After giving up on my hacked crypto account 0ver 1 month ago, I came across Jimfundsrecovery AT consultant com recommendation about crypto wallet recovery on a blog, I slide in and file a complaint to them about how my account was hacked by fake investment platform, I sent my hacked wallet address to them as requested. Well, let me cut this short. Within a few days of sending the required info, I gained access to my account with my coins intact..

Painful and horrible experience. Absolutely terrible terrible terrible service. Have been so frustrated and felt so neglected. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. You would have to try, really hard, to deliver service worse then this. I am beside my self. So terrible I just throw in the towel and forfeited my funds and NFTs, just to be rid of crypto.com. Will never wish this upon anyone.

This was a scam I had never encountered before, leaving me completely perplexed. Unfortunately, my poor judgment affected not only myself but also my mother, who entrusted me with her faith and invested in Ethereum based on my recommendation. Regrettably, I once again advised her to trust me and take a risk by investing in this deceitful website. Regardless of how you perceive the situation, whether my mother acted foolishly or I made a foolish mistake, the damage was done, and I learned a valuable lesson. Intrigued by the recommendation, I conducted thorough research online to ensure its legitimacy. Having been burned once already, I exercised caution. I promptly reached out to them, explaining my plight, and they proved instrumental in helping me recover my funds from these unethical scammers.

Slow, Clunky, Updates far too often, too much needless verification in which it forced you to download another app to "verify". Fees to transfer crypto as oppose to other wallets which is free. 24 hour wait to "whitelist" another wallet to transfer crypto. Honestly, use another wallet, these guys don't know how to make an app.

Don't trust this people! I deposited with the information om their page it has been 13 days am still waiting. Their client/partner Openpayd has inform them about my deposite yet the money has not been deposited into my account! My bank When Send me documents which i send to them yet I am still waiting for my deposite. It has been 13 days since. The costumer service is bad. I Will wait a few days If they don't fix it. Me and my back Will file a police report and also contact the Swedish regulators since We have all the evidence from Openpayd and Swedbank!

Well I got suspended from Trust Pilot telling the truth about Crypto.com. I have Harley, Stanley, Kimmy, Sora, Eveln and Selena working on my account to get my $98 back. I feel sorry for anybody that has more than I do, you proably will never see it again.

Everything seemed to be fine not until I wanted to withdraw my funds. I got an email that my account was blocked and I was requested to send some additional documents which I did but I was so unlucky with them because they kept asking for more documents which I sent to them reluctantly. It got to a point, they stopped replying to my emails, this was when I knew they were not legit. All thanks to dîgîtàlcrímépôlîćè, ćôm for their effort on how they got me back my funds.

There is no way to figure out what percentage they're going to bust you with when you sell I just bought one instantly turned around tried to sell it and they were ganking me for 35%

They changed their policy whilst I had money invested with them. Their 2FA is awful and unless you sign up to it,they won't let you have your money out. Avoid at all costs.

Had an account for years than all of a sudden they lock you out of your account so you don't have access to your account/ money they won't let u download the newest app. They won't help you with nothing they tell you the new version of crypto will be add to your phone soon But never does. Cumbersome app to navigate, intentionally deceptive, non-user friendly app. This app does everything it can TO STOP YOU FROM MOVING YOUR MONEY OR ATLEAST SLOW YOU DOWN FOR DAYS. Crypto.com is very centralized and does not serve or benefit the people investing- Crypto.com IS serving it's own pockets. Coinbase's process for transferring money is so simple and user-friendly now; I want to transfer my crypto to COINBASE but, crypto.com is "crypto blocking" in a very sneaky way and apparently getting away with it for now! …crypto.com, you bought the staples center and now we get to help you pay for it, you thieves! IT'S STILL THE STAPLE CENTER TO MOST OF US! Crypto.com SUCKS!

On the first day of this year, I asked Crypto.com support for some info about the Visa Card, and I got it. They also gave me some links to follow. I took one, went to Telegram and was welcomed by a person named "Smith," who scammed me and took all my money from a blockchain wallet. My guard was down since I always trusted and followed what support said. I complained at Crypto.com and was told that my case had escalated and that I would be contacted. Weeks passed, and I inquired several times and was always told the same - case escalated, our team is on it, wait for the contact. After more than 60 days later, they finally emailed me this:

"Unfortunately, there are no any other actions can be done on our side. We recommend you to contact your Local Police Department so they can investigate further."

1. They always lied to me, saying that their team would contact me.
2. There was probably no team; they just wanted to bury the case.
3. Maybe the Telegram scammer was not alone but part of a scheme. Just read the reviews on Trustpilot!
4. Does Crypto.com have no responsibility for the consequences of the information they provide and for the safety of those entering their environment?
5. They made me lose money even before I became their client! All I wanted was to inquire if I should sign up with them.

My recommendation: avoid them. Nonprofessional and not honest.

I had a few hundred dollars on crypto that I'd started a couple of years ago. I moved back from Australia to the UK and needed to change my phone number from an Aussie to UK one. I went through the chat options and they asked me for proof of address. I provided a DBS certificate which is a UK government police check. The staff member then told me they can't change my number and I have to start a new account from scratch. So I essentially have lost access to this money as I can't receive any kind of OTP code or verify who I am (that not my phone number anymore). I can easily prove who I am, I can send my passport, provide further proof of address, but they aren't interested. I think this may be a way of stealing your money, or at least there must be something in it for them. So think hard before choosing to use crypto.com, do you want to risk losing access to your investment further in the future due to poor customer service? I've got to start from scratch now. I'll be using a competitor who is more trustworthy and at least has better customer service. I would recommend avoiding crypto.com

Stay clear. Don't give any details. They call and call and call. They don't understand do not call or stop or F off. Photo shows calls over five minutes after 9.00pm then again today.
