I live in Wisconsin. I just looked at the reviews for the first time. I can't believe the low ratings. Culver's beats the rest of the fast food restaurants by a mile! Great burgers. Very good custard. Very friendly staff. Very clean most often. When I dine in, everyone seems as happy to be there as I am. Keep up the outstanding work. I'm glad we have such a good restaurant chain in Wisconsin!
Culver's used to be a great place to meet friends and family, until 2024. Coupons are now limited to what comes in the mail once a month, where previously you were provided coupons every time you placed your order. McDonalds has awesome coupons on their app, Culver's has none. Guess where I'm going to eat. McDonalds. They obviously want my business. Culver's not so much. Also the pup cups used to have custard. No longer. Now it's just whipped cream and a small milk bone. Cheapism maxed out for your pup. Culver's gets an F rating from this guy. McDonalds it is from now on since they want the business through regular promotions on their app.
Every summer, I look forward to the Strawberry Fields salad, until now. I I ordered it without chicken, as usual. As usual, I got home the salad, including chicken, no blue cheese, no walnuts. The size of the salad was less than half normal, and then it was in a disappointingly small container. I also ordered fish which was in another container exactly the same. However, hot fried fish in a plastic container is less than appetizing by the time you get it home. French fries, coleslaw, ketchup, tartar, sauce, napkins, and silverware were all in a paper bag together. I drove back to Culver's and explained my disappointment to the manager, and the only response I got was, this is how we make this salad. Between the containers, and the salad, and the manager's lack of concern, I'm crossing covers of my list of options. There are too many new food options in town to accept this level of quality for the money paid.
I have family that enjoys Culver's, so I purchased a GC online to be shipped to them. It took a week to ship, then never arrived. I contacted Culver's and first was told they'd reissue the card and express ship it. Nope. Didn't happen. So I asked for a refund. I was told they'd look into processing the refund, then surprise! The next day I was told the card had been redeemed, so I can't get a refund!
So I'm left to believe someone stole the card, or Culver's stole my money. Their response to me leads me to opt for the latter as they never reissued the card as they'd stated they would.
You pay $14 and associate hands out food to me curbside.so stressed. I could not even understand her. Talking a mile a minute.
3rd time a charm, I guess. She asking me if I ordered a shake and fish sandwich. Yes yes I said as she handed it to me, no tossed it in my hand. Never will I go back.
I thought that Culvers would be much better than they were, for me. Seeing their menu selections I expected them to be better. Unfortunately I did not like what I got and they really were not cheap for a fast food joint.
I had a hamburger at culvers yesterday in Green Valley Arizona and it was the worst food ever. The meat was all burnt. The bread was stale, and I got serious indigestion. I will never go to another Culver's ever again.

Six weeks ago they completely ripped us off giving a concrete mixer that was supposed to be Brownie overload that had nothing but vanilla ice cream an chocolate sauce. I called and explained my frustration and was told I would receive complimentary replacement coupons. I waited more than a month for coupons and they were for sundaes. I decided that I would use my coupons today. I waited 25 minutes only to be told the were out of flavor of day. Couldn't get my coupons back was offered a different option if I wanted to reorder and wait another 25 minutes. Nope never again
I was overcharged. I disputed the charge and asked for the receipt and proved the error. Sarah the manager gave me my refund like it was no big deal, like it was normal. Then went out to my car and found not all. Items were given to me. I went back on and Sarah gave me the item but said positively NOTHING to me. She has very poor people skills and has no business being in charge.
Maybe it was the particular restaurant we visited, but I just wasn't that impressed. We both got burgers and they were good, but not anything special. We did have some custard and it was very good. I think if we did go back it would be to simply get some custard and skip the meal. The staff was ok, not really friendly or unfriendly, just kinda blah. I like when you walk in a place they make you feel like they are glad you are there. I don't think they really cared. It was more about getting us in and getting us out.
I am very disappointed with Winona Minnesota! I ordered my food With a very pushy trying to get things done fast employee and when I gave my debit card she said pull forward come to find out she comes to my vehicle that only $20 some cents was pulled out of my account and I still owed $8 showed her I had clearly a $1000 in my account then gave her gave her a new card and only a dollar was taken. I told her to take a few items off my list and unfortunately my card won't go through because they already charged me. This employee was overly fast getting a payment without verifying the payment was OK before proceeding to push them to the parking Very angry I am a loyal customer never complain in my entire life and this happens to me I will tell and complain to everyone in this city of the mistreated I have felt embarrassed I gave back my already drinking pop and told her to never never never take a payment unless it's cleared Better get my money back!
These people need to come up with a new way to pass out food. I Went on the inside to get my shake for the evening I stood there watching these empolyee get food touch the door go outside come back in pack orders up go outside again dont change glove just a assemlby line going. Three people looked at my shake before I got it.The lady I was standing by we both open are mouth and said WOW did you see that we both said DAM..

So like everytime i come here the employees are super rude and have no idea what customer service is. An employee came up to our car very pissed that we didn't have a number on our car, and walked away with our food. It's not our job to put the number on the car. It's yalls. Second, was just ordering here and ordered a burger and they asked us if there was anything on the burger to complain about? Like what lmao
Order curbside. Waited 20 minutes. I had to called the location (Fort Wayne) still didn't come out. My daughter had to go in at get it. Food of course was cold, the shakes were soup, the managers were unhelpful and rude. While inside the store, numerous customers were complaining, about no toilet paper, orders not being submitted, GO TO MCDONALDS OR BURGER KING.
Every time I go to the oconomowoc Culver's they always mess up my order. I've worked in restaurants before and I know everyone messes up sometimes but at this location it is every time. They also give you your ice cream first and by the time you get your order the ice cream is half melted.
I love the fish dinners. However today, April 4 at Heber, The fish dinner was awful. They were very very small pieces and cooked to crispy. The fish was obviously over cooked. The tray was extremely greasy on the bottom making the bottom of the fish slimy. So much of the overcooked crust was soggy and fell off. I think kitchen needs is a little retraining. There shouldn't be grease in the bottom of the tray, I& fried things over cooked.
The menu has a good variety and the food is much better than any of the major burger chains. Given what it is, you won't have a foodie experience, but it's satisfying and prices are good. Custard is good.
It was My first time I went too the one in Brandon I was taken through the drive through order My food and the hamburger was so overcooked and cold!,
It was like biting into shoe leather it wasn't eatable had too throw it out!,

I have eaten another culvers in Florida. They were great. This new restaurant that open in Punta Gorda on Taylor Road that's horrible. When I got my order the hamburger what is the size of a 50 Cent piece and when I brought it back to the cashier, she said, well that's the way it supposed to look, very fresh. I made sure to show it to everyone I was in line waiting for their order. Sorry to say I will never patronize another culvers again.

28 dollars for two singles with fries and a drink and 4 chicken strips is more than a steak dinner at a sit down restaurant. They will never get another penny of my money.
Went to Culver's for the first time yesterday and we had the fish dinner. The breading on the fish wasn't completely cooked and it was so greasy. A disappointing first experience. Fries were also mushy.
I was fired from Culvers on Friday the 28th for wanting to go home early. I have a son who is suffering covid. I wasn't exposed and haven't been thankful. But Christian the GM look at me and told me that I was immature, then proceeded to compare his life to mine. He then looked me dead n the eye and told me to never show my face there again. NEVER GO HERE

Definitely over priced and not that good to boot! They did not have any of their "dinner" options on the drive through menu, which I would rather have ordered. Service was slow!
When you order a kids meal, and whoever takes the order does not ask what kind of custard do you want, you won't get it, even though you paid for it.
Why? Because if you don't tell them, they won't say anything. I believe this is planned strategy. If the customer forgets, they have saved a few scoops of custard and they increase their bottom line. Not a lot at one time but this crap adds up. I have been to the same Culver's in Show low AZ about twice a month for a year and bought two kids meals each time. I was NEVER asked what kind of custard i wanted. Not once.
The last visit there will be the last. This time the person taking my order informed me that I had to tear the free scoop coupon from the paper bag the kids meal comes in and bring it back to her in order for us to get the custard which is supposed to be included in a kids meal. I find it hard to believe that an employee would come up with a policy like that on her own. I believe this was another "throw it against the wall and see what sticks" tactic used by the manager to cheat customers.
Also every time I ordered a single burger for me, they gave me a double. Every time. I didn't like the upgrade but it was too much trouble complaining, so I just ate it with no complaints. I believe this is what they are counting on. They do this stuff on purpose.
Mother's family came from Memphis, anyone who was ill, got "boiled custard"...I swear Culver's must have the same recipe, LOVED it, everything was yummy! Will definitely be going back again! Soon!

I had a coupon for 2 butter burgers
For the price of one. I am lactose intolerant and cannot eat cheese.
I ordered my burgers with no cheese.
My paid receipt stated NO CHEESE
The counter person confirmed with the kitchen no cheese. My order was to go. When I got home and opened
My burgers they had cheese. Things happen and this was just a mistake.
So I called and the owner Mark answered the phone. I explained what happened and he told me that he makes no money on these corporate coupons (not my problem)and that
The margins they work on are very slim. He told me twice more that he does not like these coupons and that butter burgers come with cheese and yes can order without it but the kitchen makes this mistake frequently.
So here is the problem. I live about 20 minutes away and I now have food that I can't eat. Never an apology from the owner just kept repeating that he makes no money from coupons. So I had to make another dinner for myself. Mark said he would
Send me coupons for a free meal.
Never received them 2 weeks later
Really didn't want the coupons

I also sent an e mail to customer service 2 Weeks ago-and never heard back from them
