In the last few months, I have purchased a double din car stereo and a blue tooth reciever, and both products were priced great and the service and extras are such a benefit. Will use Crutchfield again... thanks

Navigating the site was easy and I was able to find what I wanted. After the product shipped I received it in a timely manner and everything was correct. After installing the speakers I was more than pleased by the sound of the speakers. I will definitely use Crutchfield again in the future and will recommend them to anyone.

This was just the product I needed and the delivery time was fantastic. I had one issue that required customer service, but that went so smoothly that I thought I must have missed something. I've never experienced such wonderful customer service! This was one of the best transactions I've had with any company in many, many years.

The Metra facing kit has two panels that go on either side of the new unit and the the two screws for each side were too short once you put the (absolutely necessary) Toyota factory brackets between the Metra panels and the new unit. Fortunately Lowes is close by and the length of the screws no critical (nothing in the new unit housing to contact).

But all other aspects of the install in a 2008 4 Runner went very well! Wiring harness, instructions all perfect.

It took me about 4 days to get the whole system installed, 2 times I hjad to contact Crutchfilds Support. They are very knowledgeable about every thing they sell & were able to fix my puny problems with one contact.

Crutchfield is very focused on making sure that you get what you want, and every step of making a purchase is focused on this. The online description is very accurate, and the available help was great. I received my purchase in two days, and what I received was exactly want I wanted. Overall the experience of purchasing from Crutchfield was excellent.

I had a plan when I called, but had a few questions and Antonio was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to interact with my purchase on the computer. He had great suggestions and made the whole thing easy and painless! I ordered late on a Tuesday afternoon and my entire purchase with one exception was on my doorstep by noon the next day! The receiver is speciality item and had to be shipped from the manufacturer, so no harm there. I have used Crutchfield in the past and will continue to do so. Prices are competitive and the customer service and technical support are superior!

Crutchfield made it so easy to get everything I needed and great instructions for a really easy install, and the it cost the same as other vendors selling it without the harness and installation hardware.

I had been wanting a stereo and speakers for a long time, but worried it would be too hard to install and figure out what I needed. I came to the Crutchfield website and it looked pretty easy. Plus, they included all of the wire connectors I needed for free. I chatted online with a guy because I was still concerned. Got the speakers, stereo and the instructions - everything fit easily and I wish I hadn't hesitated so long.

I wanted to buy some headphones and noticed that they are also really into car audio so it got me excited but then I noticed that Citroen was not an option in the dropdown menu and was kind of disappointed. The headphones are great though, great quality and noise cancellation

97 svt cobra mustang. Metra dash kit for double din removes the a/c doors to shut off flow. Not a deal breaker. Pdf instructions are great, but they are limited to removal of radio and dash. This car has the mach audio system from factory and is a little more involved wiring because of factory amps. All and all great fit and I have the resources for wiring diagrams.

The end and experience at Crutchfield is frictionless and extraordinary.

Sales advisers take time tobunderstand needs and work through options to find the best solution. In my most recent case sales person spent more than an hour with me!

A good source for stereo equipment and speakers... I've used them for years!
Just recently I was trying to order a sub-woofer and ordered 2 of them cause I couldn't get the online order correctly and then both went through - so I said ok Ill just use one for outside porch and the other by the pool... within a few minutes a nice lady called and asked if I really wanted 2... I said not really and she corrected it on the spot... Great Customer Service

I ordered a set of door speakers for my 14 Silverado and I can say that I'm quite impressed. I bought midrange speakers, trying to not go too cheap or too expensive but it was a great choice. I talked to a crutch field rep about replacing my pillar speakers at another time too and he explained the whole process to me on how it would work. Gave me references on products and on prices. For my speaker install I only paid for the speakers, the adapters and the mounting brackets were free. I love the care they put in their products and I would recommend them to anyone for any product.

They are very professional at what they do, there customer service is way far beyond what customer service is suppose to be, prices are always affordable, I tell everyone about Crutchfield there the best.

It had been 14 years since I replaced my radio in my civic with my refurbished Kenwood deck from crutchfield. I was a little heistant at first to purchase a refurbished unit, but I knew if I had any issues the crutchfield team would help me. I cant believe the sound difference and the unit is basically brand new with no issues. I opted for standard shipping and I ended up receiving my unit in 2 days which was very fast for standard shipping. Thanks again to the crutchfield team for waking up my car sound system again!
