There are so many options when it comes to auto infotainment. There are so many harnesses, adapters, trim kits, and audio options available. Crutchfield looked at my questions carefully and thoughtfully, provided links in each of their answers, and then created a shopping cart with everything I needed. So much can be learned from their customer service. I just finished the installation in my Cayenne and created a custom splash screen so it looks OEM whenever I start the car. Thanks Crutchfield!

I have used Crutchfield for many years to purchase car audio products. They ship quickly, provide all necessary installation instructions and provide free installation gear for most applications. I have installed car audio for the better part of 30 years so I never had the need to contact tech support. My most recent project is a used car for my daughter who starts driving soon. Installing speakers in my 2019 Toyota and needed help. I called Crutchfield support and they walked me through the process with great detail. Even sending pictures via text. Great support team definitely best in the business!

I cannot comment on the TV that I bought because it is still in the box. The support I received before buying it was superb. I answered several questions and they had prompt answers. I had a last question on a Saturday and got the answer on Sunday. My past experience with Crutchfield has always been positive. Their prices are competitive and you get the good stuff, not that shipped to chain stores.

First time ever Ive ordered from here. Well what can I say? The products were great. Shipping was really fast and packaged well and received undamaged. Eco friendly packing peanuts? I read on the box and had to try them out. They dissolve in water. Impressed cause I work in warehouse myself and normally hate those things. As far as their tech support? Absolutely great. I had to call the 800# as I had a issue and concern with the adapter plug and wiring cause I was not getting power. The tech on the phone was a little bit baffled also but patient and asked multiple questions and finally figured out why I was not getting power but never why connector didn't coincide with wiring diagrams both for product and factory wiring both showing another wire not present. I can only say nothing but great things about the company and will be using them again on my next project.

I bought a Bluetooth adapter for my car. Faster delivery than online megastore. Less expensive than online megastore. I watched a couple of videos on how to install. Literally took ten minutes. Only negatives so far is I have to turn phone volume all the way up. And I thought I could keep aux cord plugged into box and easily switch from Bluetooth/aux. I can't but bought the Bluetooth to get rid of cords in my car.

Very buying experience has been easy. The support was amazing, I installed my own head unit, Sirius radio, rear camera and speakers with their help. Their guidance to which components to buy were excellent. I do my research and I am thoroughly satisfied with every aspect or Crutchfield.

I've purchased a lot of stuff from Crutchfield over the past 40 years, TVs, component sound equipment, and a number of replacement automotive sound units. I've consistently found any transaction I've had with them to be without a hitch. There may be a lower discount price on the same item as one offered by Crutchfield, but if there is it's usually minimal. Plus you cannot always put a price on the quality of service and dependability included with a Crutchfield purchase.

Easy to navigate website that's designed to make web shopping for technology items with many options the easiest shopping experience I have found to date. Car stereo today has so many choices that need to work for thousands of vehicles, I am amazed at Crutchfield's attention to detail to ensure all the ala carte items for each unique purchase will go as smoothly as possible.

Been buying for years. Competitive pricing, delivered to my front door. Tired of spending half a day shopping from box stores. All products are reviewed and once in a while call to a rep and my questions get answered.

Bought 6 new speakers for my Chevy express conversion van. Product was great. Received installation instructions.
Shipping with UPS was two days as promised. I recommend Crutchfield. I will be shopping them for my electronic products.

I understand that there's a break in period with these speakers but so far so good. I have 3 other sets of speakers from polk ( bookshelf, in ceiling and patio) and this the best set. Definitely worth the price

This company has the best staff, selection of products and prices are great. You can search for the best price out there but you better know your staff. Crutchfield knowledge is priceless and they are as competitive priced. I dont do big box stores or other websites after I found this group of people.

Crutchfield has everything you need to set up your stereo. They also have guide and recommend setup kits. It's mostly a no-brainer. I've used crutchfield multiple times now and recommended to friends/family to buy from them.

The guided product selector made buying a stereo for my vehicle an experience that was hassle free. The stereo and required hardware arrived fairly quick and it was easy to complete the installation. I would not recommend going anywhere else for your electronic needs.

I've purchased several car stereos from Crutchfield in the last ten years and they just keep getting better. You put in your vehicle, pick your products, and from there everything shows up at your door with in-depth instructions, wiring diagrams linked, the whole package.
