Was trying to install an after market radio in my car and gave up because I couldn't get it to work. Found an ad for Crutchfield and thought I give it a try. They worked with me to find a solution. After receiving the items tried the install again. Still had audio problems but the tech told me to try a different wiring hookup. It worked. They treated their customers with respect and also get the solution. I wouldn't recommend any other place for car stereo installation pieces and help. Bravo!

I've been ordering from Crutchfield for over a decade now for everything from TVs to wireless earbuds, and I've never been disappointed or had a bad experience. Great customer service, competitive prices and free tech support if and when you have problems. They are the best in the business, hands down.

I have shopped with Crutchfield before and I really enjoy the blog/education they provide about car installations. Not to mention they have some quality stock factory component replacements with very detailed r&r instruction of many, many cars and trucks.

Colors are spectacular! Easy to setup, even onto Directv. Streaming services included, if you have valid accts. Easy setup to external speaker system also. Pricey but picture quality will seem to make the purchase worth it!

The new stereo in my car is fantastic. Although I had trouble wiring everything together and getting through the instructions, I just called up the tech support and they had me back on my feet in no time. I didn't want to pay anyone else to do this installation for me, but I wasn't able to do it all by myself. Crutchfield's support was super helpful and I will always appreciate them

Was planning to buy from Amazon when a friend turned me on to Crutchfield. Could not have been better. Great price easy instructions no guesswork. All the parts that I was trying to figure out on my own all together ready to go. Easy Easy.

I have shopped at Crutchfield before, but mostly window shopping. I had to replace my daughter's radio so I came here first. Selection was great. Prices were competitive. But then add in the free installation gear and it was a no brainer. She loves the stereo and with installation gear was excellent. I will definitely be back.

Package of Canon 77D contained a memory card incompatible with the camera. When I called in to inquire, the sales rep was quite unresponsive and unfriendly urging me to buy the correct card on my own.

Good selection and using the what fits my car helped. I almost bought speakers that were not going to fit right. Received my order in 3 days. Speakers fit right and sound so much better tha the old ones.

I ordered a pair of front speakers for my Jeep Wrangler. I found them through Crutchfield at a good price, but when you add the included wiring harness and instructions, it's a great price!

I ordered a cobra 400 radar detector last summer. It has worked so well for me I bought my wife one for Christmas. I ordered it in December. It took one week to get during the holiday mail rush. Excellent job guys!

I've installed many car stereos, but this was by far the easiest installation I've performed. The instruction sheet and the $25 Crutchfield Ready Harness service was definitely worth the money. No headaches, all went smoothly. Will use Crutchfield again in the future.

I'm super impressed by the sound quality these little guys put out. Hard to believe the deep clean bass out of a shallow 10" subwoofer. Don't bother buying anything else you won't be disappointed with the quality of JL Audio.

Crutchfield is really cool. I paid extra to have them pre wire my head unit, all I had to do was plug it in. Very fast shipping, order came out of Kentucky and arrived in 3 days. I have used them in the pass and will continue in the future!

I was very impressed with this service and not knowing that it was possible to order a car radio receiver and install it at home was a great thing to discover. I had a minor issue wiring things up to my original car wiring harness. But the tech support team was very helpful and we were able to resolve the issue quickly. You guys do great work!

Do not buy from them their customer service is horrible. After they have your money they give yu the run around and do not stand behind their products at all. I now have a 700 dollar piece of junk that they said they would fix and one of their managers backed out of it. Save your money and buy from somewhere that values its customers.
