They scam you at every turn. Fees are unbelievable but the biggest problem is when you sale the price they quote is always way below the price on every other platform. Customer service is useless and always says price fluctuates. Was going to sell AXS, Crypto.com sale price $17.57 and Kraken and FTX price at same time is $18.13. I checked and last time today price was at $17.57 was 3 to 4 hours ago. I'm transferring at any cost to get away. Use another platform this is their norm.

Opened an account with crypto.com. After verification the app suggested that I can get a card if I stake certain amount of CRO token (500 SGD equivalent). After staking, the app than said that the card is not available for me, and there's no way to get my money back.
I had no idea that crypto.com would run a scam in such an open and blatant manner.
Of course there's no answer from support, and it's not possible to do anything.
Outright theft, beware!

The company seemed really nice, and I ended up ignoring the bad reviews I had seen. I opened the account successfully, deposited some "test" money, and moved into a hardware wallet. Then, I did a real transaction depositing a more substantial amount, and they locked my account and didn't resolve it yet. I heard that some people are having over 30 days waiting for the account to be unlocked. And, to be worse, these cryptocurrencies are falling in price and they will not bear the loss!

This company have no sense of responsibility they allow someone to transfer my crypto to a different wallet without even verifying the irregularities; this happens while I am in a different country my password change my email address change my password change without even contacting me with all the sudden changes in one time and yet they keep saying safety is number one. A bunch of idiots dont be a victim like me stay away from this company because they dont care about your hard earn money their customer service is the worse. If your money get stolen your fault even. They dont even have the very basic detection to prevent your crypto from gettin stolen... I was an idiot trusting this company with my hard earn money and my family is affected because of this and they dont give a dam about that your just a number to them if ever.

How could anyone think this app could garner mass adoption. It is fN quagmire! It takes a million clicks and a road map from hell to get anything done. Then add on the HUGE price spreads for buy and sell. Impossible to use for the avg joe! Surprised it lasted this long. I would have shorted this if it was a traded stock as it WILL go to ZERO. So many better platforms and easy to use for mass adoption.

If you do not know what you are doing it is very easy to get robbed over your money. With the "stock trend" of todays age continuing to grow, kids are more likely to throw there money into an app like Crypto.com. This "App" is designed to not let you deposit your money back into your account. It's more-as the app that you throw $300 in, and you never see it again. So, if you or your kids are looking to buy some stocks I would recommend Robinhood.com. Very easy to use, very easy to deposit your money back into your account and on top of that not only can you buy crypto currency's; you can buy other stocks as well.

I staked $4000 for a card, however, I never received a card. It has been 75 days. My money locked, as I was mislead and never given the product advertised by Crypto.com the visa card. Also I cannot transfer my fund to my external bank account. Beware. I would not do business with Crypto.com.

If you are thinking to stake your money in this card I don't recommend. I staked my money in 2021 with benefits such as full cash back for Spotify, Netflix and unlimited visits in lounges around the world. However they not only removed the cash backs but now you can only have 4 visits PER YEAR on lounges. So that's it. After putting my money in this card and loosing all, they even removed all the benefits having nothing left I strongly recommend you to stay away from CRO. I even had to complain about the cash backs that supposed to be on my account and they mistakenly gave me less than the right amount. Stay away from Crypto.com they are not worth it.

Crypto.com customer support service is terrible. They promise to reply any message sent through live chat service but no one even see those messages. I have sending them messages for 6 days now, they did not even see them. I initiated a withdrawal of $50k 6days ago which is still pending and customer service is silent. Emailed them too but no reply. I don't know how to get them to respond.

If I say I am disappointed that will just be an understatement, I was made to go through hell in the past 6 months I tried everything I could to get my money back, but they will not let me take it out. I got tired of trying myself so I decided to bring in Stellar-trace.com a company that was introduced to me by a friend and they were able to help me get my money back. I am so disappointed with this app. I don't understand the way app is working, its so wrong. They just making money on us. When you try to sell they give it so cheap, when you try to buy they make it more expensive then that is in real market exchange. When you sell crypto currency they always charge you, but other apps don't. Everyone need to speak up about it.
I want to leave crypto and go to binance, they are much better, true buy/sell prices without any lies.

I sent $250 from an exchange to my crypto.com wallet and its not there but showing on block chain.
My friend told me to put my private key or 12 words in another app, but crypto.com won't give them to me.
Support made me fill out loads of details about the tx, but why?
It's on the fkn block chain for all to see.

Thanks for this platform. It's crazy how Cryptocom as a company is yet to be put on the blast for the atrocities they have been doing! It goes from closed accounts to people not being able to trade their money back into their accounts. You can google Spirassp and Crypto Scam Defense (CSD) as they are helping people recover from this day light robbery. They locked and closed my account with $11,452 in it giving all sort of excuses claiming they had they rights without no real explanation but luckily I got my money out and ran faraway from Cryptocom.

Hello my name is Richard Price and my experience with crypto.com has been nothing but a nightmare... I've been trying to withdrawal funds now for quite sometime and it seems nobody cares or has tried to fix the problem... You see they put a 24 hr. Hold on funds when trying to withdrawl for security reasons but here's the problem ITS BEEN DAYS and nobody cl cares... Please don't make the same mistake I did because nobody should have to go through this... All they care about is your money and advertising with the Lakers... also if they were that good they would offer more of the crypto thats gonna make you money... they only have a small amount that's worth anything... So again if your new be careful don't make a mistake because there is no one who cares... true story worst customer service ever

I downloaded crypto a couple months ago, never used it. Never put my debit card on file and somehow they tried to charge my debit card almost $500 but thank god my bank locked my card. Not sure how or why they did this but I do not recommend crypto.

3% credit card deposit fee, high spread when you purchase and when you go to sell they offer you 5% below market value. They are absolute chancers and the customer service just directs you to standard documents which are completely unhelpful.

My visa card card stopped working. When you contact support they say that the department in charge will take care of it as soon as possible. They keep telling me same crap after all the money i have lost, Trust me, Do not use their services, they are Swindlers. My money was repaid back to me after i reported it to gavibrenaid.com. Unfortunately for them they were not able to outsmart Gavibren Aid Recovery.

They're definitely not what they claim to be, and if you are not careful they will take all you have. I was restricted from my account and i had $178,000 that was stuck in there i was so depressed until a friend told me to reach out to the best and trusted recovery company and i did sent them a mail " support@ globlerecovery. Com i was surprised they facilitated the retrieval of all my lost funds that was stuck in this Crypto in just few day.

Their reviews are all fake, all paid. They're a bunch of scam artists. After I signed up did the kyc verification I got banned. A waste of time, they just steal your info. Days after I entered my bank info ready to deposit and buy cro, they locked my crypto.com app, couldn't do anything. Beware! I do not recommend

I know the modern world dont talk to each other. Everyone likes to hide behind their screen and just read rules and regulations to. It would seem someone in that company would realize i needed a little help and would have reached out to me. But noooooooo they like there canned emails and smartass answers that i got back.
