My Sales Rep/Tech Peyton was excellent. Pointed me in the right direction, and left me feeling someone would be there to help with after-sales support if I needed it.

I just purchased the Klipsch RP-8000F speakers to replace a pair of RP-260F speakers that I purchased a couple of years ago. The RP-260F is a great speaker and I recommend it, but the RP-8000F benefits from the larger woofer and the new ventilated design tweeter... good highs, good mid-range and good clean bass. I use them in a surround sound system and also with an all analog turntable stereo setup. The sound of cymbals on a vinyl record is a good indicator of true music reproduction, and the RP-8000F can ring with the best. I am very pleased with the purchase. I recommend the RP-8000F as well as any Klipsch product out there. Klipsch products have a great price value relationship. Crutchfield gave me great service always!

I really needed to upgrade my factory OEM speakers in my 2017 Buick Encore. I had a mid-grade budget and was getting very confused by reading customer reviews. I decided to go to the experts and reach out for some advice. Levi from Crutchfield helped me out TREMENDOUSLY. Levi felt a pair of Infinity speakers in front and some JL Audio speakers in back would give me exactly what I was looking for. I took Levis advice and immediately ordered them. I installed them last night and could not believe the difference. The sound was exactly what I was hoping to achieve. I was right on budget too. Had I listened to only customer reviews, who knows what I would have ended up with. I also would not have mixed in 2 different brands when only replacing speakers. I trusted Levis advice. They sound fantastic running on only the factory head unit. We are strongly considering replacing speakers in our GMC Denali now after this great experience. Dont shop around. Crutchfield provides the OEM speaker adapters and wiring harnesses. I saved around $60 just on those parts alone. Thank you Levi and Crutchfield! You ROCK and now, so do I!

I am happy with my order because I also received additional wire which was unexpected. We had a camera go down and just needed a replacement. I now have decided to add another camera.

The shipping was fast. The quality of the Crutchfield Premium cable is very good, but not excellent. But for $10, they are an excellent deal, I doubt that anything under $25 could be better.

I've bought several head units from Crutchfield over the years. By discounting the installation kits and including detailed instructions, I've never had any issues.

They fit my s10 almost perfect and have great bass paired with crisp sound. It also came with the connectors so i didnt even had to splice any wires. Loved them highly recommend

Product (ifi hip dac) delivered exactly as promised. The dac has been awesome. I'm embarrassed that I listened to crappy sound for so long - never again.

Purchased 2 Auralex pads for my 350 watt Klipsch subs, what a difference, subs sound much cleaner and thump with more authority. Would highly recommend if you have subs + hardwood floors!

To start, new radio for a 2007 Honda CRV. All functions (backup camera, steering wheel controls, etc) worked with factory radio.

Radio ordered by CF recommendation. Assured it would work with vehicle. Dash kit ordered as well.

After several hours of install (backup camera, maestro flash, dark kit configuration. Backup camera would not function in reverse. Technical support called 6 times. Different answer each time. Flashed module 4 times based on tech support. Finally demanded a supervisor. Was sent a complete replacement for everything.

New radio configured, maestro flashed. No difference. At this point, supervisor told me it will not function as intended.

Additional "not working" functions include:
1. Dash kit that did not match the vehicle mount holes. Used the factory brackets which fit perfectly. Got refund for kit.
2. Steering controls for voice dial and "back" do not work. No resolution by tech support.
3. Final straw, usb mount kit for existing factory blank does not even come close to fitting. No clips to mount it in dash that even resemble the blank that came out.

Reciever arrived less than 48 hours later. The website was very well organized and easy to sort out the models that would work with our vehicles. Very good shopping experience!
