This Company Curve Dreams will not refund your money if you try return something will give you a run around say suppose send to NY when they clearly on package said return to Santa Springs CA... Merchandise came to wrong address and was damaged also...They just give you the run around...don't order from them

Two items were not in stock. The one item delivered was poorly made and I'll proportioned.
It was clear the company doesn't want returns as they made it difficult never providing an address. Won't be shopping here again.

Been trying to make a return for 2 weeks and have sent 8 emails. No response with an address to return products too. They offered $24 for me to keep the dresses but I declined as 8 spent $97 on them and I'm certain even paying shipping at my own expense, I will still be on the plus side if they refund my money. No phone number either for them online.
The return policy is awful. The quality and sizing of the clothes was also awful. I ordered a size up and it came in 4 sizes too small. I would have to go through a rigorous return policy if I returned themd
Hard time getting website to accept a Visa despite it being acceptable payment option. Once ordered email confirmation received and they did keep me updated as to delivery.but it did take quite longer than expected. And dresses definitely not as flowing, pretty as they looked

Hard time getting website to accept a Visa despite it being acceptable payment option
I had ordered a couple dresses to possibly wear for a formal wedding. They looked like they would work on the website but the material doesn't look as nice as it did in the picture

My initial order was kicked out before I could complete the order. Your team responded quickly to my message. Happily, I found another top that I liked even better and ordered it instead. Also, please put hip measurements on the size chart.
Your clothes are made well and sizes are consistent. I would like to return my large sized shirt for a medium. I have been in touch with you on that but have not heard final outcome. Most places will take things back with no questions asked. I was surprised to see your unusual return policy. Perhaps that will change in the future - I hope so.
I liked the looks of this tunic top the first time I saw it. You had it in my size which made me very happy because some of these companies do not sell plus sizes. It was a simple process to order and pay for it.
Unlike the picture, the blouse is so ugly. What looked like beautiful stitching is just a cheap and ugly looking piece of cloth. I doubt I'll ever wear it in public. It's that bad. I wish I had much nicer things to say, but I don't.
As above, I bought a dress for my daughter paid extra for it to be shipped expeditiously. While it did come on time, the zipper was a total piece of garbage, and so she was unable to wear the dress, which she had been planning to wear for her graduation. I reached out to them through their email which is the only way to contact them which says it will get back to you within 12 hours and I've heard nothing. There's $90 down the drain. Let the buyer beware.
Sizing Chart is 3 sizes to small! And even went up 2 sizes. Nope won't fit! So I've had 2 Customers Service asked if I'd accept a gift card! I said Yes so I can exchange for right size! Still waiting! I'm about to call Discover Card and open up My complaint again!
The items took a long time to come & leggings were not at all like the description. Ordered 2 dresses in size medium & one was too small & other ran on the bigger side. I requested a return authorization for items 3 days ago & still haven't heard back from the company!
The material is beautiful and well made perfect for summer and spring wearing! Skirt is a little see through but a slip will help. Pants are a little too long will have to hem them but it's because I am short.
I ordered two sets with the hopes that these would be as pictured. Not so. The fabric is rough and finishes are poor. I have tried a multitude of times to get the return address and authorization as their website says you must do...only one response asking if I would like a portion of my money back...no I want to return it all! Still, to date, now, week 2...NO RESPONSE!

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
