"The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I've had a good experience each time donating plasma.
The staff at Csl plasma are so nice, my experiences there have always been great! It's painless pretty quick and I enjoy helping. Give it a try!
It's an easy way to make some extra cash. It doesn't take too long, after the initial visit. I recommend.
My experience was awesome! The staff is very kind friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about plasma donation.
So we went to donate at your facility- my daughter and I. First time wait is 3 hours. Ok no problem. Forgot my Social Security card but my daughter had everything. Ok so I'll wait until next time right? I mean I'll be driving her home if she feels faint or so she can sip some juice while relaxing. Masks aren't required but I have one on anyway and there's no one else in their expansive, cooled waiting room. Then I was told I couldn't wait there since I'm not able to give blood. What? I' m a potential future patient with my daughter there to have her blood drawn but I can't even quietly sit in a corner of the "waiting room" to wait? So where do I wait for 3 hours for my daughter? Well how about outside in the broiling heat. Yeah that's where I waited without them giving me even a second thought or explanation or concern for that of my health. My car's air conditioner doesn't work that well and I have a heart condition. I'm obviously a senior but too bad! I was treated horrendously. I sat in my car risking heat stroke, having heart arrhythmias after some time while they supposedly were drawing blood. Two and a half hours later my daughter comes out upset and tells me they didn't even have the right size needle to draw the blood. What were they doing for 2 and a half hours while I overheated outside? Maybe it'll help someone else before they consider using this business in the future. Way to go CSL Plasma! Thanks for your care and concern for your visitor's time and safety—well at least until you're no longer useful. Sorry no proof o purchase- obviously. Actual Score MINUS 10 out of 10. Won't be back under any circumstances.
They are so friendly and gentle it's like home.very well cared for and respected I wouldn't change it for the world
There will be a lot of people on line (more than 4) and the staff will be congregated around the check in area discussing their personal business (which is not a problem) the problem is all these people are waiting and there is one person checking all these people in. This is unprofessional and not customer service centered who atmosphere is like they (CSL) is doing us (the donors a favor) when in actuality none of them would have a job if not for donors and this fact is forgotten about. Based on business history the management team should know what days and hours of operations are busy and staff accordingly so people can get in and get out. I don't want to hear about staffing issues that's why it slow because at any given time there are people just standing around. The they have the nerve to assert their perceived power with signs threating that if anyone is standing by the door before they open is subjet to be deferred and even worse in the name of covid only to have people lined up and not requiring social distances (come one the COVID gig is up) either do all or nothing. The other signs threating to defer if one site in the empty booth chairs. HELLO if they had a better management team they understood scheduling and a customer service centered atmosphere and did have these poor people standing around so long that problem would be minimized.
Further, most people from what I have observed/and spoken to people need the money and are treat as such instead of donors that are helping others. This place is not Customer Centered and based on business practices (endorsed culture) that I have observed this behavior is not going to change anytime soon.
Been donating with csl for several years now I have had pretty good expierences with them and would recommend them
To all potential donors I would like to share my experience with CSL Plasma in the city of Beloit WI Well first let me say that I used to donor there but was told because of a knot on my thumb I couldn't come back until I had a Dr note which I understood So I just stopped donating and when I finally had the surgery I no longer lived in the area and wanted to donate at the one in my area so I took all the paperwork to the new place and I was told that Beloit had to lift the medical flag and the review board only did that once a week OK fine 2 weeks passed so I decided to call Beloit myself Surprisingly I was told that even though I brought all the paperwork to the new plasma place which they faxed to Beloit they told me that I had to come in I tried to explain to them that I no longer wish to donate there and I live to one closer to where I live now Only thing they did was hung up on me Sad truly sad and for this reason I won't never refer anyone to go there Didn't catch the female who answered the phone but she needs to be fired
Answer: Difficult because they are under staffed and are more worried about getting a lunch break or complaining about the job on the flour.
Answer: Octapharma doesn't pay good the first time. To me anyway. I like grifols out South Nashville.
Answer: Because of the new donor fee. You'll get $100 to $150 on the first day. Then like 100 on your second donation. Did like 60 or 80 on the 3rd donation. It depends on your weight as to how much you are able to give and get paid for
Answer: The first second and third donation after that your money goes down significantly
Answer: It's very legit it's real. You just have to deal with millennials and people who don't have respect for others their time is more precious than the consumer or customer. A girl has left me hooked up after a donation so she can go on break
Answer: Yes. Unless they have changed. You can go two days out the week. If you miss a day your pay goes down well mine did anyway.
