Purchased a new Boss head unit with backup camera along with all appropriate wiring harnesses and adaptors for 2014 Jeep Wrangler JKU. Everything was delivered quickly and correctly. Provided instructions were very detailed for my vehicle and helpful up through disassembly of the dash and removal of the factory head unit. Then the instructions just referred you to the instructions supplied with the head unit and camera for making all wiring connections. The instructions provided by Boss were complete trash for both the head unit and the camera. The obvious connections were easy but there were many free wires with no instruction indicating whether they should be connected somewhere or left unconnected. I also had to rely on YouTube to identify that the purpose of the USB adaptor was for connecting to the factory harness (which was located elsewhere in the dash and connected to the factory Bluetooth unit) from the existing USB connection in the center console. A simple wiring chart/diagram indicating what connects where including all non-used wires would be helpful.
My adaptor module ended up being faulty, but it took a while to figure that out because of the lack of instruction and not knowing whether one of the non-used wires needed to be connected.
I contacted tech support 3 times--their customer service was excellent and knowledgeable. You get an actual human within 2-3 rings and they actually know what both you and they are talking about.

Got speakers in two days as promised. They are fantastic!

Great experience adding Dolby atmos right and left speakers to my 7.1 system. Crisp, clear and definitely add an extra overhead sound field.

Tip - If using auto calibration on your receiver, recommend manually increasing front right and left speaker height levels 2-3 dB AFTER auto calibration (Audyssey, MCAC, YPAO).

Had never used this website before and am pretty upset that I hadn't, they ship quickly and give you everything you will need to install your items. AMAZING service, will continue to use for as long as I ever install audio in my vehicles.

I was looking for some cheap speakers that would right into the door on my Chevy Z71 pickup that I would not have to drill into the door but would go back in like the factory ones and my coworker said look at this site, he typed in Crutchfield and I found exactly what I was looking for. Wasn't sure exactly which replacement speakers to choose for my 2016 Passat. I planned to buy Polk Audio but because I was keeping my OEM head unit, Aaron at Crutchfield suggested I go with JBL concert series. I just installed the speakers and sound deadner in the rear doors this weekend and am wow'd. The rear speakers sound way better than the OEM, loud and clear with no rattles or distortion. Haven't had a chance to replace the front door speakers and deadner yet but it will be real soon! Thanks Aaron for your help the JBLs are great and I will be ordering that bazooka tube in the next few weeks.

Very satisfied with the performance of Crutchfield network cables. Crutchfield adviser help me choose better items. Also, the shipment, delivery was fast.

Shipping was fast and items safely packaged. All items worked as expected; head unit sounds great. Went with a single DIN so the buttons are smaller. Wiring harness and adapters all worked and instructions were mostly accurate and helpful; I did not need to call for help. The head unit and replacement dash mounting kit fit my vehicle with one flaw. The curvature along the top does not match up tightly with the air vent trim (as the original dash mount did). Otherwise the dash mount looks and feels the same as the original. I was expecting an over-blown price tag for all the items I ordered but turns out the cost was reasonable and I got what was necessary to install without looking all around for the correct items and directions. I checked several other online retailers and overall Crutchfield had the best options for head units, kits, adapters and clear directions. Though some individual items can cost a bit more, it may be worth paying more to get the whole package and support (if needed). Be aware that some adapters (steering wheel functions) do require external website use for access to specific directions and updates. As a novice installer of car audio systems, using Crutchfield was a positive experience all around; I'll come back here first, when needed.

I ordered a car radio online at Crutchfield. It was so easy. And the delivery was amazing. It came in just a couple of days from my ordering it. Can't ask for more than that.
