replace the ailing factory speakers in my 2004 Silverado. Adam was the man with the answers. 6 hrs of install time later... and my truck sounds like a symphony hall! Well... maybe not quite that good... but for us guys with our trucks,.,,, it'll do just fine! Can't go wrong with Crutchfield. They know their stuff about sound waves!

Been using Crutchfield for over an decade and my goto website for anything car AV related. It's like having a friend at in local car audio. Takes the guesswork out of buying/installing hardware, I am an lifetime customer and will keep coming back even with big online giants undercut on price
Tip for consumers:
the Crutchfield experience is worth a couple bucks compared to the big online giants who undercut on price and offer no advise, expertise. As a novice customer I need more than a good price and return policy "looking at you online giants", I really don't want to mess my vehicle up and Crutchfield gives me the confidence and courage I need to "pull the trigger" on DIY purchases

Stock speakers were blown and made a horrible buzzing/flapping sound. $40 speakers did the trick as my requirement was to stop the buzzing. Having a sound upgrade was a pleasant surprise although now I want to replace the other 8 speakers in my 4Runner ... na I'm too cheap to do that :)

Even though it was a refurbished unit everything fit perfectly and all items included such as the mounting kit and wiring harness were correct and functioned great, besides that they shipped out my order extremely quick and helped me with any questions or concerns.

I ordered a much needed stereo for my 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was extremely easy with Crutchfield, having the adapter plate, wiring harness and full installation instructions right at hand. Also the price was incredible, highly recommend if you're on the fence.

My '94 Mustang Cobra radio went on the fritz, and I wanted an easy to install and great sounding radio with modern features. Your system hooked me up with a great Panasonic BlueTooth radio and the pre made harnesses, mine required two because of the Mach 460. Unit came and was pretty straight forward to install except for the RCA plugs, call your hotline and problem solved quickly and it worked. I like working with a company that values high quality service and responsiveness, thanks

Their technical assistance phone line makes them the only company I'd get car audio equipment from. I always have one or two small questions when doing an install and their staff are incredibly knowledgeable. So long as they're reasonably priced, I will always choose Crutchfield.
