Great service from Crutchfield, ordered unit on Wed morning, delivered on Friday afternoon, can't beat that.
Product-the speaker produces rich warm spoken sound for movies and TV, which is what I was trying to achieve. So, I am happy with this product. As others have listed, the unit is quite large, so make sure you measure the area you are placing it in, weighs about 30 lbs. Very solid and well built. The unit has the ability to raise/lower the angle of the speaker to match the output to ear level depending on where you place it, this is a big plus, and works well for me. All in all, great product for the price, quick delivery, and outstanding service from Crutchfield.

I don't live far from Crutchfield, so one would think that speedy delivery would be a given; but with all of the things affecting the mail and carriers today, that is not a certainty. Given pulling, packaging and shipping time needed by most vendors, extended delivery should be expected. Not Crutchfield, though. I ordered an item on Monday and received it on Tuesday, well packaged and exactly as described online. I would guess that the order was processed and delivered to the shipper within a couple of hours to get to me so quickly. Plus, Crutchfield kept me informed of the status of my order right through delivery. Way to go and thanks.

The customer service was very knowledgeable about their products and gave me several options of systems that would work in my car. The prices were competitive and the step by step instructions are easy to follow. I would definitely recommend getting their wiring harness adapter. It will save you a lot of time.

I get the same prices as Amazon, fast shipping, great pre- and post-sales support, free wiring harnesses and detailed installation instructions. Why would I shop anywhere else? I have placed a couple of orders and each purchase has been perfect.

Got a call the day my shipment was supposed to go out from Crutchfield. They found that one speaker set had the wrong brackets with them for my rear doors. Great catch and excellent service! That call saved me the headache of sending something back and getting it replaced.

I was honestly surprised with the knowledge of the techs you can simply just call to discuss your options with. The fact they can build your cart and explain the reasons as to what they are picking really makes the purchase much smoother. Also being able to get the number of the same person if you need to speak too then again is amazing since they will know your situation. I felt at ease knowing I had all main components and accessories to fully enjoy my new audio setup. Very fast shipping as well.

I'll say this, if you want a cheap product above all else, Crutchfield isn't for you. They don't sell low end, and you can probably get comparable products for cheaper elsewhere. However, their customer experience is great weather you're dealing with sales, technical support, or returns. If I'm in the market for something they sell, it's well worth the potential to be spending a bit more for the peace of mind that it's actually quality and I won't need to fight with support if I need it.

Every step of the way, Crutchfield simply was the easiest place to search for info helpful in making my purchase decision, and for ordering. My new Yamaha receiver and a new CD player were delivered in just a couple days with no shipping charge. Within a few days I had a somewhat unique technical issue so I called Crutchfield support, which have me perfect step by step solution. I've purchased from these guys some years ago, and wanted to go with them again. I trust Crutchfield.

Mike was personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and didn't make me feel pressured into a sale, more like he was just here to help. We even got to talk sports and joke around. All within a 5-10 minute conversation. My stuff arrived quickly and looked in mint condition in the box. I haven't had a chance to install yet. So I'll have to rate the speakers separately. But my experience with crutchfield and Mike was second to none.

The website enabled me to find an exact match/fitment for my older Suburban. Installation instructions for my specific vehicle were sent via email as a PDF document - very clear and understandable. Various choices of speakers to meet any price point were available. The speakers arrived quicker than anticipated. They were packed well and arrived with no damage at all.

I have purchased aftermarket radios for vehicles, over the ear earphones, and most recently ear buds. I have always done research on each product being purchased and then found the Crutchfield team to be spot on in their own reviews or able to offer an intelligent alternate review of whatever the product may be and why their reviews may differ. The few times I have needed technical support, it has been great as well. The last thing is their pricing always seems competitive. Their shipping has been great as well. No real lag times. Product gets to you within the time frame promised. Over all, a very good company to work with when purchasing electronics.

I love my new radio. I really like that the accessories needed to complete install are easily found and shown, makes it so simple. Very much appreciated master sheet for my vehicle. Even though I haven't needed tech support yet, it's nice to know they are always there.

Some people complain that Crutchfield's prices are higher than the competition, but you're paying for added value in that you have (basically) lifetime support for your purchases. Almost went with another company. So glad I didn't! My order was shipped out lighting fast and arrived in Alaska in three days FREE. Everything that I needed was pointed out in the order process and I received it all. The wiring harness adapter for my 97 Dodge Ram was perfect. I am an aircraft mechanic so not without some basic wiring skills and this was about the most painless installation you could imagine.
