Excellent deal on a Blueray player. We have been using Crutchfield for years. The Sony blueray player was very well priced, ordered on Friday and delivered to my house the next day. We have bought TVs, sound bars, and A/V components from Crutchfield and have never been disappointed.

I found the representative to be knowledgable, and very helpful. The jvc speakers were of good quality, and the wire harnesses, and installation kit allowed me to install the speakers like I knew what I was doing. Very impressed, and I will buy again in the future.

Great service, my order shipped fast, very impressive sound from the product I ordered. The only problem is the JBL 300 speaker I ordered was slightly damaged right out of the box. The top of the speaker is scratched and the google button is cracked to the point where half of the Google picture on the button came off. This doesn't seem to be effecting the functionality of the speaker, not sure if a replacement could be sent out. I may order a 2nd speaker regardless, the sound is that good!

Sent the wrong face plate with radio had to reorder some where else. Poor navigation for a expensive product. Volume poor, voice for navigation is not there without radio being full blast. This is a jension radio for a dodge truck.

What a different polk PSW 10 subwoofer makes paired with polk TSi100 speakers. The music comes alive with bone chilling bass. And you don't have to be a rocket scientist to add the subwoofer to your system. Polk gives you several options alone with easy to follow directions. How easy can that be. Thank you. Keep up the excellent work and you have a customer for years to come.

I replaced the factory radio in a 98 Sebring. The car has an Infinity amplifier. The radio works great with the amplifier. Using the Crutchfield adapter plate and wiring plugs made the installation easy.

My SVS SB-3000 subwoofer arrived on schedule and in perfect condition. I am very happy with Crutchfield and would have given them five stars except for one thing. They did not require my signature upon delivery, so my $1000 subwoofer sat outside, in my driveway, until I saw that it was there. It could easily have been stolen. If it had been raining, it would have been soaked. If there had been freezing rain, it could have slid down my driveway into the street.

Cambridge Audio D/A Streamer + new Mac mini, Roon, HD Tracks and massive cd library. Through HiFiman headphones (condo living), a much better world. Crutchfield notified me that the Bluray player I was interested in was on sale. When I saw the price, I jumped on the deal. Crutchfield shipped my Bluray player for free in two days. Upon receipt of the player I immediately installed it and have been enjoying it since.

The subwoofer on an in wall Polk audio was not working due to what seemed to be a non functional amp. Talking to the Crutchfield representative was helpful in finding a replacement and looking at alternatives. The new amp arrived 2 business days later and did make the CSW155 subwoofer operational.

While searching for speakers for my Audi A4, I stumbled onto Crutchfields website. They had great prices, a loads and loads of speakers, I called for some information on the speakers, they were great directed me to the speakers and helped with the ordering, the to even make matters better, I received an e-mail on how to install the speakers in my Audi, pictures and all. Delivery was fast and prompt.

Onkyo receiver: Purchased and replaced. The replaced unit work fine for a month. Then just randomly shuts off, called and told to contact Onkyo. Onkyo had me send it in for repairs. Came back and worked fine for a week. Called repair shop and was told to send back. Called Crutchfield and they told me I was out of luck since 60 days expired. WTF! Its been in repairs most of the 60 days. Will not buy any products from them again.

It was very easy to choose the right unit for my CRV online and really liked how you help getting all the mounting hardware and Master sheet instructions for a very simple installation, but specially the Ready Harness made connecting the wires from new unit to vehicle harness a breeze! I was looking for some Klipsch outdoor speakers to replace the ones I have had for 12 or 13 years. Crutchfield had them ready for shipping and I got them within a few days. Im happy with my purchase and probably wouldnt shop for car audio anywhere else. Problem was that one of the parts didnt fit the dash and had to leave a gaping hole to install my stereo. It was only off by a few milimeters so it was forgivable.
