I am currently (77) years old, well educated, widower, former Engineer wth Ford Motor Company, and now a freelance Landman working with Oklahoma based oil and gas exploration companies, and I love to go camping and fishing. I still try to remain active as much as possible,
I submitted my first order to Cuplands for (3) spring weight water resistant men's jackets on about December 8,2022,
I followed up with a second order in the end of December, or the first part of January for (4) highly discounted cookware sets, several complete sets of bath towels, face towels, and wash clothes, along with a couple other items. The advertised merchandise and the prices were very compelling. I wanted to have one set of cookware for my house, and one set for my camper, then I was going to give two sets away as gifts.
I need and want the towels sets for my own house.
I have never received any of the merchandise, although I paid for all of it immediately, along with insurance and shipping charges!
I sent inquiries about my undelivered merchandise, and I got nothing but lies when they actually responded to my emails. Each email from Cuplands Customer Service came from different women who were using American names, but when I sent emails to those persons, the emails came back to me as "undeliverable"!
The last four email inquiries sent to them went unanswered.
I just sent another one a few minutes ago, but I really do not think that I will get a respons.
I sincerely hope that I am wrong about this company being phony, but if you think about the fact that I spent approximately ($100), and if they conned a million people across the world for the same amouunt of money that particular day, which is entirly possible with a world wide internet market, this phony company made $100 million that day alone! Who really thinks that crime does not pay?
When I attempt to track my original order which was #1132, or tracking number (AS*******CN), I get a message that no such order exists! I have screenshots on my iPhone12 of the order details, but I don't know how to move those screenshots over to my laptop so that I can include them with this review. Also, my personal credit (Debit) card information is displayed on those screenshots, so I don't want that shown to the entire world.
There are a lot of words that I would like to use to express exactly how I feel, but unfortunately I must follow the guidelines for this review, and this is NOT the first time that I have been scammed!
So, if you are reading this commentary, and you are thinking about buying merchandise from the company who calls itself CUPLANDS, I advise you not to do it.
