I've ordered from Crutchfield for years. My recent purchase was exactly what I expected. Great service, great warranty, zero issues. Save yourself the trouble of ordering from places that have zero after purchase customer care...Sonic... If you want a worry free transaction order from Crutchfield.
Bought a stereo for my run of the mill 2014 caravan. Their instructions said no cutting of the dash required. Well, after wiring I up I find I does not fit in the opening. The radio is too big so without hacking the outer dash, it's not going to fit. I decided to call and find out I this was normal and all I got was attitude. Tech told me I didn't read the instructions or fit info. When I proved him wrong on both counts, he then said I must have some special model. No apologies, no solutions, he just tried to blame me. And then hung up. I'm sending this junk back. If I can't can't get accurate fit info or tech support I might as well buy it on Amazon for less money.
I have just amazed on your site. Your site looks so brilliant with the attractive images. Your business products are quite good to the end. In an appreciation to this i just share you a site called bizbilla, a global b2b portal where you can expand your business even more with the unique business promotion. You can list your company for free. I have just traveled this site recently and it looks good.

Really like the new Denon. Paired with Samsung 75 inch Qled tv, Definitive Technology BP-20 towers,
3 CLR 2002's for center, left and right rears, and two svs 12 subs. The sound really rocks. Couldn't be happy. Great price. Thanks Crutchfield.

Crutchfield product is mishmashed from multiple suppliers with a 10% attempt at creating a holistic experience by inclusion of their "Mastersheet" (which they don't even print for you). Quality was poor, nothing fit, and service was basically non existant. Save yourself the hassle.

Second time we used Crutchfield.
Both times we had to search for non-Crutchfield YouTube videos on installation. It would have been tougher without doing that.
Window tinter, auto glass installer and DIY auto radio install YouTubes helped with disassembly of dashboards and door panels without damaging parts. Crutchfield has a few videos but they are incomplete and don't offer tips nor cautions.
Crutchfield included instructions were "remove from package, assemble, install."
So we had to call for assistance as well.
The Crutchfield phone assistance was helpful and friendly. A bit confusing, but we figured it out together. Have a computer with email handy when you call.

My 1st order and so far I'm very happy. I got a pair of 6 by 8 Rockford Fosgate speakers and they are a 1000x better then stock. Got them on time, easy to install and deliver great sound, couldn't be any happier. Now what else to order in the near future? Will be using you guys again and really soon.

Speakers wouldn't fit in the kit they sent me. I called and was told to cut all tabs out of kit. I did just that. The speaker then fit inside the kit, but none of the screw holes lined up with the speaker, the kit was still to small. Speakers work great, but I think maybe they sent me the wrong kit.

Order process is easy and streamlined. The kits they have setup are specific to your vehicle and make ordering everything you need super simple. That being said, don't be surprised if you may need to tweak something. The bracket I bought needed to have a dremel taken to it to to get the head unit in there. These are aftermarket parts and sometimes... it's just like that.
I had some questions during install and gave them a call. No wait time, asked my questions and made my install with no problems.
For reference I was swapping a failing factory double din system to a single din Alpine ute-73bt with a separate module to maintain steering wheel controls on a 2007 Honda Element. Like I said before, the bracket needed a little shaved out but if you are handy enough to install your own head unit, you'll be fine.

This is the best sounding system I've ever had. It sounds like there's a live concert in my F250. I would like to thank JR for his help in matching the Kenwood to the infinity speakers perfect thanks JR.

Just got my JBL Charge 3. I got it to use at work after hearing the incredible sound of the JBL Boombox I bought from you a couple months back! WOW, how much perfect sound and bass thump from such a tiny package! Crutchfieldi is the BEST! Your customer service, prices, and on time delivery is second to none! You never fail to deliver above and beyond expectations. Look nowhere else for all your electronic
Entertainment needs!

Great buys on HDTVs and other electronics - This company is large enough that they will occassionaly offer really good deals. My favorite thing is to get their catalog... if you are considering buying a new Plasma/LCD TV, just ask for their catalog and you can see all of their latest deals.
They do have periodic email offers, so if you sing up for their mailing list you may find something you want someday for really cheap.

Great website! Purchased a Sony receiver, Teac turntable, Polk speakers. Couldn't be more satisfied with the transaction through Crutchfield. Had a problem with the receiver and Logan was able to solve the problem in one phone call. Thanks Crutchfield!

I wanted more and cleaner bass in my 7.1 home theater system, which is set up with
Polk speakers. After speaking to Buzz, he recommended the Polk DSW 440wi. This
Subwoofer exceeds my expections and is not overpriced. Forget Amazon (no advice)
And Best Buy (lesser caliber of advice). The Crutchfield customer service is also
Top notch.

Of course, everyone won't get quite this quick service, but I was very surprised with mine. I did my research on TV's and found the one I wanted. I searched the internet and many different sites for a good price. I have been a Crutchfield customer in the past, so I looked at their site and they matched the lowest price I could find. I placed my order late in the afternoon (around 3:30PM EST) and they said it would ship that day. I got a confirmation later that evening with a tracking number. I was shocked that it actually arrived the next day mid-afternoon! And shipping is free with Crutchfield. I have used their support several times in the past and they are responsive, knowledgeable and courteous. I am alos impressed that this place is VERY FREQUENTLY at or below lowest price. I highly recommend you put Crutchfield on your list of places to always check!

At $200 off, i couldn't pass on this wireless sub-woofer. Actually got it for my son, who inherited my two old Klipsch reference towers and a reference center speaker (all wired). This wireless sub is just what he needed to round things out. And, as advertised, two day shipping really was two day (which considering it shipped to the West coast was friggin' amazing). P.S. This is my 4th or 5th purchase from Crutchfield -- I highly recommend them!

My review is simple - they are the best at what they do. Service is unparalled anywhere else I have been.
I have been getting all my car stereo equipment there for many years. Always the best in all aspects. I especially appreciate how they provide specific installation instructions and parts for my vehicles.

Got exactly what I ordered in just a couple of days. Nothing was damaged during shipping. Only issue was with the wiring kit that I ordered. It was no fault of Crutchfield. I thought it included speaker wire... it didnt. Not a big deal.

This isn't the first time I've bought from Crutchfield - I keep coming back because I know they'll take care of any issues, they are dependable and reputable, anything I order is not "gray-stock" or some other risky product. Adam helped me out on some questions I had regarding the receiver and sub-woofer, so I knew I would be getting what I wanted and intended. While it may be possible to get a cheaper price somewhere else, I would rather forgo the hassle of trying to return or exchange a product through some other dealer. The receiver I chose was $50 less than at BestBuy.

I phoned for information about the Cambridge Audio Azur 851A integrated amplifier. The lady who answered the phone was courteous and knowledgeable, but was unable to answer my questions about how this unit would work with my power hungry speakers. She put me on a brief hold while she consulted with the tech support and repair department. Had my answer in minutes, and contracted to purchase. Even though it was Wednesday of the week between Christmas and New Year's, I had my new toy by Friday. Love the Azur. It takes to place of an aged Bryston amp and preamp, and sounds wonderful!

Just bought a Yamaha 2 channel MusicCast receiver, and received it well wrapped and promptly. I couldnt be happier with all the connectivity it provides. I received no instructions on how to install for my specific vehicle. I feel like am am on my own. Yes I can schedule an appointment to get help. That's stupid... I have a job myself and was planning to install radio on the weekend. I HOPE everything is included for this install. I am youtubing it and am forced to download and flash equipment to make it work. NO INSTRUCTIONS but good equipment. I hope I don't have to pay to have this installed as that is why I was installing it to save money. I am not impressed... just depressed after NOT getting specifics instructions for my vehicle install.

First of all the site is excellent! Ordered pioneer head unit and suggested harnesses and and additional brackets I would need. Received the order and wired he baracket up and installed he radio. The instructions for the wiring harness are not clear for my vehicle. Everything worked, except for the. Sound on phone calls. I called customer service and spoke w a tech person that knew exactly what the issue was. With jeep and amp the calls are routed to the front speakers and w amp is all supplied to the rear speakers. Long story short, the tech not only gave me the solution, but step by step gave me the rcross over pattern and wire colors to cross. Wired up and rocking along. Very satisfied!

I used to order from Crutchfield when I was young and always was satisfied. Now my Granddaughter needed something for her car so I went on line and found it even easier than when I had to order from a paper flyer

Customer service and technical assistance was 2nd to none. I misordered a part due to my incorrect identity of the vehicle model. Crutchfield verified that all the parts would work in the revised vehicle except for the dash trim pieces. Crutchfield replaced the incorrect dash trim pieces at not cost to me, no questions asked. I will not go to another vendor for automobile replacement radio and accessories.
