Bought a stereo for my run of the mill 2014 caravan. Their instructions said no cutting of the dash required. Well, after wiring I up I find I does not fit in the opening. The radio is too big so without hacking the outer dash, it's not going to fit. I decided to call and find out I this was normal and all I got was attitude. Tech told me I didn't read the instructions or fit info. When I proved him wrong on both counts, he then said I must have some special model. No apologies, no solutions, he just tried to blame me. And then hung up. I'm sending this junk back. If I can't can't get accurate fit info or tech support I might as well buy it on Amazon for less money.
Received order on schedule. The wiring harness went together with no issues. Product works as expected. Very good experience, would definitely order from Crutchfield again.

I went on the website and was able to find the accessories for my car very quickly. I appreciated how they were able to show me specific items that would fit my vehicle. Most stores' websites don't do that.
I also found the products that I needed at a price that was better than anywhere else. There was one exception as I ordered multiple items but that item while it cost more was very difficult to find in other retailers like Amazon or even Ebay. The free shipping helped make up the difference in price.
Shipping was pretty fast. I ordered my items on a Thursday evening and received them the next Tuesday.So it took 5 days to receive my order and Monday was Memorial Day so all in all I think the shipping was fairly quick. I also received email notifications from Crutchfield and subsequently UPS about the progress and expected delivery dates of my orders.
I have seen other people's reviews and some people are unhappy. I think for some it may be a matter of what you ordered and then when you had to interact with a service rep, they didn't respond to your needs like you wanted. I am very critical when it comes to customer service as I am not opposed to taking my money elsewhere. Such as it is, this order went smoothly and right now I can honestly say I would shop through this vendor again if I had a need they could meet.

I bought the Rockford Fosgate R165X3 speakers for the front doors of my 2002 Camry that they recommended and they threw in the speaker adapter bracket and the wiring harness for free. They also sent me instructions on how to install them. It couldn't have been easier unless they did it for me. A model of great service.

Disciplinary action pending or charges to be filed w Supreme Court of FL. "Probable cause" decision after investigation finding. This man Took a years worth of money for a criminal case, unable to resolve favorably. Had to fire this man and hired Lyle Mazin of Mazin Law in Orlando who got our case dropped only after 3 months, something Mr Crutchfield couldn't or wouldn't do. Mr Mazin is top notch, brilliant, passionate, affordable.

I have been a customer with Crutchfield for twenty five years now. Back then you got a nice catalog in the mail. You placed an order over the phone or by mailing in a form with a check. I nearly had a career with Crutchfield in 1997. My direct boss would have been Mark Maynerd (sorry for misspelling the name), but my poir eyesite kept me from reading the tech manual books of the time. Back then the system for tech support was done with large, thick books for wiring diagrams. I have purchased several car audio systems from Crutchfield over the years. Crutchfield has been around since the 1970s for a reason. Their customer service and technical suppirt are first rate. Keep doing what you do Crutchfield.
Tip for consumers:
Pay attention to the free items that you get with Crutchfield. For example, if you purchase car audio gear you get complete detailed instructions, wiring diagrams, wiring harness, etc. You end up with all you need to complete an install.
