Moving quickly I was waiting for a beautiful dress that I had seen and was going to wear it to a wedding and instead they sent me a square smock that was not nothing like what I purchased and a wrap over it that even looked worse and I could not be any more disappointed
Product took a little while to get here but that's ok. Coat was small, tight and cheaply made. I read reviews n they said true to size but that's false. I haven't gotten my money back yet I just sent out yesterday, but I had to Pay for return shipping which I think is poor service.
Very poor quality. I couldn't send it back quick enough! Only hope I get my money back. Pictures looked very elegant but actual dress so cheap looking. Unfinished seams, loose threads disappointing

I ordered a small top and it says small. Maybe it would fit an elephant
Ordering & shipping process was fine, one of the products was just bad. The jeans I ordered had a cute scalloped detail down at the cuff & one of the legs it was sewn on completely backwards! The picture didn't even show a seam at the cuff.

Takes forever for customer service to respond and when they finally do they do not give you full information so that you have to ask more questions and it takes another two weeks for them to respond back - in the end it will cost too much to return this product to China so therefore, I am stuck with a product that dies not fit - I will never buy from this company again…. I was offered a six dollar refund and then I could keep the product and that still has not shown up on my visa.
The items are ok. Not the material advertised. Cheap polyester
After placing order I never received a confirmation. Then after waiting 4 weeks, received an email stating one item was out of stock...I could cancel it, or replace it...I opted to cancel it then they said they will now pull and ship my other items...really? It took this long to tell me?
I usually wear a medium, but because of where it came from I ordered a large and I can wear it, but it is not a large compared to American sizes.
I never order clothes online. I prefer to try them on. But I was having no luck finding a dress that I liked for an upcoming outdoor wedding. I crossed my fingers after reading dozens of reviews and hoped for the best. The dress came in less than two weeks, which is what I was anticipating. The tracking information was provided. I will likely purchase future clothes from them and hope for a similar good experience.
Didn't fit and have been trying to reach someone to return items. No one will return my messages or email. I need an address of where to return.
Never received my item which was sent out on July 15, no info at all received, told me it's coming. Nothing shows up on tracking as even picked up. But I keep getting surveys asking about how my order is.

I thought I would give this line a try because the reviews were pretty great. I seriously doubt that humans did the reviews for curveDreams, women's clothing. You really do get what you pay for. The fabrics are all smelly fossil fuel products. Not the nice polyester I am used to. I contacted customer service and asked for a return shipping label. The rest is to be determined.

Still trying to reach customer service to get approval for return. Very frustrating that they will not respond to my requests.
Purchased some tops and a sweater. Pictures in line were different from products received. Tops were either too large or extremely small even though they were all the same size. Color if sweater was not brown more of a mustard color. Fabrics were cheap. Sleeves on shirts were made for a very small person not size L. When tried to return them the company refused at first and then offered me a gift card and to keep items. Took the gift card and the next order was just as bad. Large size dresses were made for an extra small person. Best to stay away from this company
Again, I have tried 3 times to return the dress through emails. This survey is the first I have heard from anyone. The dress is ugly and not as shown in your picture. I will stop ordering on line.
So small they went straight to give-away. No instructions for return or exchange included.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
