I purchased an in-stock item, not part of the membership. Never shipped. I contacted them after 2 weeks and then 3 and was locked out of my account. No reason given for never sending it.
Tip for consumers:
That the quality of the products is poor, cheap plastic handbags and made in China. That they tell you an item is available in the warehouse but a month later it still hasn't shipped.

Nothing ever arrived
Been a customer & subscriber for over 3 years. For the last 6 boxes I have received them late; lied to about when they would arrive and items in box either missing or the wrong items. Their customer service called "concierge" (in an effort to sound classy) is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They lie about everything, can't even read the chat correctly. It is a mess. This last box was the last straw. Arbitrarilly, supposedly refunded my money with no warning, zilch. Yet my CC company has NO record of it. WHY? Telling me my box will be sent out in 3 days! Then 5 days! A month later now and soon is what I get. I paid for this in MAY. May 5th to be exact. Still no box, no proof of refund. Rachel Zoe has a lot to learn about business and just treating people okay. They actually threatened me because I called them out on lying. AVOID AVOID this company. The items are not high quality. Some are okay but not worth even the $108 dollars she charges. You really think she would take a loss on this stuff! Of course not

They don't send out their boxes on time...BEWARE lots of smoke and mirrors. No live customer service
