Bought a stereo for my run of the mill 2014 caravan. Their instructions said no cutting of the dash required. Well, after wiring I up I find I does not fit in the opening. The radio is too big so without hacking the outer dash, it's not going to fit. I decided to call and find out I this was normal and all I got was attitude. Tech told me I didn't read the instructions or fit info. When I proved him wrong on both counts, he then said I must have some special model. No apologies, no solutions, he just tried to blame me. And then hung up. I'm sending this junk back. If I can't can't get accurate fit info or tech support I might as well buy it on Amazon for less money.
I have been buying from Crutchfield since 1987. The customer service and value I receive is second to none. I have not purchased electronics anywhere else nor do I plan to.

2 DAY SHIPPING AND PACKAGE WAS NOT RECEIVED. I HAD TO CALL TO FIND OU THAT THEIR WAS A LABEL ISSUE WITH MY PACKAGE AND IT WAS RETURNED TO CRUTCHFIELD. NO NOTIFICATION FROM ANYONE AT CRUTCHFIELD CONCERNING THIS ISSUE.

First of all, CRUTCHFIELD, you are FREAKIN AWESOME! From the time I ordered and from the time received my radio, it was two days. I received my than enough equipment to install and complete my radio installation. The only thing I didn't install was the reverse camera, and that was due to I'm planning on moving the tag plate to a different location. My radio is an awesome investment and I can't wait to start blaring it down the road. Thank You again CRUTCHFIELD, stay CLASSY!

The wire is real copper not aluminum covered in copper, and end connectors were very high grade and substantially built which makes the connections strong and safe.

Said it was for an hhr but the speaker wires don't match up to the factory connectors, went to abc warehouse and they sold me the same connector for 120$ and it was the wrong one as well

I first bought a stereo from Crutchfield in the 1980's for my Mazda B2000 truck. Believe it or not I haven't bought any stereo equipment since then. Fast forward 28 years, (life happens) and I decided to update my 2008 Honda Ridgeline with a new stereo and speakers. When I began looking, Crutchfield popped up in my search. I had completely forgotten how awesome Crutchfield is, since I had forgotten about them completely. I also didn't realize just how much technology has changed. The Crutchfield site and the Crutchfield personnel has really, really been incredibly useful and helpful. The search filters are very helpful and useful. The reviews, manuals on every product page, what's in the box, questions and answers, and How to Articles and Videos all make Crutchfield the absolute best. My Advisor was very helpful when I couldn't answer some of the questions I had. By far the best feature is the fact that Crutchfield matches up their products to your specific vehicle, which, ensures you'll have a great and fun experience with your install. The speakers mount brackets for my 2018 civic sport hatchback didn't fit how is supposed to, the speakers screws don't line up, the brackets separate from door frame and the screws are to long.

The stereo fitted my car but the shipping obviously damaged it a little bit, it has a small scratch on the front, don't know how it happened but thank for the nice customer care.
