So awful. Corporate needs to come here now and straighten this place up. Always opening late, not enough employees, the ones who do show up are always late and management never wants to help. Yes we are making money from this but it is also helping sick people and they just don't care. How very inconsiderate and unprofessional. This is sick. What if someone dies who needed that plasma that day. Corporate get here now..
Worst ever center I have ever been to! The techs can't get a stick the 1st try. Use both arms and then after leave you so bruised you can't donate 2 times in the same week. Plus the nurses don't seem to care. They just say we will have to refer you for weeks. Multiple people complain daily about this. To many centers to use other than this one.Never will I step foot in this facility or ever refer anyone here!?
The slowest place ever, was trying to re sign up, I waited forever to see the nurse an than was told to wait again watching everyone else go before me that just came in, while the worker were just standing around chatting not doing anything. They need to fire everyone an hire new people willing to work!
Poor communication. Not enough staff to handle the load for your vitals. I recently was deferred for 30 days do to the medication I was taking. Waited over 30 days and returned to start my plasma donations again and they tell I'm permanently deferred. What a joke. I would not have stop taking the meds for bi-polar cold turkey and tried cutting in half and gradually lowering dose.
They also don't seem to care that your time is money so waiting 20 minutes waiting to be seen and then over 10 more minutes to get hooked up plus 10 more minutes to get unhooked. So a normal 55 plasma donation almost always 40 plus minutes. Time is money.
I was looking forward to them opening a location near my house, but guess not.
Be careful, their staff is not knowledgeable about needle work.
After missing the vein in my left arm I got a serious hematoma in my right arm.
Afterwards I was treated as if I did something wrong.
Seems shady.
I signed a one yr contract as BA. I turned down other jobs because CSL stated they needed me desperately, Assist Director ended the contract in 9 weeks ( the week of Thanksgiving!) what a liar! No job for the Holidays! Laptop had no sound card the ports didn't match the cables the director wouldn't order hub until weeks of showing the cables for monitors did not work! Do not work for this assistant IT Director who lies about a yr contact when it is really only for 9 weeks!
Total waste of time and effort!
Everyone that I have met in the South Milwaukee Plasma Center is great and patient with me. They say hi how are you doing, thank you for coming in, little talk that makes me smile and feel good about being there. I appreciate their hard work and sacrifice for weekends and holidays being open.
I built up a balance of over $1,000 so CSL Plasma closed my account, blocks me from accessing my funds and will not let me donate any more. Trevor Case and others violate my civil rights, threatened me, they defamed my character, they were very hostile and even stole personal property from an employee named Jonah in my presence. They followed me in a hostile way that made me believe that they might physically assault me, so I had to get loud so people would start watching.
You put me through so many unnecessary steps. I gave them and more information then they needed. Reason being,I sent all my medical records to CSL. I did not release that to happen. I supposedly did not tell them ( CSL) every single medication. All the long, one excuse after the next.,
It's HORRIBLE! Under staffed and sooo very crowded! The line moves like snails. I've walked out twice due to how slow this place is. Don't waste your time. My review is for CSL in Burlington. Horrible!
Brittany pretends to be professional. At walters lane district Heights one and is not she gossips all the time about people coming in amd can hear her talk $#*!tt she will get slapped and i am going to report her to higher management makes my visit not ok seriously need camera repeat her say stuff dont play with me tho.
I arrived at 10am as a new donor. I explained I'd never donated several times. I went through the entire process which took 3 and half hours it's 1:30 now. To be told I can't donate because they can't stick my vein without even trying. Angry is an understatement. This is unacceptable.
#CSLPlasma 174 in Hagerstown is a great place to donate plasma. You are saving lives and getting compensated for you time. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They make their donors feel like family. Come on and check us out!
I just left the csl plasma center in fayetteville nc and the ridiculed me cuz I have been clean from narcotics for 2 years also wanted me to get paper work from my dr saying I no longer take buspirone and that is not even on the list of medicine that can not be taken while donating. It doesn't seem that they really want my plasma. I have had to jump through so many loops I would rather keep my plasma in me then deal with this hassle. I am as far away from being satisfied with the company that I could not be any more disappointed.
First they couldn't find my vein, so they constantly moved the needle around then my machine keeps messing up so i've been sitting here for an hour being told it should only take 30 minutes since i'm small. This entire time it's been taking my blood but not the plasma. They continued to move my needle around and then say they wanna try the other arm. If i could give zero stars i would, this was a horrible first experience.
So sick of every time I go there it's a 2-4 hour wait! On your feet! NO CHAIRS!
3/9/22 got here after 2. Still in line at 3.
It's 3:35 now. Still not in the bed!
3:44 now they bring in a newbie and there goes my spot! BULL $#*!!
3:53 finally in the bed! Now for another hour!
4:00 pm still not stuck!
4:10 finally stuck
4/18/22
Once again no staff! Sick of it! Every damn day!
Gotta wait until 8:30am to see who else blows off work!
4/29/22 closed because no staff.
4/39/22 they open at 7 it's 7:40 and no staff.
This place is a JOKE!
Been denied 3 times now
I have to drive 50 minutes to this location and every time it's been for the stupidest of reasons. I'm a college student in need of some extra cash and for some reason they turn me down Everytime. They make it so easy to go and donate but it's the biggest lie in the universe.
Of all the times I've been here I've had no issues. The staff is super friendly and a great group. The needle sticks go in with ease and they always ask if you're doing OK. I come twice a week and have no complaints.
I would give them a 0 if it was offered. This place was a joke. Was refused because my SS says 1st and last name. Along with every other credit card, bills as needed for proof and even my Medicare card. Not one item I have other than a birth certificate. Had a middle name on it. Yet because the state of Texas. Put my middle name on my driver's license. I can't donate. Does it state that on their website. Noooooi it doesn't. I brought everything required by the website. Yet I was turned away. With attitude! So yes. I told them what they could do! I drove 30 min out of my way. With hardly any gas. Thinking not to worry. I get paid by them. Lol jokes on me. Have no gas to get home. On $900 a mo disability. Give BioLife or anyone else but these idiots. Your plasma. Yeah they pay the best but if your turned away for something this petty. More of NOTHING is just not worth the risk. Like me. I hope I make it home. I'm on EMPTY. Ty CSl. Now bite me!
After being ignored by the nurses at the counter, I asked one of the guys in line how long will it take being my 1st time. Two people said "at the least 4 hours" And if you miss your schedule, they drop the price they pay by over half. A friend of mine in a hospital told me the hospital pays over $1k for plasma. Won't go back, make you wait like animals, then make 10 times the money of you. Not Me. Springfield Mo.
Answer: Difficult because they are under staffed and are more worried about getting a lunch break or complaining about the job on the flour.
Answer: Octapharma doesn't pay good the first time. To me anyway. I like grifols out South Nashville.
Answer: Because of the new donor fee. You'll get $100 to $150 on the first day. Then like 100 on your second donation. Did like 60 or 80 on the 3rd donation. It depends on your weight as to how much you are able to give and get paid for
Answer: The first second and third donation after that your money goes down significantly
Answer: It's very legit it's real. You just have to deal with millennials and people who don't have respect for others their time is more precious than the consumer or customer. A girl has left me hooked up after a donation so she can go on break
Answer: Yes. Unless they have changed. You can go two days out the week. If you miss a day your pay goes down well mine did anyway.
