Bought a stereo for my run of the mill 2014 caravan. Their instructions said no cutting of the dash required. Well, after wiring I up I find I does not fit in the opening. The radio is too big so without hacking the outer dash, it's not going to fit. I decided to call and find out I this was normal and all I got was attitude. Tech told me I didn't read the instructions or fit info. When I proved him wrong on both counts, he then said I must have some special model. No apologies, no solutions, he just tried to blame me. And then hung up. I'm sending this junk back. If I can't can't get accurate fit info or tech support I might as well buy it on Amazon for less money.
Crutchfield AV Design helped us with what I thought was a super complicated set up full of wishes. Dallas very quickly understood what we were after even with me not communicating in AV terms. He walked me through each step and patiently (like a saint patient!) explained what each component was for and how it related to the whole system.
I cannot recommend Crutchfield high enough. We are thrilled with our new system. 11/10 for Crutchfield service, products, and shipping.

The first time I ordered from Crutchfield was in the 80's. It has been a great experience every time. Their customer support and installation instructions are excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone who chooses to do their own installations. Navigating their products on the website is easy and informative. They offer Ready Harness where they splice the wiring for you for $25. Worth every penny. I've done installations where I had to do all the splicing myself and it's very time consuming, not to mention the possibility of making a mistake. I highly recommend this service. I have ordered a few items from Crutchfield here and there over the years. I've never been disappointed! Their prices are on par with other websites and traditional stores. They provide great installation instructions that are specific to your vehicle's model. And they have a great return policy. After installing the first speakers I ever bought from Crutchfield years ago, I was disappointed in the sound and when I reached out they offered a complete refund with issues! Other than those first speakers sounding bad (speaker manufacturer's fault not Crutchfield's) everything else I've ordered has worked perfectly for years.

This was my first experience with Crutchfield. The website was easy to navigate and product descriptions were thorough. I had an idea of what I wanted, but the site allowed me to evaluate options. Ordering was quick and easy. I was provided an estimated ship date and Crutchfield did exactly what they promised. That doesn't necessarily happen with other companies. The product arrived quickly and undamaged. Unfortunately, my spouse is making me wait 10 days 'til Xmas to set up as it is a present from him. At least Crutchfield didn't make me wait! LOL!

Great job guys... again! My second purchase from Crutchfield of late. I love being able to buy the wiring ready for plug and play. I went with Kenwood on both installs. They work great with my iPhone and sound quality is much better than factory. First install was 1992 Chevrolet Dually... install kit worked great and had everything needed to rearrange the dash. 2nd Kit was 1995 Mustang GT w/Mach 460 system which has more than normal for the wiring and the kit you guys make for plug and play worked great! The pdf downloads are also were very helpful. Thanks for you guys doing your homework and making it easy for us!

The products were priced very competitively throughout the industry. The parts came in very quickly and install was a breeze. They knew my vehicle and what I needed to get it done and it all worked flawlessly. I called in for some help over the phone with my Bluetooth connectivity and within five minutes the crutchfield tech had me up and running. I will use them again for sure. I don't write many reviews, I am making an exception with regard to my recent order from Crutchfield. I purchased speakers and a turntable to my system. I chose Crutchfield based on their established history and customer service, and I am glad I did.
One speaker was damaged in shipping, after a few minutes of disappointment I called Crutchfield customer service. The entire process from explaining what happened to sitting here now just 2 days later listening to my complete system could not have gone better.
I was extremely impressed with how well the return of the damaged item and replacement was handled, I will go to Crutchfield for my future audio needs.

This is the first time I have ordered from Crutchfield or any other online store to get speakers and radio. With that said everything came when they said it would be at my house. The install was easy because of the nice instructions they give, for free. Talking about free items they added brackets and wiring harnesses for free as well. Just altogether I very good first experience and I pleased with the results.

The product I bought was exactly as advertised and arrived when they said it would. Install was easy too as the supplied documentation was right on for my vehicle. Only nit... there was no mention of installing the external mic but I figured that out quickly. Overall, I would certainly buy an aftermarket stereo from Crutchfield again.

In the days of poor customer service, Crutchfield still operates with old fashioned services. They actually study the products they sell and provide their expertise to you. Very clear, accurate and easy to understand instructions. I feel it's worth noting that their prices are excellent. Add to that, installation accessories are included at no additional cost and you don't have to look them up. They are automatically added to you cart when you select your products. A+++ company.

Crutchfield is a very good place to shop. They always have what i need and average priced. I like how i can compare products side by side and noticed on some speakers, you can listen to them through your headphones so you know how they sound before you buy them. I also like how they give you what you need to install whatever you are buying and if it the install pieces are too pricey, they discount them to help a customer out. Crutchfield also sends a email with detailed installation instructions on your specific vehicle. I always shop crutch field for all of my audio needs. No point in looking anywhere else. Thanks

This time, I knew what I needed, just needed to get it. New tunes for my 1992 Ford F-150 restoration project. The website is very intuitive and I had no question about the products I had chosen would fit my application. If any installation kits, harnesses etc. were required, they were automatically added to my order. Instructions were clear and accurate making the installation go very smoothly. I buy all my audio equipment from Crutchfield - usually after getting excellent advice from their representatives. Any problems (though they are rare) are handled immediately. You might hunt around and save a few dollars now and then but you won't find a company that stands behind their word like Crutchfield.

There are a lot of online stores out there but Crutchfield simply has the best service out there. I live in Guam, a US territory with at least 14 hours of flight time from the continental USA but Crutchfield has a free shipping here too. I purchased a Canon EOS R camera 3 weeks ago when it was on a black Friday sale. Then on Holiday sale, the price was cut another $300 off that sale price. I wrote Crutchfield and asked if they would have a price warranty since it is less than a month. Crutchfield gave me back the $300 difference. Thank you so much Crutchfield. You're my favorite online store.

Seriously this is a great way to go, with most products they even offer free wiring harnesses to help you get set-up and not have to splice any factory wiring. Don't believe all the one star reviews I see about them -honestly most of them are complaining because they can't understand the concept of what a business day is XD. I recommend, and I hate buying things online.

Now let me say this i order a lot from crutchfield and this is the first time I had any kind of a problem with my order/delivery i call them and i am waiting for them to do there tracking on the package so when crutchfield e mail me with an answer i will update this review... so far NOT Happy i just want my speaker. I haven't even installed the equipment yet but... Before it arrived I received a notice of shipment along with installation instructions. I've since received emails making sure everything is as expected along with more instructions and tips. I have every reason to believe that If I have any issues at all that they will take care of it. That alone is reason enough for me to buy from these guys. First rate operation.

I have shopped their catalog since the mail order days. They are simply the best. I will honestly say that they are not the cheapest, so it depends what you are looking for.
