Looked Nothing like the picture

We so disappointed. I bought the dress for my wife for our son's wedding. It looked so beautiful in the pictures but when we got it it looked so cheap. Now we have to find another dress in a short time

One was 2 sizes too small
The other one had wrong material. Advertised as rayon but when it came, it was 100% polyester.

Can't wear either one of them.
Refund is not easy. I have to send an email and foot the cost of return for their own mistake/ misleading product description?

Company cannot be trusted to fill your order. No response about tracking. One email saying shipped but tracking hasn't updated and they don't know why! Still no delivery and no response! Ordered in March. It's now May and items I wanted for my trip next week are not here. Will cancel my order and NEVER use again! Copy of their only response attached. Filing complaint with BBB.

I was never sent a confirmation text or email so I ordered it twice. I thought, due to the picture this was a muslin material but its some cheap poly blend. I don't like it because it doesn't wick or absorb sweat. I prefer natural fabrics.

Return policy very restrictive

The size chart was off by a lot! I would have never ordered something so small. Then when I went to return it they game me a ridiculous amount of options none of them being a return or full credit. I will not deal with this company again because if there very unfair return policy.

I took almost 12 days to receive my order. Tracking was available a few days before delivery. When you try and contact customer service it can be days before someone contacts you back. I'm trying to return something now and it's been days-no one has contacted me. I only have a 30 day window for returns. Maybe this is what they want so they don't have to accept the items back.

I was so excited to find your website, actually placed 2 orders on the same day. Sadly the second order never showed up, I was so disappointed, but more disappointed when I wrote 4 emails that went unanswered. The money was taken from my bank, so NOW I have had to open a case with them! Wish your customer service cared about a missing orders and your customers issues as much as sending surveys

POOR business

The sweater was too big, and a major hassle to get return instructions. I do a lot of online shopping and have never had such a difficult time with a return that I still DO NOT have my credit of$48.00 even though they received it 10 days ago. Watch out doing business with this place.

Placed order over 2 months ago. They say it was shipped, but they can not track it? What? Never received my money back, no such thing as customer service. BEWARE! They do not have any kind of phone number, just a bogus email for service that no one has ever answered, and I have emailed them A LOT!

Very poor quality

Unfortunately, everything is much too small. Seems to be made for little fat Chinese. But not for tall people. The dimensions absolutely do not coincide with the given table. Once and never again. If I could, I would give minus stars.
The only good thing about the whole order was the super fast delivery.

Worth a shot

While I have ordered a few items from this company I'm still skeptical. It's not your regular shopping experience, i. E. I ordered this dress and never received a confirmation or shipping info. I emailed them to find out when my dress would be arriving, minor stuff like that but for the price it's worth giving it a shot. I haven't been disappointed yet with the quality, hopefully I won't be after washing.

Too much all poly, quite inferior, leggings shiny. White not pure white. Cream color instead. Beige shirt poorly made. Not happy with your product. Expect refund as soon as u receive return. Reference to XL short CONTACT ME BEFORE SHIPPING.

Inconsistent sizing. Difficult to find how to return on site.

I ordered 3 sweaters all in the same size and two were too small and one was too big. Trying to find out how to return them was not easy. Curvedream wanted to give me a discount if I kept the sweaters. What would I do with them? I have mailed them the sweaters ($20 in return postage) and am waiting for the return.

CHASING DOWN FOR RETURN INFO

To begin with sizes are smaller than other places I order from & all items I ordered was poor quality fabric, very cheap.
The refund process was not easy. I found them trying to deceive me & scam me. Denying my package had been received when they had actually received & signed for it 7 weeks earlier. I will not purchase again.
