I have live in Monroeville for over 10 years. This is the first plasma center. It is nice to see Monroeville offering something to help the people of PA,
CSL Plasma is not a product purchasing store its a product producing center
Well I've been donateing for many of years iam a veteran at it I keep comeing back cause I like the ideal that I can help save lives and the people over the years have been very polite and I've never had a bad donation il keep going as long as I can thank you workers of the csl plasma for making me feel at ease while I am there
I have been donating her for quite some time and some of the people working here have discriminated against me. They will refer me to the nurse for no reason where you will have to wait for an extra hour. When I see the nurse they say there is no reason to be back here. When I go through the line they say I have not completed the survey yet I have and I have proof and the qr code. Then if I bring up what is happening they defer me. They have put in fictitious notes in my file so that they can claim I am being argumentative. These notes are not true and it is their staff that is being rude and nasty to me for no reason. I believe they are discriminating against me for no reason. They are extremely argumentative. I have tried calling the manager, Colleen, but they will not put me through to her and continually hang up on me. I have recorded the calls so that I can show the CSL plasma main office what is actually happening at this center. They treat people with extreme disrespect here and lie about them in their "comments" so that they can justify their disrespectful actions toward those wanting to donate. As I've said; I've recorded the calls for proof of what is being said by their employees. Please email me and I will forward the recorded calls.
I had been donating at csl for well over a year and every single visit did the security check at the kiosk and passed the 1 on 1 screening every single time. Then one day I left the gym after working out, from the gym to csl it took about 20 minutes to get there, I got to my 1 on 1 screening and the blood pressure heart rate scan said that my heart rate was 102 (which is over the 100bpm limit). Immediately I developed anxiety over this because they literally treated me like I was a criminal. Like I did something wrong! I took 15 minutes to try and calm down but that didn't work my bpm was even higher at that point because I got all worked up over it. From there on every god damn time I did the screenings I would fail because my heart starts racing right when their about to check my pulse. I'm sorry but These people shouldn't be able to deny you from donating under such pathetic circumstances. The bpm limit should be at least 110. I know I'm not the only one because I see people storming out of there right after their screening all pissed off because they failed their pulse check. There should be another way to approve them to donate. I'm not gonna have aheart attack because my heart rate is a little over the limit due to anxiety that these people have caused me due to the way they have treated me. They've given me nothing but $#*! attitude, made me go into a special room several times where they again begin to probe me with very personal questions.
I had a great experience. Doctors were nice and helpful and I will go back again and donate the process was quick and fast I think everyone should try the location in Lawrenceville Georgia
I have been going to CSL for probably 7 years and never had a problem getting a card I just think it's funny that they won't give you a CSL card if you don't have your ID yet they scan your fingerprint to see that your picture matches with your fingerprint to know what you to take your mother f****** plasma but they won't give you a f****** pay card seems kind of scamish to me
Plasma center in South Portland Maine I want to say thank you to a nurse that works there there are two of them who I am very pleased to have take care of me when I go in and be very patient with me when I am in there I would like to say their names it is a HIPAA law I like to say thank you to one of the nurses that starts with a L and the other nurse that start with C I believe both of those nurses are amazing and very patient with us as patients I want to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for being patient with me and understanding where I'm coming from and I want to say thank you to the crew outback that does are Plasma they are very amazing people they go above and beyond thank you so much for being kind and very compassionate how are you guys doing for your job Lisa Mullins
I had MULTIPLE terrible experiences at the cls plasma in Roseville. The entire staff good off all day while we sit in the lines for hours as they do nothing. I got out of line after waiting 2 hours in line and I couldn't hold my pee in anymore so I ran to the bathroom and asked if the guy could hold my spot and he said yes and when I came back they told me I had to go to the end of the line and start over. Not even that every time I donated there the staff were extremely rude and don't care and they make you sit after you've donated for several minutes because they forget about you and your left there with the needle in your arm for no reason! This place It's bull$#*!. BIOLIFE was 10 million times better lines went by fast because people actually do their jobs and they get you in and out and provide you with a snack and water and staff were very helpful and nice and they had everything set up so much more organized and makes the experience a lot smoother. They are just all around a lot better so and also offer more money for first time doners almost 400 more than cls.if your considering going to cls instead of bio life don't do it! Please do your times sake
There is lady here name is Jaea she employee there giving me nasty there looks make me feel uncomfortable bad there.
Manager need to get a hold of her
Came to Sterling Heights location as a transfer from Mt Clemens and she was an amazing help not only quick to fix my issue to transfer but kind, and quick with my vitals too. Thank you Shantel.
Answer: Difficult because they are under staffed and are more worried about getting a lunch break or complaining about the job on the flour.
Answer: Octapharma doesn't pay good the first time. To me anyway. I like grifols out South Nashville.
Answer: Because of the new donor fee. You'll get $100 to $150 on the first day. Then like 100 on your second donation. Did like 60 or 80 on the 3rd donation. It depends on your weight as to how much you are able to give and get paid for
Answer: The first second and third donation after that your money goes down significantly
Answer: It's very legit it's real. You just have to deal with millennials and people who don't have respect for others their time is more precious than the consumer or customer. A girl has left me hooked up after a donation so she can go on break
Answer: Yes. Unless they have changed. You can go two days out the week. If you miss a day your pay goes down well mine did anyway.
