Tracking was horrible. One order lost! Took over 3 weeks to get it delivered and only after complaining multiple times!
Would like to return but unable to get a shipping label. Please advise.
Sizes run small. Returned items ($15
UPS). Package returned to me because
"Receiver moved, not delivered" multiple emails still no viable address given!
If you order from this company, you will not be able to return or exchange ever. They are located in China, will barter with you for an accepted amount of money and let you keep the clothes. I spent $59.00 and they offered me $15.00 to keep the clothes. The return, when they finally gave me and address to ship back, was going to be $27.50, along with the shipping I already paid to receive the items. If you live in the U.S., just order from somewhere else. Clothes are mis sized and won't fit based on their sizing charts.
We purchased 2 products and the quality of the products were very good however, they just didn't look good on.
We notified customer service for the shipping return address and after 4 attempts we still never got it.
Instead we were given an alternate choice of $22.00 refund on our purchase price and we could keep the products.
It took 3 attempts to get an exact answer that the $22.00 was for both dresses, not each).
After this many attempts I decided it was easier to accept the $22.00 refund, not have to pay return shipping and no longer try to get a return address from them.

Bad as it hasn't been delivered after 3 weeks! I only heard from the company 3 days ago asking if I had received it and have not been offered a refund or to have it sent again.

I placed my order May 3rd and still haven't received my order. I have been in contact with CurveDream for two weeks requesting a refund and all I get from them every other day is "be patient, your order is on its way." It is now May 25th and no order.
And the tracking service never works properly. All it says is a shipping label has been created.

The two styles that I ordered were labeled in their names as sweatshirts. They were not, but long sleeve poly tshirts. No soft lining what do ever. Way over priced for what look to be cheaper imports from China.
My first order placed 3 weeks ago was product that was identified as sweatshirts. Not sweatshirt material at all, no trying sweaters from your company with this 2nd order. Hoping for higher quality products this time.
I ordered a top almost 1 month ago and have not received an update nor have I received a top.
I received my order and it was not what I ordered. I was sent an unlined jacket, (very poor quality), a tee that I wouldn't wear, and a pair of pants that looked like they had been worn and were so wrinkled I didn't even want to try the on. I ordered a sweater, a really nice tee, and slacks. That is not what I received. It was horrible and I will never order from this company again. Barbara Hallum

The on-line transaction was easy. The dress I ordered is a much better quality than I imagined. It is fully look lined, a pleasant surprise.
We live in a 24 hour guard gated community consisting of 240 single family homes. Your rep. From Site jabber said it was delivered but no picture of it at the front door. Neighbors did not receive it.
Was pleasantly surprised that these pants were true to size. I ordered a small and it was a nice fit.
This business is not what it seems. The item I bought needed to be returned which would have cost me a significant amount. My emails to customer services originally bounced back to me but were then, a few days later, answered. When answered I was offered the option to keep the item and also offered a small sum of money as compensation. This aroused my suspicions. Trust pilot reviews repeatedly describe this same tactic and many reviews also state that there is often no compensation given once items are returned
Your response to the issues I had were were timely and helpful. Your product quality is not to my liking and the sizes were not accurate.
2 out of 3 products that I ordered were pretty bad (one was quite nice). I will never order from here again, and my experience here has cause me to be extremely cautious (or avoid altogether) ordering clothes online.
I am 5 ft tall and 145 lbs., I normally order petite large in dresses. I ordered these dresses in large knowing I would probably have to hem the length and they arrived approximately XXL. Consider ordering at least one maybe two sizes smaller.
Nice fit, looks like it needs to be ironed. Lightweight. Style is good.
These are some of the cheapest clothes I have ever encountered. Very difficult to return
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
