The staff are friendly and professional making for a fast, safe and efficient donation. There are no troubles getting in and out. This is the best place to be to help others and earn a little extra cash.
CSL has a donor referral program in place that is absolutely a lie. They claim to pay $150 for each referral that donates 2x's. Payout should be received within 24 hours afterwards, but it's been two weeks still without even a call back from corporate. The center itself has reached out but they are are still waiting for a call back from corporate. They are a scam just to get more donors. Understand they get up $500 for each donation but don't want to pay you!
I donated plasma for my first time this week at CSL Plasma on William Penn Highway in Monroeville, PA. I had a very pleasant experience. The staff was attentive, they worked very well as a cohesive team, and the facility was spotless. The process was exactly as described on their app (which is a fantastic app!) and I felt valued the entire time. I will be recommending this facility to my friends and family.
Know before you go... Help yourself help others by donating plasma today at CSL PLASMA CENTER(center of excellence)best plasmapheresis donating center in the Central Pennsylvania area ((and it's true.)) Never once had a bad experience there. Staff is great, place is clean and very welcoming. Highly recommended.
They entered my weight 100lbs more than I weigh. I am 130lbs, and my weight for donating was entered as 230lbs. A horribly serious mistake by some girl who had been there for a long time. The place is so dirty, and very unorganized. The employees are not trained very well at all and cannot answer simple questions about the process of donating.
I will never return. I will not stop telling others how horrible my month of donating went.
The staff at CSL plasma at ina and thornydale are good but the female medical staff member is incompetent and an embarrassment to the profession. I'll update my review with her name once I find out what it is
Johnson is a good staff member. Tabby's a good stock remember too. And they're very good at what they do. Eddie's a good staff member as well. When they do this taking it's real precise and right on. All the people that work at CSL Plasma on Admiral is really good sad they're all nice and are all sweet.
I was out of there less than an hour. They only had two on the floor, Miros and Beto, they are the best. They were able to hook up everyone quick. They don't mess around or chat. I love going to donate when Miro's team is on the floor. Best team, thanks to Miros, she is a great leader. Thank you!
I have been going to CSL for a little over 5 months and one of the best phlebotomist there is Laura Shreve. Besides being professional in her performance, she is very personable and friendly. That brings the service (donation) up to a new level. Kudos to her.
The staff at this location are professional and knowledgeable at what they do. They are kind and make you feel comfortable during the donation process. I have recommended numerous
Family and friends to donate at this location.

I went to this plasma center i was waiting for 25 mins just to be seen then i waited for another hour going through questionnaires and tests just for them to tell me that i can't donate and i was not compensated for my time
Today, this location bathrooms were out of order but it's encouraged to drink lots of water before donating. They had already took my vitals before disclosing that information. I had to use the restroom and was encouraged by the staff that it was ok to go somewhere to use the restroom. When, I got back I was told my vitals had to be redone which was fine but they wanted me to wait in line to see the nurse to have vitals check and that was not okay. It was not my fault their bathroom was out of order. I wasted 1 hour and half of my life for nothing.
I was very disappointed to find out that I was chosen to receive a extra $30 just to find out that once you donate. You have to wait 48 hours before you receive it. What a rip-off. I didn't wait 48 hours to donate!
They just waste your time lie to you about everything won't let anybody donate if you prick your finger six years ago they're gonna tell you can't donate if your little toe is discolored they won't take blood out of your arm this place is a joke anybody who goes here waste their time
I donate at CSL Plasma Cleveland, west 25th street. It is a very clean facility and all the employees I have encountered have been pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. My questions get answered and I feel safe donating here. I get to make a little extra money and save lives at the same time. WIN WIN!
I love my CSL Plasma Center#205! The staff is the best, bar none! Even when short staffed and busy, I've not yet seen or heard an unhappy comment. I have a tricky vein, and can only use my left arm to donate, but thanks to staff members like Harley, Mia, Abby, Lindsay, Brittanie, Kristina Theresa and the rest of the gang, I most often finish my donation without incident! They are sweet, kind, compassionate, and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else even if they paid more! Thanks #205! I love you all and you have my utmost respect!
Most of you guys are real nice. You guys do your job well in I always smile when I'm there you guys have good hearts for helping us especially with the pandemic going on so thank you guys for everything you do-juvoncia
Mobile, AL location: The screeners at the front are the worst! The are not friendly and have an attitude every time I've been there. They are power tripping instead of making donors feel at ease. The mission statement on the wall states you have a welcoming environment. That is laughable!
I'm not sure what their deal is, but management just keeps allowing them to fully stock up on appointments despite the fact that they are horribly understaffed to handle the volume of people they're taking in. Yesterday I went in when they weren't that busy at 1 PM and after 3 HOURS I had yet to even start the blood drawing process. At that point I just left because on top of that, there were people that had been waiting LONGER than me. Even more so, they had a line so long of new people coming in that they had to designate more space for it. Doesn't that defeat the whole purpose of taking appointments?
Stop in and donate! Not only am I a donor who helps to make important medicines for immune deficiencies to help save lives. I'm also an employee who loves doing what I do best and that's in serving the beautiful donors that come through our front door. Why don't you come and donate? It's an awesome thing to do come save lives and make a diffrence in your community! #CSL174#200#GROWING
Answer: Difficult because they are under staffed and are more worried about getting a lunch break or complaining about the job on the flour.
Answer: Octapharma doesn't pay good the first time. To me anyway. I like grifols out South Nashville.
Answer: Because of the new donor fee. You'll get $100 to $150 on the first day. Then like 100 on your second donation. Did like 60 or 80 on the 3rd donation. It depends on your weight as to how much you are able to give and get paid for
Answer: The first second and third donation after that your money goes down significantly
Answer: It's very legit it's real. You just have to deal with millennials and people who don't have respect for others their time is more precious than the consumer or customer. A girl has left me hooked up after a donation so she can go on break
Answer: Yes. Unless they have changed. You can go two days out the week. If you miss a day your pay goes down well mine did anyway.
