Bought a stereo for my run of the mill 2014 caravan. Their instructions said no cutting of the dash required. Well, after wiring I up I find I does not fit in the opening. The radio is too big so without hacking the outer dash, it's not going to fit. I decided to call and find out I this was normal and all I got was attitude. Tech told me I didn't read the instructions or fit info. When I proved him wrong on both counts, he then said I must have some special model. No apologies, no solutions, he just tried to blame me. And then hung up. I'm sending this junk back. If I can't can't get accurate fit info or tech support I might as well buy it on Amazon for less money.

I purchased a complete car radio but paid for it but all the parts were sent. I did not realize that until later on. They claimed that the weight recoded is in indication that it was complete. That package was full of paper.

Bought a kenwood radio and after 3 months started having moisture behind the screen. My jeep is a pavement process top goes down doors off but has never been in the rain and does not leak. Was told by customer service that humidity can cause this issue but was then told that there was probably more than just humidity to blame and because of the moisture my warranty was void. End result if you buy a radio from Crutchfield remember humidity will void your warranty.

I needed to replace the stereo on my 2012 Jeep Liberty. I bought a Boss unit from Crutchfield w/ Backup camera. I hadn't worked on a car stereo in over 30 years, so I was hesitant. Audio shops wanted $800 and up to install one. I got the Boss stereo, adapter plates and wiring harness for $300.00. Paid $25.00 to have them prewire the harness. Best money I ever spent. I had everything installed in under 2 hours. That included a few calls to the customer support line. Customer support was the best I have experienced. Thank you to the whole Crutchfield team.

I ordered a lg OLED TV in stock. Crutchfield says 2 day shipping. It's now going on a week and I still have not received my tv. I live in NC.I could driven to Crutchfield and picked it up. So much for 2 day delivery!

I purchased my first item from Crutchfield (QLED TV) and it arrived today. I had promised myself to use them since I got excellent advice from them on a different product, a year ago, that they no longer carried (was discontinued) and they told me to get one even if it meant going elsewhere. So, I got my next TV from them. New TV's are not easy to ship as the glass is so thin. It arrived perfectly and right on time with no drama from UPS (their only shipping partner). Since Covid nothing has seemed to go right in customer service - Crutchfield is the obvious exception. I am now a loyal customer.

Best advice I've encountered - even if they are out of stock they will tell you the best product for your needs.

Spent an hour with a representative and figured out what I needed when it came to the top supposedly bosses they interfered and they screwed up the whole order now I have to wait an extra week to get my system just because of their boo boo interference they should just stay out of it and let the rip take care of the order they have no business interfering too bad I have to put one star but they don't even rate that

1st system i bought died in 1 year had to send it in JVC,, and it was 3 weeks getting repaired. I gave them a 2nd chance and order car radio and speakers for my jeep. It came missing the 4 sm screws that hold on the faceplate. I called to get them mailed to me. 2 days later lady calls and say i have to call the company that made it for the parts. WTF? They should have done that and forward them to me or open another stereo and sent those to me and sent that one back to the company that they get them from. They lost a customer.

The best selection there is by far. Fair pricing. Lightning fast shipping. I've purchased four Infinity components and a 4 channel Infinity amp as well as what you see in the picture. I've had zero issues. Every thing's been super smooth from start to finish. But that's just my experience. I can't say how it'll go for you unfortunately. But I'd guess that you'll do just fine.

At one time they had great service and I would do business with them anytime, but those days are over. I placed a simple order that should have been shipped out in a day or two, but yet they finally shipped it out the day before it was scheduled to be delivered and send out a email that day stating it will be delivered late. When I contacted them, they said it will be there on time and do not see any issues with it.
I uses to like doing business with Crutchfield, but not anymore, it's almost like they don't care about the customer anymore.
I have bought many stereo from different places and installed them in different vehicles over the years.
All of this is my personal opinion.

Purchased a marine stereo online and salesman was a little pushy but convinced me that they were competitive etc. After placing the order, I did a little research and found the price to be considerably higher than 6 other competitors. Product sold for $300 others were $50 less in cost. I'm sure the product is good, it's brand new but I would not trust their salespeople, don't make the same mistake I made, do your homework. When I asked them about the difference in price, they just blew me off with general rhetoric. They really showed no concern whatsoever... bad customer service.

Good experience from easy to navigate online shopping website, available product specs, quick checkout to free delivery (just 2 days) - and a great price for the "entry level" RP line of Klipsch floor standing speakers. The key point though is the product which met my expectations for clean sounding mid and highs in a medium sized room.

Alpine receiver + 6 speakers took 12 hours for handyman to install. Alpine bluetooth voice didn't work, so replaced mic & voice didn't work, then replaced Alpine receiver & voice still didn't work. Bought Sony DXS B700 receiver and dash kit didn't fit my 2007 Camry. Having Best Buy do installation.

Using the website, making an informed purchase, very timely delivery, all get two thumbs up. I paid to have the harness assembled which was the best decision and best use of money ever! That alone saved hours of tedium. Unfortunately the screws supplied with the product were too short and required an unplanned trip to the hardware store with the radio unit in hand and resulted in the loss of an hour of daylight. Installing a car radio these days is not for the impatient or the faint of heart, but overall it worked out albeit some frustrations along the way.

Have been waiting three weeks for my order and it still hasn't came. Called customer service today and they said they don't know what happened and would send an email. I will just go with another supplier for future purchases to avoid the way longer then quoted shipping time and the poor customer service that couldn't give me any insight of my order.

Great pricing with additional items needed free with purchase. Extremely fast and free delivery also. Instruction to assist in install very lacking though. Tried to use Youtube also very lacking. Shut down Youtube, put away Crutchfield included cheat sheet, went ahead and just winged it from years of experience although on much simpler systems and finally got it working on my own. Had I known it would be this problematic would have purchased much simpler system.

Could have just been the speaker I ordered and my particular vehicle, but while the instructions were more detailed than what one could find elsewhere, they were incomplete. For example, "Mount the speaker on the adapter plate." Great, I could do that if the adapter plate actually came with more than one bolt (who's going to bolt a brand new speaker to the car/adapter with one bolt?). I would have gladly paid a dollar or two if offered, but it was not. Called customer service when I encountered first install issue. Decided to get a call back. Never did.
TL; DR: The website is more helpful than most. You get some "free" stuff, but not everything you need. Good luck after that.

I personally have not done business with Crutchfield. I considered it. Until I could not find an email address online. Shady at best. It's simply not there. And they ship via USPS. Also a red flag. I refuse to do business with any online retailers who utilize the USPS. It's regrettably a bad idea doing business with any retailers who use USPS. You will likely not get your package on time. Or in working condition. Rather a box of broken parts. I'll buy elsewhere.

This business promotes free 2 day shipping to my address; however, upon placing an order the primary order shipped from a second party and the 2 day policy did not apply. Learning this, I attempted to change the delivery address based upon some planned travel. CS claimed to be able to manage this, but they did not. Communication was very pleasant, but ineffective.

Terrible customer service. Had to go through all the hassle of setting up my account for international purchases and was told after a while that they were unable to fulfill any orders of any kind to me for whatever reason. I complied and did everything they asked me to (which I never had to do with any other stores). If they do not welcome international customers, they do not accept their money. Do not invite them to log in and place an order. This is all Marlon Cerritos terrible customer service. And I blame him for losing me as a customer so their superiors should know that I'm walking away with thousands of dollars to another stores just because of him.
