I received my items in a timely manner. I find the sizes run very small. Think twice about ordering. I have returns and they sent specific instructions yet failed to give me a return address. I have emailed them 4 times now with no response.
Company continues to tell me my parcel was delivered even though I keep telling them I haven't received it. Frustrating and disappointing. Doesn't look like I'll get what I ordered or even get money back. Don't recommend this at all.
I didn't receive the item that J ordered. I received something completely different. I have emailed customer service several times with no response. I also messaged them on Instagram. I've not heard back. I suppose I will need to dispute my credit card charge. Not pleased with this company at all. Will start buying from Made in the USA companies.
Great items for the price, some items better quality than others, but for what you paid for them I would stay in most cases worth it. Returns ok, a little inconvenient, but not horrible. We will see if I get a timely refund, don't know yet
Item arrived in a timely manner. It is as expected from the picture but is too small, and the bigger size is not available at this time. I am awaiting further instructions on how and when to return for exchange.
I'm extremely disappointed with my purchase. I spent nearly $200 on clothing I can't wear. And to return it was a huge hassle. So I had to settle for a fraction of the cost back and told to keep the items. I will be donating them. The outfits looks so cute online. The material looks like it's some sort of a cotton blend. But then when I open the packages the pants that go along with the shirts, are a weird silky pajama material. And they don't fit. They're way too small. And the tops that go with them are way too big. Dealing with customer service was okay. It was just an overall disappointing experience. A lesson learned I will never order from this company or any other company I see advertised on facebook.
Ordered and paid. Two weeks or more later receive 3/6 items. Did not fit and I used the size chart. Was contacted via email and told the 3 items were out of stock, ok no big deal. Asked if I would accept $16 refund for over $100 of clothing instead of returning!
When ordering off the internet, it should be easy to return since you cannot try anything on. When I want to return something, it should be an obvious and easy process as it is with other internet sites. CurveDream makes it hard and they try to talk you out of it in a number of ways.
The pants I ordered are not close to the size M that I requested. They may be a small or extra small.
In order to return any item, you have to email the service department multiple times before they will even give you the return address. Then they try to persuade to take a reduced refund amount. Finally all returns are at your own expense; this is the only company I've dealt with in the past several years that does that. I'm still waiting for my refund and I returned it over a week ago. They said it could take up to 15 days to process.
I tried to change the size of the item I ordered soon after ordering was told it was too late, that the order had already been shipped but that I could always exchange it. However trying to exchange it has been very challenging, not at all clear on the website and I still don't have the blouse in the size I need.

My rating would easily be five stars if I could use the order of five tops because I love them all and cannot find anything like this locally. They arrived right on time and packaged beautifully. They are two sizes too small. There has been no mention of this in the hundred reviews I went through before ordering in fact it has been stated they run true to size! I am disappointed but wow, I do love the clothing here, and hope they will do something to remedy this problem.
Will not buy from this company again! Don't do it! Dress quality is very poor, very thin material, not like the picture. Also not true to size. Terrible customer service. The website contact form doesn't have a submit button so there is no way to send a contact form! I sent 3 emails to try to return. After a week someone finally responded but then never gave me the return address. So even more emails! Big hassle big mess. 0 stars
None of these tops look like they looked on internet. This company took my money to credit card the day I ordered and it took 18 days to get order here then they were all this terrible quality and not sized right. It has been a nightmare dealing with this company and now I am having the same problem trying to get their return authorization. I am just about ready to turn into authorities….any other company would have had that authorization emailed to me immediately, but this company has not even responded to my first 2 requests for it.
I will definitely continue to shop with this site… I've tried other sites and they're OK but Curvedream has been exactly right for me. And the customer service people are absolutely fantastic. That needs to be mentioned.

How can you ask me to review the items from my order when I have not received anything yet? I ordered on 4/25, got an email on 5/11 saying that it was shipped. As of today, 5/18 it has not been received and the tracking number is invalid.
I was given an offer of 1/4 what I paid for the product. I ordered two size and wanted to return the wrong size. The product was unworn with tags. I won't shop here again.

Item shipped very late. I never received a confirmation email with a tracking number at the time of purchase. When I contacted customer service, they kept reassuring me that I would get it, but item was impossible to track.
Was looking forward to receiving my order, however, the order didn't arrive as promised and emails to the customer service group have gone unanswered. Not sure where my package is or when I will receive it. No one responds.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
