Nice, straight forward and almost problem free installation. The one small problem that I had was quickly solved by Shane from Crutchfield tech support. The website is fantastic, showing you all the necessary accessories and tools needed for your particular install. I really liked the "ready harness". This low cost option makes the installation practically plug and play. I only had to tap one wire for my steering wheel controls, Crutchfield emailed me a link to show which wire it was and included a wire tap with the installation kit. Crutchfield has definitely done their homework and provide an excellent service. It's been about 15 years since I've installed a car stereo and I almost farmed the job out to a big box store. Glad I didn't. In a nutshell, buy the complete installation kit and the ready harness. They'll email you all the instructions. If you get stuck just give them a call.

I have been using Crutchfield since around 1985. The catalog was okay, but the website is fantastic. The ability to punch in your vehicle and find what you are looking for saves so much time. I had only used the site for cars and motorcycles until a year or so back when i bought a 65" TV. Again, perfect products, great selection, outstanding customer service. Why would you shop anywhere else!

I can buy a car stereo anywhere. The install kit and connector that Crutchfield included with my purchase made installation a breeze, not to mention a perfect professional appearance. The big box stores don't provide step by step instructions or free tech support either. There's a reason Crutchfield has been around for so many years.

Many places claim they have great customer service but rarely do. From helping me choose the best stereo for my needs to walking me through installation they knocked it out of the park. I would highly recommend this company.

I've purchased stereos and speakers for various cars over the last ten years from Crutchfield. They have great prices, but what makes them the best is the support they give. You get free instructions that are available for any make and model which are detailed enough for anyone to follow and be successful. Most times the wiring harness is also free along with other accessories like trim or storage trays needed to complete a professional looking install. They also recommended appropriate tools you might need, such as trim pullers, to make the job easier. I research everything I buy and don't look anywhere else for car audio.

I was searching for a particular vinyl player for my son in law. Amazon only had the item available for January, other sites did not have same model I needed. One review on another site highly recommended Crutchfield after a bad experience elsewhere.
I went on your site and easily found the item I needed. I had a couple of questions, started to call for an associate, found the answers right in front of me. I registered and ordered in record time. The order was promised for a Thursday delivery but arrived 2 days early. Absolutely best online company service ever. There are a lot of huge companies out there who have horrible websites, hard to navigate, take forever to get order done. Thank you for great service. I haven't installed a stereo since I was a teenager and that 40 years ago! I remember installing quite a few back then and always stumbling to figure out how to remove door panels, route wires, connect things, adapt the new stereo into the car, etc... My son needed a new one this time and Crutchfield's site showed me what would fit and even threw in the mounting adapter and cable harness and even instructions along with free shipping! Instructions and harness and kit were perfect! Super easy and in fact I had my son do all the wiring(not difficult at all - but don't forget to buy your own wire nuts!). The new head unit sounds far better even with the stock speakers! Son loves it!

Ive ordered from this place forever. The shipment is always correct and on time and they even send personalized instruction manuals on how to put that EXACT piece of hardware in your EXACT vehicle. If you can strip some wires you can easily follow along. Never used the online customer service but thats also really cool you can talk to a real, experienced person. You guys rock 5/5

I don't think I have ever called in with an order where it didn't turn into a great conversation. Every product I've purchased for my vehicles fit perfectly.
