Bought a stereo for my run of the mill 2014 caravan. Their instructions said no cutting of the dash required. Well, after wiring I up I find I does not fit in the opening. The radio is too big so without hacking the outer dash, it's not going to fit. I decided to call and find out I this was normal and all I got was attitude. Tech told me I didn't read the instructions or fit info. When I proved him wrong on both counts, he then said I must have some special model. No apologies, no solutions, he just tried to blame me. And then hung up. I'm sending this junk back. If I can't can't get accurate fit info or tech support I might as well buy it on Amazon for less money.
Im doing an upgrade to my 2017 Challengers factory Alpine 6 speaker stereo. Im very happy with the products I have received from Crutchfield and the installation instructions with pics. This stereo went from good to awesome. I like keeping the factory 8.4 head unit this stereo doesnt look like an afterthought

I ordered a universal remote from Crutchfield. I called Crutchfield support to help me set up my remote. I got to a person very quickly and he helped me configure my universal remote to work with my TV, Apple TV, Digital Receiver, and DVD player. Very helpful. Will definitely purchase from them again.

Installation was a breeze with CrutchField's Recommended Installation Kit and very useful Pre-Wired Service. This resulted in a Great Turnkey Installation. I was Very, Very Disappointed when I made my order I was told that the radio was compatible with my truck plus it state on the side of the box that it had steering wheel control. I paid this person to install the system but the steering wheel control didn't work had to pay him another fee to take the radio back out and reinstall my old one I still don't have a radio now I gotta send it back but I can't order another one cause the one they assured me would work in my truck is almost $100.00 out of my budget

Recently on the market for SONOS speakers. I have to admit that I went to the SONOS website first but they were out to stock.
Me being the "immediate gratification" person, began my search. Crutchfield was the first hit and they DELIVERED!
Five minutes to order and a few days for the delivery to show up.

I used their site to help winnow the candidates for a new receiver. Then when I decided, I ordered it and came right on time. Then a few days later I decided I needed new speakers and went through the same process. When I made my choice I ordered them. They were supposed to come a couple of days after the receiver but they didn't come then, they came the day before. Summing up, they provide good information to make selections and they deliver, on time.

Everything went well and the price was good... Except for the 1 hour of troubleshooting I had to to because a wire wasn't connected. I bought the "ready harness" option and all the wires but 1 was connected. All it took was one little pink wire to set me behind an hour. I bought it seemingly ready to go and wiring is my last suspect but sure enough what should've been done right was not done right. Luckily it only took a minute or so to add the wire to the proper spot on the plug but I shouldn't have had to. Also, customer service when I called before my order to ask questions was top notch.

I was a life long Crutchfield Customer until 2022. I placed an order for speaker stands after an advisor recommended them on January 6th after about 6 Weeks i contact Crutchfield and was told by Susan that my order was cancelled on the backend with no explanation why. For my inconvenience they would give me a 50 dollar gift card. Come Sunday Feb 20th i received an email stating my gift card was canceled and that "Donna" spoke to me which no one did it was a weekend. Spoke to Seth on Monday he states that it was cancelled and that they would only process on more order from me because of too many chargebacks mine you i've never disputed speakers etc. Overall disgusted with the accusations and lack of customer support in addition to making it seem as if i did something wrong for their lack of care. They cancelled my order without warning or communicate. I'll never do business with them again

Stereo is perfect but the Metra kit was a pain.
Fitment of the Metra Kit sucks, the dial on the unit hits on the inside of the kit making it very difficult to adjust the volume. Also the clips don't work that hold the unit into place. I had to carefully remove and use the ones from the stock unit for it to hold and there was other issues.
The fit and finish of this Metra is just poor quality which is odd because I usually have good luck with them.

Was able to get exactly what I want and in a tiny manner. I was having a problem with PayPal and called Crutchfields customer service. Harley was fabulous. She helped me to get it done, she was extremely helpful. I will use them again

Ordered a 50" Samsung TV. The whole ordering process was so easy and smooth. The TV arrived within a couple of days and shipping was free (always a bonus). This is not the first time I ordered from Cruchfield and it will not be the last!

I'm a big fan of good sound either at home or in my car, and I have been drooling over ordering from Crutchfield since I can remember. Ordered a set of Memphis speakers for the doors and rear deck. The sound way better than what I had. But I still needed some thump so I ordered the Rockford Fosgate self powered sub, but in the midst of it getting here I suffered a heart attack. Thank GOD I got a second chance to still be around, and as soon as I'm well enough, I'm plugging that bad boy up and I'm gonna soothe my heart with some deep bass :)

I would like to commend this company for its stellar sales and support. I have a history of ordering from them, and I highly recommend them. I was looking for a stereo for my daughter's SUV, and purchased the stereo, and install kit. Jake was super in assisting me in my purchase of a ready harness. Although the wiring is pretty straightforward, as it is color-coded, the ready harness takes all the guesswork, labor, and stress out of the process. I was all smiles, after completing the install. She is ready for the road now!

I ordered Bluetooth headphones for a trip I was going on and the site showed 2 days or less so I decided to try crunch field for the first time ( I normally shop at Amazon or Best Buy) When they didn't show up within the 2 days I sent them an email and was told it's an estimated time of arrival. Maybe you should have most products arrive with in 2 day not 2 days or less - No one likes trick f-ing gimmicks. First and last order
