The prodcuts were undamaged but i recieved the boxes pretty much destroyed on my porch. The box that contained the actual subwoofers was completey busted open on one side. Other than that everybing was good. Plus fast shipping.

Love everything about the sales but I ordered factory wired. All is great except clock and date change when car is off. I can't seem to rectify it. The Ford radio had a clock and it was fine

I ordered an Alpine radio for a 2000 Jeep. It showed up ahead of schedule and I follow the instructions that were emailed to me and I was able to replace the radio in 15 minutes. No hassle.

Ordered on Sunday evening said 3 days didn't receive it till Friday afternoon so not as advertised I did receive the correct items just not in a timely manner

The 2019 Kenwood Excelon DNX696S Navigation Receiver was the cheapest Kenwood navigation receiver that had HD Radio built-in. Crutchfield had it in stock. Crutchfield's price was as cheap as anywhere and included Two-day UPS Air shipping and car specific installation kit. I installed it in less than an hour. It fits and works well.

I'm not a car audio techie and I put a new stereo and four new speakers in my truck in less than hour thanks to the detailed manual and the Ready Harness Connect service (yes, i paid a little extra for A LOT less headache), WELL WORTH IT! I installed this unit today it is very easy to install (2001 Subaru Forester) if it was just a plug in wiring harness I would have been done in about a half hour this is very easy to use and I can't believe the stations this picks up I only wish the clock would stay displayed and not the station but it is easy enough to push the button I would highly recommend this

I've used Crutchfield multiple times in the now distant past. My newer cars really didn't need attention. Retirement found me in possession of a 2010 Town & Country van. I've grown accustomed to Bluetooth and hands-free and knew immediately changes needed to be made and I already knew where to go. It's possible that I could have found these part for less elsewhere, but I'm certain I couldn't find products that fit properly without many hours of Internet searches. I knew from experience I couldn't find the built-in support too.
So now our "new" 2010 Chrysler van has all the missing parts. The dash sports a new Sony touch screen. The tailgate has a camera so my wife feels comfortable in reverse. OEM speakers have been replaced with Harman Kardon units that make the originals sound like absolute junk.
Was it easy? No way. Issues every step along the way, but with some input over a brief phone call, a better method came to light. Removing large sections of your car interior may seem daunting, but if you're careful and follow the provided instructions you can perform a task just short of magic! Plus, you'll save hundreds doing the work yourself.

Crutchfield has quality audio and video equipment plus much more. Prices are great, and shipping my orders has always been two to three days. You can not ask for much more that that.

Knowledgeable and straight to the point only sold me what I needed and give me solutions for addressing some of the issues of putting ceiling speakers in a drop ceiling that are inexpensive.
