I love it at CSL everyone is so upbeat they are also very friendly. Donating is fast and easy with them. All the staff interacts the ones donating with a smile on their face.
York PA - you will be hurdled in like cattle. It takes around an hr and half just to get to bed at anytime and no chairs to sit and pay not great either. Not enough employees always long lines
Donated here for years, did everything I was supposed to, tolerated peoeple who did not know how to do their job codbt do sticks, getting side comments about friend ships with other donors, left totally. Bruised up one time, then recently got tricked into if I had covid I can donated for antibodies. Once I told them, I felt like a criminal was told I exposed everyone,, which I didn't then I was told I was donating while sick, which I wasn't, then I was told I don't answer the questions honestly so they have permently deferred me. After all MY dedication to them! Not worth it there and has gotten worse thru the years... so thanks but no thanks call!
Customer service is horrible. Treated me horrible and has no answers and offered no help. Lost a donor.
I attend the CSL Plasma center on Memorial & N. Hairston. Great place to donate. Awesome customer service. The staff are amazing.
Sincerely, Edward Bittle.
Always a problem at CSL Trenton NJ. The head nurse is very rude and acts like she's doing me a favor. They never calibrate the machines especially the scale. One day I went I weighed 230 pounds, 2 days later I'm 204. So your saying I lost 26 pounds in 2 days? Last year the same nurse asked me what I eat because I lost weight. 20 pounds over a 6 month period. First off I gain weight over the winter months then I lose weight over the summer... I install flooring for a living and in NJ we have high humidity. You sweat like a dog in Chinese restaurant. The crazy thing is every time I get Sent home it's by the same nurse. A few weeks ago some guy freaked on her. He told her to go F herself because it's always her that turns him down, hes not the only one because she does the same to me. After I write my review I'm calling CSL headquartersThis person. SHOULD NOT be working there. Maybe after she grows up and learns how to talk to people. I'm also calling the Department of weights and measures because these scales are not accurate.

II've been going to this place in Buffalo for 8 visit and have been turned down 6 times I couldn't give plasma at all there's always an issue too high pulse, blood pressure too high or its too low now for the last time going they can't find my finger print so the want me too go through orientation again what a joke I'm NOT going too rate it
1st time donator at CSL in Hillsborough this girl went pretty good I just had a small problem with the machine but other than that everything went great looking forward to going again on Friday nice and clean Queen I appreciate that and the people are wonderful
I was told I had hep c, so I went to a doctor who proved I did not then, and never had, hep C. I called the center and they said I should go in and talk to a nurse. I drove 45 minutes to have a nurse say I'm permanently deferred for them and national databases, so I can't give blood, plasma, or transplants anywhere. THEIR TEST WAS WRONG AND I HAVE PROOF. But, databases still show I'm infected. At this point, going to CSL has cost me more than I earned from donating. I RECOMMEND AGAINST USING THEM.
Like Walmart this place takes advantage of lower middle class to poor areas in how it ghettotizes an area further in both people and service. Like Walmart on a weekend or holiday expect long waits and poor service from a place so chronically under staffed in the front you see employees standing around in the back!
I went in twice one week on a Wednesday and Thursday. On Wednesday their one technician who tested blood didn't even show. When I asked and complained as to why they still had 2 employees taking blood pressure and processing but no movement on the line I was told if I Didn't like it I could leave. I did. I returned the next day 2 see 2 technicians processing people to have blood tested but only one tester who moved molasses slow! Both days were early in the morning. I complained and was politely told they didn't care. If you want the
Walmart experience of being treated like a second class citizen then this is the place for you. If not? Then avoid this ghetto crackerjack establishment
Answer: Difficult because they are under staffed and are more worried about getting a lunch break or complaining about the job on the flour.
Answer: Octapharma doesn't pay good the first time. To me anyway. I like grifols out South Nashville.
Answer: Because of the new donor fee. You'll get $100 to $150 on the first day. Then like 100 on your second donation. Did like 60 or 80 on the 3rd donation. It depends on your weight as to how much you are able to give and get paid for
Answer: The first second and third donation after that your money goes down significantly
Answer: It's very legit it's real. You just have to deal with millennials and people who don't have respect for others their time is more precious than the consumer or customer. A girl has left me hooked up after a donation so she can go on break
Answer: Yes. Unless they have changed. You can go two days out the week. If you miss a day your pay goes down well mine did anyway.
