I bought a pair of KEF Q150 speakers, this is my second purchase from Crutchfield and it was shipped promptly. Price was half off. What's not to like. I had no need to consult with anyone, but if I did, I have no doubts that they would be anything but helpful in answering any questions I might have. Would not hesitate to purchase from Crutchfield in the future.

Spent a lot of time shopping around and ended back on this site everytime. My order came with installation gear and the cost of the stereo was not inflated. The instructions were specific to my car and easy to follow. Will be purchasing speakers next!

I did a lot of research on which product would be best for Apple car play for my Honda. All signs pointed to the pioneer Nex serious. I can honestly say, it is better then I had anticipated! I would recommend this product to anyone!

When all things are equal Crutchfield is where I buy my electronics. I love the complete overview of products on the site. The information is awesome and most times more than the manufacturer has to offer. Prices are good and Crutchfield stands by everything they sell. I don't know what more anyone can ask for but this is why I shop and recommend this site to anyone who will listen.

I am by no means a "car guy" so I was a little apprehensive about replacing the stereo and speakers in my Jeep Wrangler. I spoke with a customer service rep and he was very helpful, asking the right questions to determine what I needed. I placed my order on Sunday afternoon and it was on my porch Tuesday. Everything I needed for a successful install was included. I will be shopping here again!

I work in New & Used Car sales and checked out Crutchfield based on recommendation of my technician friend who will be helping me with the install of my stereo upgrade in my old Tacoma. He said he's been using them for years and recommended them highly for great service, prices and equipment. I called in and got hooked up with Harley. She was AWESOME! She guided me through the whole process and made sure I was getting all the needed equipment for the best prices around. She even stayed on later one night putting my order through in time for me. I have yet to install everything and test fully, but I have no doubts Crutchfield will be there for me if I come with any questions.

I have been ordering from Crutchfield since well before they had a website and were just a mail order catalog company. Back then Crutchfield's prices were comparable to retail stores like Best Buy and Circuit City, but times have changed. Now with the competitiveness of online retailers like Amazon, Crutchfield's prices are typically much higher than other options. I still rate them 4 stars because their customer service is excellent and if you get lucky you can find good deals. I got an Infinity subwoofer for my car for 70% off retail with Crutchfield's "scratch and dent" sale and it was like new, no scratch or dent; probably just a customer return or refurbished item. It has been pumping out amazing bass in my car for 12 years now and sounds as good as it did when it was new.

Crutchfield had my item in stock when I couldn't find it anywhere else online. It was shipped out and arrived 2 days earlier than they estimated. I ordered some new Rockford Fosgate speakers for my truck to go with the Pioneer head unit that I got from Crutchfield last year. Everything was perfect, great sounding product, all of the necessary parts, connections and adapters. It can't possibly be done any better than Crutchfield. Thanks

Replaced all four original Honda factory installed door 6 1/2" single paper cone speakers with Kenwood KFS166S 2-way 6 1/2" from Crutchfield (excellent delivery and customer service). Used Crutchfield supplied (free) factory wire adapters (made the job a snap... literally). Check out YouTube for how-to on specific car... mine was right there to make the experience very easy. No cutting or drilling required on my 2003 Element - replacement was under 1/2 hour. Sound from new speakers is awesome! Thanks Crutchfield - I'll be back.

Needed a Sanus center channel speaker stand to match one I bought several years ago... found it at Crutchfield. It was on sale with free 2 day shipping to my home in Alabama.
Not always the lowest price but I can never complain about the selection of products and great service.

Up dated my 2000 Mercedes Benz CLK 430 with a double den Sony radio tuner. With their technical support this was accomplished where others said you can't do it. The new system exceeded my highest expectations with 6.4 inch screen, back up camera and microphone. Used OEM Bose speakers producing greatly improved sounds.

I've installed 3 stereos prior this, 4th 1let me tell you 1 hour from start to finish that includes taking car apart too, the harness you made for my 94 Honda was awesome... Omg yeah the instructions you gave also awesome note automatic tran ya mite wanna put in low low before disconnecting battery. Overall so far great I have front door speakers in going to install tomorrow weather permitting its been warm here in Seattle & will let ya know thanks again all of you Doug

As a customer of Crutchfield since the mid-90s, I have watch their sales process go from mostly catalog based, to now more web based. What hasn't changed is their great customer service and shipping. I just completed a very large order with them and had the products at my door in less than 3 days. I noticed my order, which was sent in two boxes, was sent UPS 2 Day Air for FREE! Plus, whenever I've returned anything to Crutchfield, they've never asked any questions and always promptly issued me a refund. For these reasons, I don't know why anyone would shop anywhere else. True, you may find products cheaper at other online vendor, but in my opinion, the more money you spend on electronics, the more you need to be buying from a reputable company who will stand behind their products and issue you a refund if you are not happy for any reason. This peace of mind is why I don't "price shop" at other online vendors and have been a consistent customer since 1996.

Making my purchase online without help was easy, when I did have to call someone for Instalation guidance the support tech was very helpful and patient with me. Can't say enough about my experience. Thanks guys.

I'll admit, I've made past purchases of basic vehicle audio on Amazon with success. My latest purchase was to upgrade the speakers in my truck. Crutchfield has always been a trusted source for information and quality product. I ordered my speakers from Crutchfield and couldn't be more satisfied. The instructions included with the order via email. All necessary installation aids (wiring harnesses, adapters) were included, at no additional charge. Keep up the exceptional service!

I wish I would have heard about these guys sooner. Was recommended by my father in-law. Their prices are better than other marketplaces including eBay and Amazon. They provide you with everything you'll need! Information right in front of you that I had to dig to find out elsewhere. Buy here first, you'll save the most time, money, and you'll have a great DIY install.

I am not so much reviewing the main site as the outlet part of this website. They have killer deals on all sorts of refurbished products. Some are almost half of what I see at big stores like best buy. You should look at this part of the site before buying anything at a retail store.
